Beautiful property and Greg was so helpful and accommodating.

The location is ideal. Both upstairs showers were draining somewhat slow however. May need to be addressed. Back patio area was not clean . Housekeeping left some cleaning supplies and rags out in the sitting area which I placed outside Kitchen nicely stocked with what a family would need Overall we still enjoyed nicely and would do again. Lovely views in the morning from the Carolina room

This fantastic villa is very spacious and accommodating. There is plenty of parking and an easy walk to the beach. It is beautiful inside the villa and has a wonderful lagoon view. The villa was better than I expected and provided a great vacation experience.

The unit was fine, the only quibble was no TV’s in the Master Bedrooms. But the layout, with two Master Bedrooms (one up, one down), was perfect for our group of 6. It’s large, and with the closed in sunroom, we were more than comfortable. Tropical storm Elsa did some damage to our building ( not our unit, rather the one on the opposite end had a tree fall on it, but it was unoccupied) and we had a leak for a while, but otherwise this unit has a good beach area location in Sea Pines and is a good value. Recommend it.

Beautiful place. View is amazing. Wildlife is abundant. Close walk to the beach. We enjoyed throughly.

We had a beautiful visit at this lovely location. Everything was in perfect order. We enjoyed all the wildlife and the proximity to the beach.

The villa was great! We appreciated easy and close access to the forest preserve. The bikes were a pleasant surprise. This was our second stay in Sea Pines, and we will be back!

Great time biking, golfing, fishing and just hanging out at a lot of fun dinners.....also lots of fun with all the gator sightings!!

Terrific “home” for our first family beach trip! The windows were fantastic- the kids could not believe how many gators we saw! An easy 10 minute walk to the beach even with all our gear and kids. The decor was amazing and cheerful! We grilled out, played games and watched movies and alligators!! Thanks for helping us make some great memories!

We had a great time at this place....agree with some of the other reviews, the place is much nicer and larger than the pictures indicate. We traveled with 4 adults, 3 kids. Plenty of room for all. Love that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Beds were comfy, furniture was all nice. We had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication was great with the owner. Easy check in and check out. Sea Pines is a wonderful place to stay - bike trails GALORE. Plenty to do. The beach is a short walk away (even shorter by bike)....the beach was never crowded in this location. Further down by the Beach Club was crowded, but not at the access point that we used. I would recommend renting or bringing bikes/wagon. The location of the condo is awesome. The view from the condo was awesome. We watched alligators daily - even witnessed one catch and eat a turtle, osprey diving for fish, blue heron always on the hunt for food. The condo has a front row seat to great nature watching. Thanks Greg for the great stay. We will be back!

We really enjoyed staying at this property – I will say the pictures don’t do it justice – it’s much more spacious than you can see on the pictures and they have a lot of comfy seating. It was really nice to look out over the lagoon and see all the wildlife. Kitchen appliances and everything worked great – everything looked new. The only confusion we had was the listing said check out by 11 and then a note in the house and check out by 10 so we were rushing to get everything out by 10 when we had 11 in our minds but not a big deal. We really enjoyed staying here!

We really enjoyed our time in Sea Pines. This property was a perfect fit for our family. The TV / living room was welcomed extra space. I would recommend staying here in the future.

Awesome rental property. We would stay there again. Close to the beach, golf chipping and putting green, beautiful view in back yard and a nice place overall.

We stayed late Sept 2019. I'll start with the positive: the villa was very clean, had comfy beds, nice decor, great hang out spaces, and an amazing view of the lagoon and its wildlife. However, the A/C did not work upon arrival and we had to wait over 24 hours for it to be repaired. It was much more comfortable after that. Also, one of the two large eyes on the stove did not work, limiting our cooking options, and the washer and dryer did not work as well as we would have liked. A previous guest had mentioned the fridge dying on them, and we were pleased to see that a new fridge/freezer that worked very well had been installed. I mentioned the above concerns to the owner, who was very receptive and promised that he would address them. Once everything is in optimal working order, this will be a lovely place to stay. We still had a good time in spite of the inconveniences, and the owner was apologetic and worked to make things right.

Let me first say, this condo has one if the most amazing views of the lagoon. There is wildlife galore to be watched for hours, right outside the back door. The living area and bedrooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable! But then we get to the kitchen. It took 3 grown adults to try and figure out the old and dated stove top. All the numbers had rubbed off the dials, so trying to figure out how to boil a pan of water took us days, and we never really got it right! The cooker top had not been cleaned by the crew, all it took was a bit of elbow grease to get the marks off the ceramic job. The stove needs replacing ASAP. Then the freezer! It broke on day 1, but then the fridge stopped chilling. Messaged the owner, then called on his request. He said it would be repaired that day... it wasn't. I asked for him to let us know if someone would be coming out... he didn't. In fact, after the call there was no follow up from him at all. I know it was totally not his fault it failed when we were there, but his lack of communication surprised us. He did apologize but that was it. No follow up such as, it won't be fixed til you leave ... nothing. We had to stash all of our food in our cooler and hope for the best. The kitchen area in the condo needs a huge renovation with new and reliable appliances. We were lucky that it didn't effect our stay too much as we left mid week. Had we been there til the weekend, of would have been an issue. As I say, the rest of the condo is great and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice location, pretty setting, and good size.

A perfect place to stay with family. Beach was very close. Bike trails were easy to follow from the house to all of Sea Pines. We had everything we needed at the house which was roomy and comfortable. We loved watching the birds around the pond. The house was very clean. David Is a great host! We would definitely stay there again.

This was our first visit to sea pines so it was a new experience for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for a quick walk or bike ride to the beach yet off the beaten path. The view out of the Florida room overlooking the lagoon was our favorite! We saw many birds and enjoyed watching the alligators! The rooms were nice and everything was clean and well stocked. Would definitely like to return!!

Was not clean when we arrived but a phone call to owner and they showed up early the next morning so everything was great. Loved everything about the condo, location, etc. Hope to go back!

Great place and worked great to spend a few days at the beach. No complaints and David was a wonderful owner to work with!
