A new house in the Italian countryside. Very clean with neat exterior and interior spaces. Excellent communication with the manager. The raw materials for breakfast are impressively many..Pet friendly !

Pillows

The place is easy to reach and has a paved parking in front. Checkin is very simple by a provided code. The apartment has a very nice patio area to relax in complete with a hot tub which we unfortunately didnt have time to use. The apartment itself is spacious, spotlessly clean and includes every possible amenity in every room. The bathroom is the only room that doesnt have its own TV. You are also provided with a fully furnished and stocked kitchen with a full fridge of drinks, fruits and everything for breakfast, a freezer full of ice cream and pantry with snacks and pastries. We havent seen such a service even in 5 star hotels but what suprised us the most is the amount, the quality and the variety of the things provided like seven different types of beer, gluten free bread, non-dairy milk options, five types and scents of shampoo and hair conditioner ... This is a trully exemplary service that every accomodation could look up to to make their guests feel like home. We are grateful for the amount of care and work you put into it and would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

The apartment is very easy to find and park. Check-in is easy with pass code sent by the host. Inside you will find EVERYTHING that you might ever need. The fridge and kitchen are ULTRA packed with excellent typical food like salumi, cheese, sweet juices, drinks etc.. super equipped. Never seen something like that before - WOW ! Bathroom is 100% supplied with items. If you are near Parma, then you want to stay here. If I can I would give 10.5 points.

- The fridge was stocked with drinks, fruit, dairy products, sausages, ham, etc; it is such a pleasure to open the fridge and get a cold beer after long hours of driving! - There was also a great variety of snacks, tea/coffee, jams and bread for breakfast. - The bed was one of the most comfortable I ever had on booking/airbnb. We usually bring our own pillows with us but this time we didn't use them, so I think it says enough about the comfiness :) - The check-in was super easy, and the apartment was already cooled up by airco for us when we arrived. - The owner of the place is amazing. He has a great attention to details and is dedicated to make your stay as good as possible. Thank you, we will come back for sure!

We were overwhelmed by the host’s kindness. The apartment is beautiful, clean and spacious, the fridge is full of food and drinks and the owner was very polite and helpful. We couldn’t believe how great it was. I think it inspired us to be better people...

We loved everything

If you are looking place "in the middle of nowhere" , just to enjoy in the nature, this is the right place to stay.

The main problem is location. Is far away from the center in almost mission impossible to find the place. The house is in the middle of field. Without help from one very nice lady from Parma, I would be lost. The other problem is that the owner doesn't speak English. You need internet to use google translate to communicate with him.
