Der Hauptwohnbereich dieser Einheit ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und recht geräumig. Kabel-TV ist sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch im Hauptschlafzimmer verfügbar und jedes ist mit einem Flachbild-HD-Smart-TV ausgestattet.

The place was well stocked and very clean. It was so nice to be able to go in and out through the sliding door throughout the day and enjoy the beach view.

This unit is ideal for a wonderful stay at Coral Baja. Unit is equipped with every thing you need and Coral Baja is a family friendly resort with amazing staff and activities. I look forward to returning to this unit again. Thank you, we had a great time!

35 nights in this Condo, and loved every one of them. Unit is exactly as described, and communication with owners was superior. Most enjoyable were the sunrises on the beach and the ground floor pool access. This unit has the most shade of any others in the complex, and as a corner unit, it is very private. It is also fully stocked with everything you need or want, including the pantry. So nice to have all the cooking items already inside the cabinets as we arrived, without having to shop for those. Much is written about the weak WIFI, but this is not unique this unit, as it is the same for all other guests. We used the Hotels - Resort Net - out on the patio and downloaded movies onto the IPAD. For the living room, we just dropped a Telcel Sim Card into our phone and activated the Mobile Hotspot, allowing us to connect the laptop. The chip was 200 pesos for 3GB of data, and also useful for ride shares, and grocery deliveries. Hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we did.

The place was clean, convenient to locations, appreciated private parking space. Everything was good but one thing...
Desperately needs a better wi-fi connection. Speeds were slow to non existent. Cell is impossible on the bottom floor.
Owners were very helpful, gave lots of great tips about the area - BUT IN THIS DAY AND AGE - GOTTA HAVE BETTER OPPORTUNITY FOR COMMUNICATION.
I would stay here again, but I'd confirm they fixed the WI-FI issues. YOU GUYS MUST HAVE A BETTER SOLUTION FOR THIS ONE CAVEAT!

The owners were very upfront about the internet situation in the room not working and pricing of restaurants, great places to go, etc. 5 Stars to the owners! 3-4 stars to the resort. Luckily, I didn't end up having to work, but if I did, it would've been a pain having to go out on the patio & try to use my hotspot or pay for internet that didn't even really work. Other stores in the area lost internet so ATM's didn't work either some days. The Resort was good, but because we were in a private room, things were a little different for us such as the front desk wasn't as willing to give us toilet paper (we only received the one roll that was there, no extras), they wouldn't give us any additional detergent or paper towels, said we would have to get those ourselves or be provided them from the owners. The pool had many spots where the rocky-type flooring was coming off & they just placed rubber mats in various places all over. The pool was very warm, almost too warm and not refreshing being that we were there in July when it was very hot outside. The beach in this area has a very strong current, so you can't swim into the ocean and have to stay close to the shore not to get swept out. Food & drinks were good, but places at the resort were pretty pricy, however convenient. The resort did fun games like Bingo & had other activities Monday-Friday, but we didn't know that at first, probably being in a private room and not one of the time-shares. Overall 4.5 stars. Owners 5 stars!

As advertised, this condo was paradise! Everything needed was right there including a little store and a great restaurant. Not a lot within walking distance but taxis and Uber readily available.

Perfect rental for our 1st time in Cabo. The location is great, the ground floor walkout and view is spectacular. The unit was stocked with everything and beds very comfortable. Would stay here again. Great for kids, families, adults, retired folks, etc, maybe not for honeymooners or partiers.

Loved easy access to ocean ! Facilities at Wyndham location were great. Having restaurant on property was a big bonus. High end shopping market 10 minute walk from unit was big help with fresh fish. Bed was really comfortable and unit was nice and quiet.

The owners were very responsive during the booking process and during our stay. The unit has everything you need for cooking and comfort. We felt very safe at the property too. We selected the property because it had a restaurant, pool bar, pool, and on the beach. I was glad to see the property had a gym too. The daily activities (water aerobics and bingo) at the pool were a pleasant surprise. The live music at tge restaurant was superb. Especially Friday night. We met some great people there too! The staff at the propert were amazing.

Great stay in a very lovely condo with great access to the beach. There is no swimming at this beach, but the swimmable beach is a short walk down along the beach. It's about a mile and a half to San Jose and a little less than a mile to a great restaurant called Seven Seas, just have to time the tide correctly or there is no access.
Nicely furnished and equipped unit with everything we needed.
Would definitely recommend this lovely condo.

Coral Baja is a great resort. Lots of fun activities! Unit had a great location, on the first floor with easy access to the pool. Unit is dated and needs some new dishes and glasses but was really quite nice. Love Mama Mia's restaurant and pool bar on site. Liked the ability to set up a charge account and use it at the restaurant and pool. All the amenities of a all inclusive!

We had a great time and found the condo well equipped with everything we needed and more! Best location as we could walk out the patio and be at the pool in a few feet. We were able to walk down the beach about 5 mins away and swim in the ocean, which was spectacular!!

Great until in a wonderful property. Everyone is warm and friendly and the property is easy and relaxed. Our rental was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our week stay. The internet is very unreliable, but that is a property issue and not an owner issue. Will definitely rent again!

Everything was as described, easy no hassle check in, very well kept property. I enjoyed the convenience of a ground floor unit and felt very safe. Not sure if vacancy was low but it was a quiet stay which I appreciated. A little piece of paradise.

We loved staying here at the same resort when our extended family. The unit itself was clean, classy, and everything functioned great. Bed was super comfortable and we loved being just a quick walk from the pool!

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The unit and property were immaculate including daily cleaning of each and every beach and pool lounge, continuous washing, polishing and sweeping of everything in sight! The property staff were pleasant and helpful and the owners were positively responsive. A plus for my husband….The Golf Channel was included on tv. We never watch tv on vacation but he couldn’t resist! We purchased the Wifi which had better reception under the palapa than in the unit. The unit itself was well equipped, spacious and comfortable and although we usually like a high floor for the views, the convenience of a first floor unit was appreciated. The air conditioning did not disappoint, as it was well tested during our scorching stay. I don’t want to say too many good things because I’d like this unit available when we wish to return!

The property is beautiful. The staff was very accomadating with all of us. The VRBO unit my sister stayed in was perfect. In fact we had a little trouble getting her out on the beach because she said the unit had everything she wanted and more.

This is the best resort for a very relaxing atmosphere. Everything is on-site or a close drive. The staff was very friendly. Our massage was wonderful. The pool bar music was a bit much by the end of the day though.

The restrictions seemed very insignificant because the resort was limited to 50% capacity.The suite was super comfy; the bed was ideal. There was no noticeable noise at anytime.We prepared our own food more than 1/2 the time. The grocery store was a short 15 minute walk. We did not have a car and felt like that was not an inconvenience at all.

I have a stayed and this location before and have always found the staff to be kind and helpful and clean facilities. The unit was an end unit and ground floor, and nice to walk right out to the pool and beach. Jogged the beach every day, walked to shopping and other restaurants.

Great stay at Coral Baja
This is a great place to stay, within walking distance to the store as well as many great restaurants. It is just a 2.5 mile walk into to the town square or if you prefer just a quick $7 cab ride. The pool, beach and restaurant at the resort is great and the staff is quite friendly and helpful.
