Dies ist eine schöne Erdgeschoss, Ecke Einheit, damit Sie weg von allem mit herrlichem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang zu bekommen. Das Gerät ist in einem kleinen 3-stöckigen Apartment-Komplex mit Privatsphäre und Ruhe das ganze Jahr über am Strand enthalten sind, und während Sie genießen den Pool, Pavillon oder Pier. Das Gerät wurde nur im Jahr 2014 gekauft und ist komplett mit Porzellan Fliesenböden, Granit, neue Möbel und neue Leuchten aktualisiert. Das Gerät verfügt über Eckfenster im Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf das Wasser und einen Master Rückzug mit Blick auf den Sound und einem bequemen King-Matratze. Die Küche verfügt über Edelstahl-Geräte und neue Eiche Schränke. Das Gerät ist im Erdgeschoss für einen einfachen Zugang zum Strand und aus dem Auto. Der weiße Sand ist genau 30 Schritte von Ihrer Terrasse. Das Gerät ist neben dem Gulf Island National Seashore, die Meilen von unbebauten Strand mit einem Radweg hostet. Das Harbour Home ist auf der gesunden Seite der Insel und bietet einen Angelsteg und die Möglichkeit, während Ihres Aufenthaltes binden Boote oder Jet Ski. So bringen Sie Ihre Kajak, Boot, Jet-Ski, oder paddleboard. Es gibt Gulf Beach Zufahrt mit Parkplatz nur über die Straße und ist nur wenige Gehminuten. Es gibt auch einen ausgewiesenen Parkplatz für Bootsanhänger auf dem Parkplatz. Also kommen sehen, warum Navarra ist die beste unsägliches Geheimnis Florida!

The bad: arrived to a condo where the cleaners didnt show up to clean. Although, we agreed to allow someone else to clean it, we couldn't stay outside waiting with my 77 year old mother while they finished. We ended up finishing ourselves but the property manager was wonderful through it all and returned our cleaning fee.
The Good: everything else!!! Location amazing, we fished from the dock and grilled out every night. They had so many tv channels, but we spe t very little time watching. Furnished kitchen, with coffee maker. Appliances all looked new and worked great!
We will return and hope to stay here soon. The condo is very well laid out and spacious.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location on the calm sound side next to a small beach was perfect for our child. The sand toys we could use were a great bonus. All the dishes we needed were included and the key pad check in was a breeze. (The ONLY negative was some mold/mildew in the front load washing machine. This seems to be an issue with EVERY front load washer, though.) The condo was clean, had lots of "extras" that made it feel like home, and was conveniently located for Gulf, sound, and National Seashore adventures. We would stay here again.

Very nice condo in a safe and friendly environment. The kitchen was well stocked and condo was clean!!! Mattress was very comfortable and location was wonderful! We were able to sit on the back patio and watch the sunset.

This property is more and better than advertised from access to water, quiet area, beauty, accessibility to everything you need and want, and great amenities. My friend and I needed an end of year getaway and we hit the jackpot with this property. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Also, everyone we met - locals to visitors - was wonderful. We cannot recommend this property more.

We have stayed in multiple condos at The Harbors & this one by far was the best! Melinda has done a great job providing everything you could possibly need while on vacation. The chairs & bikes are an extra bonus! We will request this condo again for sure!

This location was perfect for us! Quiet, beautiful water view and plenty of activities close by if you are looking for other things to do. We rented a pontoon boat for the day close to the Navarre Bridge and explored the Santa Rosa Sound. That was so much fun! We saw all kinds of marine life, took food and anchored at one of the secluded beaches to fish and swim.
The view of the Santa Rosa Sound from inside and on the patio of the condo captured our attention. I loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen and having a water view!
The beautiful private pier, just steps away was a personal favorite for our first time fishing 13 yr old and my husband of 53 yrs. Lots of fish to see right off the pier and they caught plenty. Only caught one big enough to cook but the experience was perfect for them. They have a small private beach, again just steps away, that was never more than a few people. The Gulf is 5 min drive with easy access and no crowds! We liked to walk to it to get the exercise which was a pleasant no traffic walk. Great bike trail too!
Our grandson had so many “first in his life
experiences” we lost count! You won’t be disappointed! Wish we could have stayed 2 weeks instead of just one.

