My husband and I, live in Costa Rica in a lovely home in Santa Ana. As nice as our house is we sometimes like to escape for a couple of days. Now we have a favorite hideaway close to home. This is a spectacular property, well furnished and decorated. The resort is first class but our favorite place was breakfast on the patio overlooking the bay and marina. Beautiful vista and very professionally landscaped. The three bedrooms all have ensuite baths so this property is great for large parties. Everyone can get ready at the same time to hit the road if that is your game plan. Senor Salano is the perfect host and very responsive.

Property is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is in poor shape. Ice maker, faucet, dishwasher needs repair. Glasses, dishes, cookware, silverware need attetion.

Easy booking process, transportation at airport was on time, driver was very helpful and courteous.

Fabio was a wonderful host and the property exceeded our expectations great location for spectacular fishing and restaurants ( they cook what you catch) you do need to rent a golf cart especially when you’re seniors like my bride of 51 years and me we celebrated our anniversary in this piece of paradise Pura Vida

We arrived at Los Suenos as a big group and rented two condos in Bella Vista. Everyone had a great time. The condo was really clean, had a washer and dryer, very close to the beach club and amazing view. The owner was awesome to work with.

Our family had an amazing time at this property, which is nicely located very close to beach, pools and marina. The rooms have a good size and the social area has nice views and green areas. Fabio is a great host, always available and supportive. I strongly recommend this unit, even for families with kids and if traveling with someone in wheelchair.

It was perfect with each bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom. Fabio is very responsive and easy to work with. He set up a golf cart for us and also arranged additional housekeeping at our request. The unit is located so close to the Marina and the Beach Club. It was very enjoyable relaxing on the patios and seeing the ocean from the condo. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The condo was outstanding and exactly as advertised. We had 3 adult couples and the the 3 bedrooms each with a private bath was perfect. I had read some reviews about the AC not working right - but we had no troubles at all. It was always cool and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartament is very beautiful and is well equiped. It has a beautiful oceanview and the beach club with a great pool nearby.

Very nice, well appointed, no surprises

I’ve stayed in various locations in Los Suenos Resort and Bella Vista has the best location. Easy walk to the resort pool and all the restaurants. My primary issue was the A/C and we had problems sleeping evey night because it was so warm. There was also a loud knocking coming from the electrical closet at night (related to the A/C) that would also wake everyone up. I believe a Nest thermostat was installed and the A/C was controlled remotely and/or used motion sensing technology. I believe the A/C works we just didn’t have any control over the settings. I don’t think it got below 75 degrees at night. Fabio was extremely responsive to our questions/requests however the A/C issues were never resolved.

As I said the place is nice,and a good location! Several window blinds were torn and the shower in the third bathroom was broken . For a high end rental it was dusty and food residue was on a few dishes. I maybe nit picking but like I said this is a high end rental! That said the place is beautiful, the pools were great and we had a good time!

Fabio is very responsive. Only a small issue with a shower head needing some repair. Overall a great experience.

the condo is in a great location within the Los Suenos development, nicely furnished and well maintained. It was easy to book and pay for this condo and the property manager was very responsive to emails after the booking process and throughout the rental experience. i have been going to this area for several years. The condo's i previously rented were also very good but each has been sold/used by owners so i had to find a new one. I have stayed in Montebello and DelMar areas previously and the Bella Vista development is in a better location for ease of access to the amenities of Los Suenos. Positives: Excellent location. Bella Vista is close to everything and this unit had an ocean view and easy access to pools and main road because of its ground level location. Kitchen supplies are plentiful and in good condition. Furnishings are comfortable and in good condition. The property manager is easy to reach and responsive

The location of this luxury condominium is so ideal. Adjacent to the condominium complex's private pool which also leads to one of the entrances of the Los Sueños Beach Club. The Marina Village with its selection of shops and restaurants is conveniently just a short walk away. The condominium complex's pool area has a jacuzzi and kid's pool and is perfect for chilling in a small, private area. The Los Sueños Beach Club, right next to the beach, has a cool poolbar and also a poolside restaurant (Happy Hour from 4 to 6) just steps away from the private pool. The Hookup Bar which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the Los Sueños Marina is the perfect place to have a few drinks and a quick meal anytime of day. There are also several activities in and around Los Sueños Resort including the 18-hole championship La Iguana Golf Course, sports fishing, jet ski tours and other water sports like SUP and sea kayaking. We loved everything about our stay here and will definitely be returning.

