Other reviews mentioned it could use a deep cleaning and they aren’t wrong. But knowing that going into it I just really wanted an ocean front balcony so that’s why I chose this property.

Condo is located in an excellent location and has amazing views up and down the beach ! Everything was as described in the listing and the owner couldn’t have been better to work with or accomadating.

This was our first time to Orange Beach, and we were not disappointed! Pros: This unit is located in a great spot, very close to stores and restaurants. Balcony is large and has great views. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Pool was very clean and maintained. Access to the beach was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable. Cons: The unit really needs a deep cleaning. Everything was very dusty. There were crumbs in the bunk beds. The curtain liner in the shower was so disgusting that I replaced it myself before I could get a shower. The hall lights don't work. We had to go to a different location to buy a $30 parking pass. Our first day going to the pool from the beach we discovered that there was a code to get into the pool area. We had no idea what that code was. We had to wait to go in with someone else before we asked the security guard for the code. I don't know that we would stay here again, only due to the cleanliness. Everything else was great.

The owner did offer to move us to a different unit, but we decided to stay because we were already settled and had already stayed a day. The condo could use a deep cleaning but was not unclean. The bedroom bed was very soft which we are not used to. The bunkbeds were good for kids but a little rough for an adult.

My wife and I celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary over the weekend. The condo was very nice, well appointed, very clean, everything is in good working order. I would suggest replacing the shower curtain in the master bath. The liner and the shower was clean though. The king size bed was very soft, that is how ours is at home. We were perfectly comfortable. We definitely would reserve this condo again. Oh, and one last thing!! Thank you for not gouging renters with those ludicrous fees many people are charging like $300 cleaning fee? $250 owner’s fee?? They are insulting and I appreciate you for being honest. It’s an easy 5 star rating from me😀

We had such a great time at the condo for Labor Day weekend! Luckily we had booked this, as we were hit by Hurricane Ida. John was so accommodating and allowed us to check in early since we didn’t have power in LA. He even offered extra days if we needed it. The balcony view is incredible!!!

It was just right for two…and served us greatly. Probably best suited for a couple with up to pre-teen children. Balcony view of the Gulf and Beach are the best. We viewed fevers of stingrays swimming west about 5-10 yards off the shore. Each aspect of the condo served us well!! We had a great time.

The condo was not very clean 🙁 master bath Toilet only flushed every other hour or so and was very loose when sat on 😟 but I must say the view from the balcony was worth every penny 😁😁

Loved the location on the beach! I wish the room was closer to the balcony instead of the bunk beds but overall it was great!