Sunset Harbour is the perfect spot and so is this condo. I have stayed in several different units here and this is one of the best. Definitely the best stocked kitchen! Perfect view of the sound, fishing dock and sunsets. Will stay again!

We had never stayed on that side of the island before. The convenience to the private beach was ideal. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The only thing I would say is that the kitchen could use a few dish cloths. Others than that the condo was stocked with everything you could need.

Best spot in Navarre Beach to relax
After having stayed at several different places in Navarre Beach, this condo’s location is the best. Sunset views, ground floor, access for fishing pier, steps to water and updated furnishings all present.

Property was clean and maintained. No issues. Good place to stay. Weather was an issue some days but can not control that. Lot of sea grass or something on the beach

A Slice of Paradise!
Condo was clean and decorated simple and beautiful including all amenities. The location and view of the Santa Rosa Sound Sunsets was breathtaking. We’ll definitely stay again!

This condo was the nicest my husband and I ever stayed in. It is clean, spacious, and modestly decorated for relaxation. The kitchen, dining, and living area had a rustic decor. The furniture looked new and was clean. The appliances are top of the line. The cookware, bakeware, and tableware are top quality. Nothing cheap here. My husband liked the outdoor storage for our fishing gear. The view of the sound from the patio is breathtaking. All around the unit is nice views from the master bedroom window, kitchen window, and living room window. Check in was a breeze. Melinda was considerate to email me the codes to the condo, pool, and fishing pier 5 days before check in. This unit is my first choice for 3 or more people. We loved it.

Great stay

Great property- the patio is a great place to watch sunsets. If you walk just around the Point, a short walk, there is a perfect place to watch the sunrise.

First of all, I appreciate the fair price because it seems there is price gouging going on as a result Covid. The condo is beautiful! Even better than the pictures! The location is amazing, right on the grass and by the beach, which was great for outdoor activities. We really appreciated all the “extras” provided in the kitchen (quality pans/dishes) along with having laundry detergent! And what a blessing to have coffee filters. Those little touches were very much appreciated! We really enjoyed the bicycles and rode every day. And waking up and seeing the view every morning was awesome. Also, if you like birds, there is a bird house that is very active with beautiful, chatty swallows. We really, really enjoyed our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend it. The king bed was very comfortable. We slept great! The only thing I would recommend is upgrading the shaky bed frames/mattresses for the double beds and HD for all channels. Thank you, Melinda for sharing your beautiful place!

Our family had an awesome time at Sunset Harbor! The location is ideal for our family. The unit was perfect and had everything we needed! We hope to stay again soon!

Pros: Great place b/c its quiet outside & clean on the inside. Beds...it's the best sleep I've ever had at someone else's place. Had everything we needed for our trip. Great sunset pictures were taken & saw dolphins, jellyfish, other fish in the mornings. If you're a fisherman, bring your pole for sure b/c there were a few fishing out on the deck. Mostly private. The beach is quieter than across the street. But the beach across the street is even more beautiful than the one in your backyard.
Cons: The upstairs people were heavy footed. Woke me up every morning. Not sure if they are permanent or visitors. Didn't matter to me during the day or evenings b/c we were out. Secondly, EXPECT to see people when u walk out back to the beach, especially at sunset. 1st night 3 or 4 people in the perfect spot watching the sunset with a camera. Didn't see them again after that. In turn, I think once they knew we were there, they didnt come back. 2nd & 3rd day, had some chicks walk from the other side to our beach & lay down which I saw from Master bedroom window. Of course none of this can be controlled by the owner, just an fyi.
Overall: Great place to stay, fabulous sunsets, provides peace for your soul with those waves, water is beautiful and clear.

Love this location. The residents are friendly, the location is quite yet conveniently located to nearby attractions. Being steps away from the bay with beach and yard is phenomenal with small children! The accommodations are modern and clean! The only downside to this entire stay was not having the pier completed, however that is not the renters fault! Will without a doubt be returning! Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Being steps away from the bay with beach and yard is phenomenal with small children! The accommodations are modern and clean! The only downside to this entire stay was not having the pier completed, however that is not the renters fault! Will without a doubt be returning! Don’t hesitate to stay here.
