- quiet area and neighborhood
- beautiful, open view
- big terrace with a morning sun, so it's ok if not liking much of sun bathing (For extreme sun lovers terrace is too shady)
- spacious apartment
- sewage smell in the garage
- hard mattresses in beds (I needed to buy a mattress top from Ikea to get bed softer)
- some of the appliances are outdated, for example washing machine and TV
- apartment is in an isolated suburb area far away from amenities so you need a car (or taxi) every time for shopping or restaurant visits etc.

Dear Ladies please consider renewal of washing mashine ... It's quite old fashioned and inconvinient... But it still working and washing😁😁😁...
