This house is ideal for proximity to the beach, without paying thousands for water front. Very pleased. I would definitely stay again. Keep in mind….this is rental grade property and somewhat outdated. Knowing that ahead of time iis key!!! Again, we had a splendid time and would recommend this property to anyone who’s on a budget!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The size of the house was all me and my family needed for vacation. The location of the house was amazing with just a walk across the road to the public beach access. We knew this house was outdated based on the photos provided and we were okay with that. HOWEVER, the cleanliness was sub-par. There were stains on the carpet that wasn’t conveyed in the photos. Broken blinds were in the bedrooms, sand seemed to be everywhere when checking in. We tried to clean up and found a broom but no broom pan. The last day when getting ready to check-out one of the family members opened the dish washer, which we didn’t use all week, and to our surprise there were dishes left from the previous renters the week before. And to no fault of the property managers, the cherry on top was when a small frog crawled out of the sink drain in the bathroom. Don’t worry, no frogs were harmed and the little guy was released outside. It just felt dirty in this home which was upsetting because no one wants to spend their money on a vacation rental to feel gross.