Arrived at Bella Vista with easy check in and all was as described. Great location with a view of the ocean. Easy walking distance to the Marina and Beach Club pool. Wonderful Bella Vista pool and grill area very close also. Very roomy condo with well equipped kitchen. Would recommend to all looking for a great place to stay in Los Suenos!

We just recently returned home from a week stay in this Los Suenos Bella Vista condo. The condo has a ton of room and is in a great location. Bella Vista is a very secure gated community within Los Suenos. The beds were comfy and the sheets were wonderful. Fabio was very accommodating and answered all my emails within 24 hours. We had an issue with a toilet that wouldn't flush, but he sent someone out the very next day to take care of it. Fabio also had two golf carts delivered to the condo for us so that we didn't have to walk somewhere to get them when we got there. A sweet lady came to the condo within 30 minuets of our arrival and processed the carts and gave us our keys. She told us to leave them at the condo with the keys in them and they'd come pick them up after our departure. If I had any complaint, it would be that the condo was not cool enough for us. We are used to sleeping in a much cooler house and this condo had a thermostat that was set and could not be adjusted. To give Fabio credit though, we never did ask if we could have the code so that we could sleep with it cooler. Over all it was a great trip. We used Piko Travel (excellent!!!) to book our activities and all of them were fantastic! We did Tortuga island, fishing on the Geaux Fly (a Maverick Boat), 4 hour ATV tour, zip-lining, golf, and a day trip shopping in Jaco. Besides fishing, which was our main agenda, Tortuga Island and the ATV tour were highlights of our trip! Tip: the food in the resort is expensive and just so so... go outside the resort for the best food! Try Juanita's on the beach. The chicken in salsa blanca is the bomb.com and their pina coladas have ice cream in them... nuff said! Best breakfast is at Soda Katterina. YUMMY!

Great stay at an awesome location! Amazing size condo near the clubhouse and all amenities. Walking distance to everywhere.

This condo is in the Bella Vista development, one of about 18 condo and residential communities in the Los Suenos Herradura beach area. It has access to the Beach Club, which has a large array of beautiful pools, an eating area, beach volleyball and access to the beach. The beaches in this area (Herradura and Jaco) are not particularly scenic, with coarse brown sand but have good surfing (Jaco). The condo itself is large and it met all of our needs, however, there were some things to be desired. There was not a sheet of toilet paper in the place upon our arrival, which, after driving 4 hours up from the Osa Peninsula, was unfortunate. The owner said that the company who brings supplies (paper, shampoo, etc) had not come and he would contact them to come the next day, but they never came. The furnishings are nice- reminiscent of the Hemingway furniture collection but the fans are noisy and the linens need replacement. The shower head in the master bath was hanging with no way to mount and the motion detection operated air conditioning system shut off in the middle of the night. We all woke up hot between 12pm and 3am with no control over the temperature. The owner advertised that he could arrange zip lining with a $10 discount per person, but when we called him he quoted us $20 higher per person than the online price. Also, the unit advertises a full workout room but doesn't mention that it is at a different community just around the corner. The guard at that community told us that the rules had changed and only owners are allowed there now (not guests). As I said, the location is good with an easy walk to the restaurants (and store) at the marina and an easy taxi into Jaco. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc. Coming up from the jungle, the washer/dryer was much appreciated.

The Bella Vista condo is nicer than the pictures. The owner made everything fabulous!! We were met at the airport by his driver and quickly we were on our way to Los Suenos. We made a short stop at the croc bridge (don't miss it!!). We were greeted at the gate by security and were in the beautiful condo in moments. The condo is luxury plus!!! Everything worked great!!! The condo was spotless. It is very convenient to the Beach Club (but Bella Vista has a beautiful pool) and Marina Village. The view is great of Herradura Bay. I'm a past visitor to Los Suenos and this is one of the nicest condos I've stayed in. We had an Air Conditioning issue during the week but it was due to our operator error and the owner quickly resolved the issue. I plan to stay in this condo again whenever it's available. (It is a popular place) I could not ask for nor expect any nicer place to spend a weeks vacation. Thank you Fabio
