Lovely views from the room, spacious rooms decorated with taste, healthy and copious breakfast, friendly and helpful owners who made us feel at home and were generous with tips and advice on how to enjoy the area.

All was perfect.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana splendida!! La struttura è accogliente, pulita e ben strutturata immersa nelle vigne del Collio. La piscina un plus davvero gradita. Silvia ed Erika sono due persone splendide! Avevamo con noi il nostro amico a 4 zampe che è stato accolto con attenzione e totale cura. Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno per chiudere in bellezza le nostre vacanze come abbiamo fatto quest’anno

The breakfast is good and some of the staff is friendly and helpful

This is not an agriturismo but just a B&B where a lady passes by to serve breakfast and then goes away. The rest of the day, there is nothing to do anymore. No coffee, no bar, nobody to contact, noboday to help with checkin... -The checkin is via a key lock and response to our questions was slow. -We were promised to get a "garden view", but actually we overlooked the garage entry in concrete. The reaction of the staff was: "at least, you see some of the neighbours garden if you look far ahead" -The room itself feels old, dark and is not as comfortable as the pictures on Booking would suggest (no carpet, poorly decorated, missing basic elements, the bathroom was not very clean...) -There are hardly any sockets, the Wifi was not working for the whole 5 days of our stay (a known problem, yet unfixable it seems) -There is only poor mobile coverage, so with the Wifi not working, it's time for digital detox... -The pool has a sharp edge in brick stone, not child friendly nor safe. Never seen this before -Some staff is not even making an effort during the weekend to serve the whole breakfast and reduces it to a minimum And last but not least: some reviews are submitted by the social media manager from Lithuania that was hired to stage the pictures and promote the accomodation...
