We rented this home for a week for our daughter’s wedding in CB. It was a great house, convenient to everything and well equipped . The only complaint was no one told us about the alarm system —and the rental book had nothing about it. I saw the system in the hallway and assumed it was disarmed. However it went off - in error - one night right outside my 5y grandson’s room and we could not turn it off. Called all numbers provided and could not get a live person - even the emergency numbers were on vm. Finally someone called back and we were able to get it off. Hopefully the prop mgrs have fixxed this omission as otherwise the property is great!

We had an excellent experience staying at this VRBO. The home was clean and easily accommodated 8 adults. Common space was perfect for family time. The location was in walking distances to most of our activities. We will definitely stay here again.

Very pretty house in a great location, but not that clean, specially kitchen and leaving room, where we found cereal on floor from previous guests.Bathrooms ok, but towels black color. General smell around the house not too appealing.

Our family, along with some friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the green house in town. The kitchen is gorgeous, and so fully equipped! Beds were very comfortable as well! We had a great time on the deck with beautiful views too!

Beautiful setting with mountain views in every direction. The downtown area was in walking distance and the people we met along the way were very friendly. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch rockers and also having lunch on the kitchen deck. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The ability to park in the garage was a bonus. Just remember to bring your own haircare products as none were provided.We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely return again.

Great House / Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay in CB this summer. The house is very close to Rainbow Park and Rec Trails. Elk Avenue and town is an easy walk. Very quiet part of town. The house has two master bedrooms with ensuite baths. Home was very clean and property management was very responsive. A+

Disappointing: expensive house loaded with dust and dog hair. Never would have rented if had notice of pet hair (Family members allergic). We spent alot of time cleaning house and washing sheets.

The house is very nice and well appointed in a great location. You can easily walk to town, so it’s perfect for summer and winter. The beds were comfortable and having a washer and dryer was a plus with kids! We would definitely stay here again!
