Perfect location, had a great time. Place was very clean. Will be planning to stay here again in the future.

Our place to stay in the Smokies is always Riverfront Condos. You have all the luxuries of home, plus it’s so close to Tanger Outlet, and any of the shows you might want to see. Also, the price is very reasonable, and beats lots of hotel prices. Great location, very clean and priced reasonably, quiet area. Just perfect! If you ever stay here you will never stay in a motel/hotel again. Our hosts are first class, always available if we have a question or need anything. Eve H

Always choose a property of Doug and Connie’s when available…never been disappointed. Very convenient location, easy check-in and property is as advertised. I will be back

I've stayed in this building previously, but in a different unit. This one was very nice and had everything we needed. It's close to many things and only around 30 minutes from Gatlinburg or the mountain trails. We stayed for a week and I was surprised how quiet it was. This is on the top floor and not once did I see anyone else on that floor. It really made for a pleasant experience, especially when sleeping. The only issue was the mattress in the master room was a bit noisy so it's easy to disturb your partner when getting up at night. Other than that, it was a nice experience. The host responded quickly to my concerns and we didn't have any major issues. Would definitely consider this one again.
