This property was perfect for my family. The kitchen was fabulous. Thank goodness the pool was open as it was extremely hot and the kids loved it and the ocean.

This is a private home/condo that is very large and room for eight. We spread out and everyone had plenty of space. The beach ramp is one building over. This is the best beach as cars are not allowed to drive on this section. We didn’t have to worry about kids getting run over. We will definitely be back. Loved the new kitchen and the colors. Owner takes a lot of pride in keeping this unit up to date. Extremely clean too! And very cold AC! Best vacation ever! Thank you for everything.

We love this property. The condo looks exactly like the pictures if not better. Sit outside on the patio and hear the waves crashing. I loved the master bed and bathroom. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen was spacious and filled with everything needed to cook meals away from home. The unit has a full size, top-of-the-line washer, and dryer which we loved, overall we love this unit. Wonderful place to stay. Kathy was so nice and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely rent this unit again thank you for sharing your home with us.

Everything that is currently being advertised on this property is not accurate! When I contacted Cathy and asked her specifically if the condo had been damaged by the hurricane in December 2022 she told me no damage to report. Unknown to me and my family until I got there in March 2023 and saw a notice posted on the mailbox that the pool, pool deck and beach access were all closed. Not great news for my 91 year old father who was now pretty much stuck sitting on the patio with a very limited view of the ocean and a full view of the common area that was mainly weeds and gravel and the side of the building next door. Needless to say if you are considering this property make sure to check and make sure all of the amenities she advertises are actually available and useable. We kept getting a promise from Cathy that she would give us a partial refund for our inconvenience but that was predicated on us not leaving a bad review. Needless to say I opted to discontinue my efforts to work with her for a non-existent refund and instead write the review that she deserves by not disclosing pertinent information to me in time for me to have the choice to cancel my reservation. There were multiple properties in the area that are much nicer for equal or lesser cost.

Cathy made the stay virtually flawless. Arrive with the keycode and enter a beautiful spacious condo with everything you need! The beach access ramp is a one minute walk! Enjoy the side patio with the sound of the ocean while you relax! Loved that we could bring our little dog as well, she had a blast! Very good experience and look forward to returning! Thanks!

Giving 5 stars because unfortunately, Hurricane Ian prevented us from being at the beach condo. Cathy, the host, communicated was available and communicated with me throughout the storm. We have rebooked and are sooo looking forward to a wonderful relaxing stay in November.

Cathy was our Host and took care of us. As you know the building and area, the state, suffered damage from Hurricane Ian. Cathy made sure our unit was in great condition, and it was. It was great to be at the beach, Matt the property manager got the pool functioning and in good condition. It is a spacious property, it is a strong property and The Host, Cathy made sure things went well for us. We needed a get away and in spite of all the challenges, she made sure we could get away and my family and I appreciate it.

Loved the condo being on the no-drive section of the beach. It was well stocked with all the essentials, clean, neighbor's were super friendly and the owner was on top of everything and made communication very easy!

Got the nieces and nephews together for a beach trip!
Condo was beautiful and had everything you needed! Cathy kept in touch with text just in case. There was a small issue with a toilet and Cathy came right away with the stuff to take care of it. She was wonderful. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back!!!

The property was very clean and well stocked. You could tell the cleaning staff took pride in their work. We even had an area right outside the condo for the dog to play and a covered parking space. We would definitely stay here again.

Cathy was a wonderful host. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Her condo was clean with a well stocked kitchen. The only drawback, and her and I talked about it, was the unheated swimming pool. Very nice quite beach. Close to shopping, eateries and entertainment. We had a very nice vacation.

We really enjoyed the location of the unit. We brought our small dogs and with the grass area it made it convenient to take them right out the patio. We felt like we had our own backyard. The unit it very big. It is dated but clean. We loved having 3 bdrms and all had TVs. Fully stocked kitchen so we could make meals instead of eating out every night. It was a wonderful trip and would definitely come back.
****The only down side which is no fault of the owner is the pool was really cold. It’s not heated. My kids love being in the pool but did not swim in it the entire time.

Great Location
The location can't be beat. You have a view of the ocean from the side patio. There are plenty of stores and restaraunt around. The beach was great and quiet. The pull-out couch was not really suitable for someone to sleep on, it seemed to be where the owners dog hangs out, as there was a lot of fur and it was not clean. Just something to consider when figuring out your booking/sleeping arrangements. Overall we had a great stay and made the short drive to Blue Springs State Park to see the manatees!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were five of us and the condo and patio area fit everyone perfectly and comfortably. Loved being right on the beach. The owner was great, very nice and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this condo!

The condo was clean and had everything you would need. The kitchen was fully equipped. The air conditioner worked great. A great ocean view from the patio and pet friendly. The owner Cathy was very gracious and we enjoyed our stay. We will be back.
