Pools

The wi-fi is not working they gave us a device to enhance capacity bu it did not work also. they explain that the frequency of changing of the bedsheets towels is at every 3 days. But they did not change any badsheets or towels. Room is not very clean. You can see every where alots of hair.... (it was disgusting)...the lift area is not near but you can use hotel's ring service. We have two little child and we also have diffuculties to take the babybus with us while going up and down stairs. Because there is no elevator lift for mezzaine floor.... Also you have to bring with you any pans and pots etc. to prepare meals in the kitchen...

Several warm pools and jacuzzis and perfect spa!

The hotel has very good facilities, wonderful swimming pools, SPA and GYM, Ping-Pong and billiard table The stuff is very friendly and helpful in helping and advising about activities Breakfast was very good. I highly recommend on this wonderful hotel!

The staff are all very friendly and are happy to go out of their way to help you. Good breakfast and excellent pool. Thank you for the hospitality. We will definitely be back and will recommend!

not all the facilities worked at spa center. the breakfast starts very late and when you arrive at open hour it still not ready

Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice facilities

Nice spa facilities, lots of choice, well maintained, clean and not too busy in the evening even though it was half term. Apartment clean, warm and comfortable, but the second bed was a small sofa bed which was not great and not expected. Nice breakfast buffet selection, but lack of variety as it’s the same each day

Sofa bed in lounge was not comfortable or suited for adults/teenage children. Spa was mainly good, but the tiles are really quite slippery when wet so you have to be careful.

Breakfast was very odd and not very nice if you were looking to have bacon, eggs, beans etc. The fried eggs seem to be sitting in a the metal tray for the whole breakfast period. I never saw fresh eggs come out. Bacon was mixed in with sausages so never really tasted of bacon. There was plain spaghetti, broccoli, carrots which should never be seen at breakfast. I spent 5 days eating 2 slices of toast with 2 boiled eggs. Friendlier staff at breakfast and in the evening behind the bar. Rooms look pretty dated, whether they are or not, they just look it.

Great facilities , including swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious and comfortable apartment , including bathroom that was very well designed.

Very clean hotel, very plesant staff. Nice spa center, nice pools with warm watter. On the the dinner wine was served. If the are few persons for dinner, you should choose from list of three salads, three main meals and few desserts. Every meal was delicious and meal size was huge.

One small remark for breakfast there should be more choices. There are two spa zones, for zone 2 there is additional payment, but this is written when are you booking.

Apartment was clean, lots of storage and space for a family of 5, and good facilities; cooker, washing machine etc, Lots of pools, jacuzzis and sauna to play and relax in. Our balcony had a view of the mountains. Transfer bus to the gondola included. Helpful accommodating staff; our flight was delayed but they stated up so we could check in at 1.30am! There's also a drying room for skis/snowboards, basketball court and kids play room.

Extra charge to play pool, the swimming pools and spa closed at 7.30pm- After a day on the mountain it would be nice to have the chance to swim in the evening.
