Feedback 102 Gulf Blvd, Indian Beach, Fl, Room 201.
Arrived on August 30th, room was cleaned and location were perfect as advertised. Encountered the microwave not working while brought some foods from the restaurant and tried to heat for the kids, reached out to Vacasa rental management, it took one day to resolve with an installation of a new microwave.
On September 5th, around 8:30pm, came back from the pool, water was totally shut-off, reached out to Vacasa, got a response in a few minutes. Around 9:30pm, a couple came knocked on the door (assuming might be property manager). Disappointed the way, the lady questioned or assumed of our family shut-off the vault on the side of the building that caused all the water shut off the whole building. The kids and I were swimming but we didn’t even know there is a water vault located at the side of the building. The woman’s tones, expression and assumptions thinks it would be my kids who turn off the water vaulted locate in the right side of the building; I hope the property manager take the time to review their camera video and discovered the people who may accidentally turn off the water vault.
Our family come to Florida twice a year and always stay at beachfront hotel. This is the first time, we encountered issued and the property manager seems to blame z/accused us without asking if we have water back. Very disappointed the way the property manager
point figure on us. I feel it’s because we’re the only Asian family vacation in the building.

I really enjoyed this quiet condo at Indian Rocks Beach!

This was the perfect location and condo for our family of 6. The condo was spacious and well kept. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and easy access to the beach. The bed in the master suite was the most comfortable bed we've ever encountered on vacation! Definitely will be coming back to stay here!

I shall just make a list....
*The hall bath fan is so loud. It comes on with the light and cannot be turned off.
*The ice maker makes so much noise my guest on the couch could not sleep
*I saw roaches every day. Especially the master bathroom and kitchen
*There were no sheets for the pullout bed
*Only one extra pillowcase for four spare pillows
*After out first shower and walking barefoot, everyones feet were black on the bottoms. The condo is very dirty
*All the blinds are very dusty
*The fake plants have an unsanitary amount of dust on them
*The sliding glass door has two missing slats
*Replace the gross baking sheets
*There is a lack of Tupperware containers
*The hot tub was unusable for the first 3 days of our stay
*And we were yelled at by the maintenance man for unloading our suitcases by the elevator, We are elderly..
I am so sorry, but we just love the location and the corner unit there at Oceanside. I wish it were better maintained.

It was very easy to book. Getting the code for our place was simple and easy to understand. Enjoyed the pool and beach access. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Perfect vacation!

This property was perfect for our family. Everything you need for the beach is already there for you to use. So many restaurants within walking distance. We watched the sunset every evening from the balcony. We will definitely be booking this room again.

Everything was great except the locks were difficult to turn at the front door and also at the pool/beach doors. I think a little WD-40 would cure the problem. Also the furniture on the patio is worn and could use an update. We had a great time and the location is perfect

This was the second year in the condo. The condo is nice but we had some issues. the first year in day one the ac went out and it was 95 degrees in the unit. they did send ut an ac guy but it didnt cool down until middle of the night. This year in day one my wife used the restroom as soon as we arived and came back 10 minutes later and water was all over the bathroom floor and carpets. we used all the towells in the unit and they did bring us more. My wifes new 60.00 sandals were ruined by the toilet water. they did send a plumber and carpet guys out. on day 3 the washer was in a lock mode and would not turn on therefore all the soiled towells were not able to be washed. Vacas told us they couldnt get the warranty company to come out until after we left which was a huge inconvenience as we could not wash any clothes. I am not sure why they couldnt just get a repairman to come fix the issue. It was just a huge inconvenience. I have expressed my disatisfaction and do expect compensation at least for my wifes sandals

Great condo, beautiful sunsets, great location, but please upgrades your locks. Not because its unsafe but for ease of use. We had to walk around the pool to get to ocean because it was so hard to open the gates. Also couldn’t use outside locker for beach stuff

Superb location, nice layout, comfortable bed, well maintained public spaces (although the grills did not work). Unit needed numerous repairs in my 5 week stay and presents as a bit worn (carpets, cabinets,e tc). Wifi does not work in the Master Bedroom and had intermittent outages.

The location is close to Clearwater, but far enough away to get away from the crowds and provide plenty of space for your vacation. Unit was well maintained, more space that it looks like, plenty to relax and enjoy. View was fantastic for sunset watching.

Loved it! Best view!
We loved the condo and were disappointed that we couldn’t rent it next year, because others had already rented it! The view from the balcony was excellent. It overlooked a small grassy lawn and not the pool. This gave you more privacy and a quieter stay. We also appreciated that the sliders going out to the balcony had tinted glass so that the afternoon sun was not unbearable. There are an abundance Of restaurants in the neighborhood. The only negative was a lack of some of the cooking supplies. The knife block didn’t have a single knife that was the least bit sharp. Cutting lemons and limes resulted in mangled fruit. Similarly there was not a good size saucepan or tea kettle. The silverware was also not the best. There were only four table knives. It would also have been better had there been more matched glasses. We felt like we were using drinking glasses from a garage sale. The only other negative was the worn sheets and mattress pads.

Outstanding Condo Complex; Nicely Furnished Unit
Our family of five stayed in unit 201. It was excellent. The furniture was well appointed; the kitchen and baths were updated. Beautiful view of the gulf from the unit. The second floor unit was very convenient. Everything was outstanding with our stay. Thanks.

Very roomy condo
The place was beautiful & very big rooms. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in including my own. The downside was no beach umbrella & 3 child sized beach chairs. I did call vacasa to see if we could get better chairs & an umbrella but couldn’t so we ended up going to Walmart & buying some. The beach is beautiful & we really loved the location. I would definitely rent this unit again but only if they provided better beach equipment.
