The location was great, but the outside patio chairs were very uncomfortable, if you sat in the low chairs you couldn't see anything and if you sat in the higher chairs they were the uncomfortable ones,so you couldn't sit outside for very long. Very happy with everything else.

Awesome place for my husband and I. The condo 108 looked like the photos. Not a brand new reno, but more recent. It was very clean. No A/C, but we never felt we needed it. There are extra fans for circulation. We are not super picky or pretentious, we just like clean and taken care of and we found that in this condo! We appreciate the fact updating on the islands is a pricey venture to say the least. You always hope people care for your things the way you would, but thats not always
the case. The building itself is older, but soo well taken care of! The pool and grilling area was pretty pristine. All the units face the ocean.
I will say we could never hear people talking in the other units, but the unit above us 208 seem to walk very heavy... maybe they had a child or children but it was not awesome before 6am. Literally it was my only gripe, and certainly no reflection on the Rental company or the Condo building itself.
I was reading other peoples experiences on various sites and i was a bit concerned at first, but it was (to me) unfounded. I cannot comment on other units and their condition... just ours. The Kauai Vacation Rental folks were great! They left some swag which was nice! We actually had an issue with something and we contacted them and Gloria called back and everything was taken care of. Upon our departure they had a gentleman come in and fix the issue.Great Island, Great Aloha Sprit, Great Accommodations = A GREAT VACATION!! Would definitely come back!!

The condo was in a perfect location to access the whole island. It also had everything we needed as well for the beach which was very helpful. Would def book here and the property manager Mark was so very nice and kept the property so nice.

Great views from the balcony, the condo was just as described. Laundry in unit, kitchen was fully stocked with all gadgets. We loved walking across the street to the passions bakery each morning. We also had the best surf and turf at Bulls Shed! We ziplined with Koloa company. Luau at the Luau Kalamaku, with train ride!!

Exactly as advertised!
We had a great stay! The location was perfect for exploring the North and South shores and everything in between. I would stay here again (hopefully after the road construction is done - the management of traffic flow through Wailua and Kapaa needs improvement, but as long as you grabbed an ice cream and just went with the flow - it was fine). The view of Wailua beach and the ocean outside the door was great! The pool was a nice change of pace from the ocean beaches and we hit the pool at the end of everyday to cool down and reflect on the day’s adventures! The only item we had to buy was plastic baggies for our lunches we made. Everything else we needed (soft cooler, hard coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach blankets/pads, beach umbrellas, and cold packs for the coolers) was here! I would recommend this VRBO to anyone!

The condo had a beautiful view of Wailua Bay. KVR is a great rental agency but the condo complex could use some maintenance and our particular condo could really use a tune up. Hinges are rusty, some baseboards were warped and need to be cleaned. The slider screen were a battle to get open and the slider themselves did not slide well. The bedroom furniture is tired. The kitchen was updated in the last decade or so but already there is swelling of the cabinet doors. We did not spend a lot of time in the condo- just at night and before going out for the day so it was fine but I think small improvements could be considered to make it more amazing.

It was a pleasure staying in this unit. The 180 view and sound of the waves was a constant joy. We liked that the covered lanai was deep and wide enough to sit in the sun or in the shade. Condo is nicely decorated and had everything we needed.

This property was prefect. Centrally located to get anywhere on the island. You can hear the waves crashing 24/7, amazing to fall asleep and wake up to. The beach is a short 2 minute (max) walk down and there’s hardly anyone ever there. The property also had a pool that was very well maintained. Kauai Vacation Rentals had two goodie bags waiting for us when we got there which ended up coming in handy. There’s also plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, coolers and snorkeling gear so you don’t have to worry about buying anything when you land on the island. 10/10

This condo was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and everything else worked well. It is perfectly located between the North and South parts of the island. There are also some great places to eat, shopping and a weekly market with lots of fresh fruit near the condo. Checking in and out was very easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
