Great time, loved the front porch on the upper floor, turned out to be the preferred gathering spot. Poor water pressure in upper shower. Exterior porches could have used a good pressure washing. Gas grill only has one working burner.

This property was a comfortable home like environment. Less than 2 minute walk to the beach. Multiple places to eat close by as well as multiple activities. Area was quiet. The pool and area to lay out was private. The property manager/owner responded immediately to questions. Would definitely rent again in the future.

Very nice place steps from beach access. You can hear the ocean and feel the breeze from the front porch. Pet friendly for sure. It was nice prior guests with pets cleaned up.

The best part of this overall was my family was able to frequent the beach so easily. Easy access to entertainment and things close by. The house itself could use a cleaning, pressure wash, some general maintenance, paint etc but you can expect that given its location. Would stay again on the amazing beds!

This place is awesome. We were in Myrtle Beach to watch college softball and would book this place every year if possible. We were able to bring our furry friends and had plenty of room for us and our friends and family. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Perfect location. Highly recommend staying here.

It was a terrible experience from the start. Three pages of rules and threats posted to the freezer door were like something you'd expect to see at Rikers Island. We discussed leaving upon arrival, but didn't. A bad decision. Imagine a "pet friendly" host who barely tolerates pets and their owners. That's where we spent our holiday. Our 87 year old parents walked up slick moldy steps to visit us at this dwelling. There is no run for your dogs or is there? As signs conflict on whether they're allowed in the pool area or not. The only fenced area is the pool. And it is marked off limits, though there is no advance notice of this. We cleaned and sanitized the pool area before leaving a day early. Which we did. We also picked up the prior guests litter in the pool area too. Host takes zero responsibility for any and all problems, preferring to blame the guest/pets/cleaners or whoever else is handy. Read any negative review and it isn't his fault. You can take his word. LOL. We are both eager to see how the host spins this tragedy into our fault. Wait for it. It is inevitable. Host was clearly more concerned with the pool area and his exhaustive rules than his paying guests. Two cameras on the pool area. Dress accordingly. Guests beware. Note: We cannot post photos on VRBO. But boy howdy would we like to. There is more, but we are limited in character count. Keep looking.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here! The property was clean, and it's so incredibly close to the beach! Parking was easy and spacious. The beds are comfortable, and being that there are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, it was perfect for a somewhat sizeable family get-together. Host was very pleasant as well. All-around a good experience!

This property is in North Myrtle Beach which is much quieter and family-friendly than South MB. The house is perfect for a family with kids and a pet. It had everything we needed and the pool was a really nice amenity.

This was our first vacation with our Pug, Piper. I'm a bit of a clean fanatic and was a little apprehensive of a pet friendly rental. We walked in and were blown away with how clean this rental was! Excellent job from the cleaning crew! Will go back again! Great communication from the owner. Always messaged back within minutes. Very pleasant experience!

It’s very hard traveling with a pet. This property was perfect for our trip to get out of the snow. Location and property were perfect for our trip. Would rent again. Matter fact thinking about coming back down next month.

House was in a great location!! The cleaning crew needs to be replaced as they are terrible, ie: pet hair left on sheets, lamps, toilets were dirty. Furniture in the rental was soiled and gross and could not be sat on. Notified the owner of the condition of the rental on day of arrival. He tried to make things better, but as this was a Christmas gift and we had driven 4 hours to get there it was too late to fix.

Fast and easy to rent this property. Property manager answered any questions I had in a fast and timely manner. House was very clean with easy to follow house rules posted on the fridge. I would highly recommend renting this property. I would probably rent this house next year.

Property is close to the beach. The pool is definately the highlight of this house. We enjoyed having it all to ourselves. I would stay here again!!

Great location, clean and spacious enough for 7 people. TV was different- via Roku stick and controllers did not work for 2 rooms.

My daughter and I along with our pets stayed at this lovely beach home. Super clean, and what a lovely layout of the home. The covered front deck with rocking chairs was so nice to have when it rained. Beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were large and each one had its own tv. Kitchen had everything from utensils to a nice coffee maker. We loved the pool and floats. Also we really liked the stackable washer and dryer. Really close to beach which was great! Cannot say enough about this home! We fell in love, and will be back. Thank you to our host for allowing us and our furrbabies to stay in your lovely beach home.
