This property was beyond what we expected! We have been to Florida many times and always spent time on the beach. While that is wonderful, it was nothing like staying at this gorgeous lake house, which is right next door to the Everglades. The bird life in our backyard was such an unexpected treat. We would spend each day with our binoculars looking at great blue herons, swans, egrets, and so many other amazing birds we don't typically see where we are from. One day, a giant wood stork flew over to me while I was reading a book outside and just hung out about 3 feet away! The Chapel Trail Nature Preserve was a few minutes down the road and we went there at least 3 times. There's also loads of good restaurants, lots of parks, alligator boat tours, and Flamingo Gardens and Butterfly World close by. We also took several day trips to the beaches. There's so much to do, and it was wonderful being able to do it all having this lake house, with a pool, as our home base. The area has everything you could possibly need!
We had our two children with us and the house was the perfect size for us all. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We LOVED the heated pool, and my kids even learned to finally swim while here!
Sarah was such a fabulous host and was very responsive whenever we needed anything. You will be taken care of if you book this property, that's for sure! I already miss it! Thank you, Sarah!!!

This house was perfect for our vacation. Sarah was so easy to work with! She responded very quickly to any questions we had. The property was everything we hoped for and more. We all had a really good time and highly recommend this place.

Our family loves staying here. It's clean and comfortable with lots of space for a family to spread out. The neighborhood is great for morning walks, and cooling off in the pool afterwards is such a treat. Thank you for another wonderful stay! Will definitely book again.

Sarah was wonderful. She met us at the house and took us on a personal tour to make sure we felt most comfortable there. The house was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our stay there very much. My family would highly recommend this wonderful house to anyone for a vacation rental. The neighborhood was very pretty and quiet. If we vacation in this area again we will definitely stay here again.

Overall, a great trip. The pool and view are wonderful. Sarah, the next door neighbor and on site contact for the home was extremely helpful. We had the cable box fail. She had a new one on site the next day and we were up and running again. The property was extremely clean.

This house is in a perfect location, it’s so convenient, 15 minutes from flamingo garden and park, I have never seen so many peacocks in my life, took some beautiful pictures. Excellent Property
Our family totally enjoyed the property and its location. Sarah was an excellent host answering all our questions and made us feel very welcome. The pool was a great addition to our holiday visit. Many restaurants and stores close by to fill all of our needs. Will definitely be booking this property on our next visit to Florida.

Loved our stay!!!
After having to cancel a 2020 booking at this property due to Covid, we were thrilled to finally visit and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our family of 4! I enjoyed walks around the neighborhood each morning, and the kiddos loved the pool! Very clean home, and the welcome drinks and chocolates were a lovely and generous treat. Sarah was always available for questions and a pleasure to work with. Lovely home and hosts! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Amazing Relaxing Getaway!!
I don't know where to start! We loved the gorgeous view, spacious house, quiet gated neighborhood and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. After a year of not being able to travel we were a little nervous about going to Florida but it was amazing. Sarah was the perfect host- she left us wine, food, floats and goodies when we arrived and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We spent alot of time in the nice warm pool and hanging out with the duck friends who would venture up to the yard sometimes. The guards were super friendly and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. We decided to come here instead of a place closer to the beach because the view is just gorgeous and it lived up to our expectations! I didn't mind doing dishes while looking out the big windows at the lake! It was also nice to be able to spread out so the kids had their own bedrooms and we could have a break from each other when we wanted to. Highly recommend! We didn't want to leave.

Band recording retreat
This place was incredible! It was conveniently located and Sarah, the contact person, was extremely helpful and available if we needed something answered. We were able to relax and had enough space to decompress after marathon recording sessions. If they will have us, we will be back!

I've rented a lot of vacation homes and this was one of my all-time favorites due to the view, extra touches, and amazing hospitality from Sarah. She went above and beyond at every turn! Quiet and safe neighborhood (guards were great) that was nice for a walk and located close to a number of restaurants and grocery store. I'll definitely return if I'm back in the Miami area.

Fantastic property
This is a fantastic holiday property, and we had a great time during our 8 nights here in August.
The pictures of the property are accurate, though the view over the pool and lake is often more beautiful than the pictures show! We had lots of space for the 4 of us.
The property is in a quiet, gated community, and is a short drive from a large supermarket with loads of restaurants within a short driving distance. It was also easy to explore Miami, the Keys.
Sarah is also a great host - she provided a whole load of snacks and drinks for our arrival, and was available if we needed more info.
We would thoroughly recommend this property!

Wonderful Stay in a beautiful property
What can we say? We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay in this beautiful property. The house is spacious, spotlessly clean and everything provided from bathroom and pool towels to a generously stocked fridge with refreshments and snacks. Sarah was a wonderful host and could be contacted anytime. She was so kind and brought round some extra toy cars for my 5 year old nephew. Nothing was too much trouble. We made good use of the BBQ and pool areas on our days off from exploring the area. My only regret is we could not stay longer. I would thoroughly recommend this property and would love to return in the future. The house is in a beautiful quiet gated community with an amazing rear view. It looks just like the pictures. The property is situated in the Pembroke Pines area which was ideal for exploring the Fort Lauderdale, Miami and the Everglades. Shopping at Sawgrass Mills and Pembroke Gardens are also close by. If you are thinking of booking this property go for it! It was worth every penny! Thank you Sarah and Rene

House is beautiful in a very safe and centrally located community. Sarah met us at the house (first time in over 10 years or renting that we met the owner) and showed us everything, including providing us with plenty of snacks! poll was excellent and house very clean. Easy access to the beach, sawgrass mall and many other attractions. Would recommend and hope to stay again next year!

A perfect vacation home!
From the moment we entered the house we knew we made the right choice selecting this property for our two week holiday Feb./2019. It had everything we wanted.. perfect bedrooms, large family room, fantastic heated pool, bbq, and a great view! My daughter, son-in-law and 8 month old grandson loved it and my wife and I didn't have far to travel to play golf. And it's located close to all kinds of food shopping and malls. The property manager, Sarah, was an absolute delight! She met us at the house, showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. When I called her the following day inquiring about a kettle she dropped a new one off the following day. Amazing customer service! We will definitely be renting this property again next winter. It's absolutely a 10 out of 10!

Lovely vacation rental with all you need
This February we were 6 people (four adults and two teenagers) staying 7 nights at this wonderful vacation rental. Sarah was there to welcome us and show us how everything worked, she was very sweet and helpful. The house was very nice and clean. We also loved the outside area by the lake and the heated pool was great. Overall we were very pleased with the nice and quiet area as well. We would love to come back.

Perfect
We stayed at this property for 3 weeks during July/August 2018. Sarah the agent for the property ensured that our stay was perfect (even including arranging for a box of groceries to get us started) and answered any questions that we had promptly. Sarah was a pleasure to deal with. The house had everything we needed and to wake up every morning with the view at the back of the house was truly amazing. The property is in a good location to visit Ford Lauderdale, Miami, the Everglades and is about an hours' drive to visit Naples on the opposite coast. It is very close to a huge choice of restaurants and a range of supermarkets. We will definitely look to book this property again when we next visit this area.
