Dieses Stadthaus liegt in einer sehr privaten, ruhigen Gemeinschaft von Adobe Stadtwohnung mit einem geräumigen privaten Terrasse für Grillen im Freien (neue, luxuriöse 4-Flammen-Grill) eingebettet, Essen, Sonnenbaden. Außerdem ist ein luxuriöser Pool und Spa nur 100 Meter entfernt. 2 PKW-Garage und Parkmöglichkeit auf der Straße ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner auf dem Gelände, zusammen mit Keurig Kaffeemaschine, einem Flachbild-HD-TV mit 200 Kabelkanäle und kostenlose Filme, drahtlosen High-Speed-Internetzugang, eine Wohnküche und formale Esszimmer. 30 + Meilen von Wanderungen oder Radtouren über die Straße entlang der Rillito Gepflasterte Radweg. Reihenhaus für bis zu 6, mit zwei Queen-Size-Betten und zwei Full-Size-Betten. Küche ist komplett mit Einstellungen, Geschirr, Töpfe / Pfannen, einem Elektroherd und Ofen, Toaster, Backofen und Mikrowelle. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine kleine private Terrasse / Garten vor dem Stadthaus für Sonnenuntergänge / Lesen. Diese Eigenschaft ist wirklich eine Oase in der Stadt.

Stayed six weeks at this location. Enjoyed every minute. Host had great communication, location was perfect for hiking and biking, and amenities were great! Especially loved the patio. Didn't think we would use the pool and hot tub but we did a lot! Was a nice added bonus.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our loved ones. The property was absolutely perfect to fit our needs. Mr. Clancy was extremely well at communicating with us throughout the entire process.
We hope to return again next year!

There were three of us. Travelled to Tucson for cycling in mountains. Location was great for western access. Drove to do Mt Lemmon and eastern areas. Wish range was gas instead of electric, but we managed. Everything worked. Nice patio with grill.

Robert was welcoming and thorough, showing us through his place. There was plenty of room for us all to have our own spaces. The patio was especially relaxing.
Although close to the Tucson Mall and great restaurants, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.
We would stay at this place again, if available on our next trip to Tucson!

This was a great place for us. We found it comfortable, quiet, convenient and clean. This was the perfect place for us. We love to go out exploring during the day and come back to a quiet place to relax and kick back. This townhouse is in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. The patio was our favorite spot for the afternoon with a glass of wine. The owner was great. He called before we arrived to introduce himself and go over some details about the place. This was a nice personal touch. We hope to go back to this place in the future.

The owner met us, showed us all the ins and outs of the townhouse, left coffee and water to get us started. We felt right at home. Perfect location for family to come together and enjoy U of A graduation celebration.

Condo is very clean and has lots of space. Very conveniently located if you are playing golf. We played at 3 different courses and all were very close. Lots of restaurants and sports bars close by.

This Town-home is truly an oasis in north Tucson, close to everything! (Restaurants, shopping, hiking, national parks, botanical gardens, golf, etc.) We really enjoyed our stay in this great town-home. It's bright & spacious and when friends visited, there was plenty of room for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need including a keriug coffee maker. Garage parking was a plus! Less than a 3 minute walk to the pool. Especially enjoyed the large patio that is nicely furnished & spent many relaxing hours outside. Our stay made for a wonderful winter get away and hope to be back in the future. The owners Bob & Candy were very gracious & easy to work with from beginning to end. Would recommend this condo to anyone as long as they don't take the months we want! 🙂
In case you were coming with a big group there are 2 other condos attached to this one so you can be close but have your own space- there is a 3 bedroom and a 4 bedroom.
Lisa and Jessica were great to work with and responded quickly with any questions or concerns.

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. It had everything we needed and plenty of space. Our only regret is that we didn't have time to enjoy the patio more - it was very peaceful and well appointed. The host was responsive and ensured that we were able to check in and out easily. I would definitely rent the home again and would highly recommend.

This property was just perfect for a family gathering to Celebrate a U of A graduation. We were happy to meet the owner when we arrived. He knows all about the property and the surrounding area. He lives about an hour away but he introduced to a woman who lives in the complex and is a local contact should immediate needs arise. We did call her once and she was over to answer our question.
We loved that the pool was open for so many hours (6am to 11pm). Plenty of shade in the pool area when the Tucson heat got to be too much. Also appreciated the clean bathroom and shower right at the pool!
When we rent a VRBO it's mostly to have access to a kitchen and a washer/dryer. They kitchen was well equipped and VERY clean. The w/d worked great and there was detergent available for our use. We took advantage of the association pool.
Our unit was really nice. But just as important, the whole complex is beautifully landscaped and well maintained.
