It was a good stay. House was on a relatively quite street. With a good neighborhood around to walk. It was about .3 to .5 mile walk to the beach from the house. The house was clean and well kept. It has a cozy feel and is well maintained for a house originally build in the 60s or so it seemed. We enjoyed our time here.

The house was perfect for my family of 5. We had plenty of room. The house has a nice open floorplan. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We were visiting for a softball tournament, but were able to get some good beach time which was close by. We would definitely stay here again.

The living room couches could use a good cleaning and one looks like it’s molding under the cushions. The patio furniture could have had a bit cleaner cushions. Yes, I know it’s outside furniture but you can also take care of outside furniture and keep it nice.

The Captains quarters was way more then we expected they were over stocked with the things that I never would have thought to bring that made our little vaca.more convient and fun.me and my husband traveled with our 6 grandkids and had plenty of room they furnished alot of kids movies ,games..never a dull moment.

We loved this house! You can't see the Beach from this house, but it was close enough that you could either walk or take a one minute drive (plenty of places to park). House smelled clean and the beds were 5 star hotel quality clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. Only cons I will list as a heads up to future guests: Bring your own coffee filters. I forgot mine! But they did have a french press. If you have small kiddos and plan to do laundry, the washer is alarmingly loud when spinning, so maybe don't run it when your kids are sleeping like I did (it sounded like very loud and close thunder for about 30 seconds). Bring a streaming stick or chrome cast for the TV's. Very easy to setup. Neighborhood is super quiet and clean. Close to everything! And Uber eats even delivers to this property. We loved it. Will definitely go back next year.

The property was very clean, and had a well stocked kitchen for any cooking needs.

The property is a further walk to the beach than we would have liked. The locked garage below the property has something in it that is attracting fire ants, and needs to be treated. Our children were bitten multiple times while playing in the yard.
