Séjour très agréable au pied de la Citadelle

Le logement est spacieux. Il est idéalement situé au pied de la citadelle tout en restant à proximité du centre de Carcassonne. Le logement est entièrement équipé avec en plus une clim éversible.

Seul un problème de Box TV est venu apporter un grain de sable à notre séjour mais comme nous n'étions pas la pour rester devant notre écran cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

Excelente Apartamento

Es un apartamento perfecto!!! Cerca de castillo. Tenia todos los que necesitamos!! El secador y manta extra y etc..Climatización de todas habitaciones son perfectos. Fuimos enero y la ciudad hace frío pero en las habitaciones no tenían ningún problema. Tiene propio parking. Terraza tiene la vista de castillos. Hemos disfrutado muchísimos. This apartment is perfect for family trip. There are everything we needed. A hair dryer, extra blanket y etc.. The Air condicionar Ia perfect. We went to Carcassonne in Jury but we didn't have cold un this apartment. There is own parking. The terrace has view of La Cite. We've enjoyed a lot.

Televisión es pequeño pero por mí es perfecto. No hemos venido a ver a TV. Venimos para disfrutar con la familia. Así jugamos unos juegos de mesa y etc.. TV is small but we didn't come to see TV. Si for mi that's not uno problem at all.

Localización

Pésima atención por parte del propietario, mal trato y abandono del cliente ante problema grave en la casa. Con 0 grados, no funcionaba la calefacción, tardaba más de un día en contestar, cuando lo hacía eran continuas faltas de respeto

Ubicación y casa perfecta

La casa es perfecta. Espaciosa, muy limpia, cómoda. Con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta y bonita. Parking en la misma puerta, a 10 minutos a pie de la Cité. Wifi, bien equipada. Check-in fácil. Estancia con independencia.Varios wc.

Very, very average and moldy

Location

Very very hot inside. Loads of black mold in the bathrooms, not cleaned to a very high standard. Very dated kitchen with a very average oven Sun terrace is not as stated - you cannot even fit a chair on it so no relaxing like it says with the picture of the castle!!! Car was broken in to outside the property, we tried to contact the owner but no reply. When we left we stripped the beds, put all the towels etc together, took the bins out and left the dishwasher on. However when we left we received a rude message about the “state” we left the house in. So so rude. Wouldn’t recommend this due to the lack of and rude communication from owner.

Superb

Perfect location with parking space just in front of the house, perfect communication with our host and perfect breakfast service.

More plates and cups would be great, the equipment is a little old but It's fine for the price.

Very good

The location was very central. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The washing machine was a bonus. The fans were v much needed in the night so it made the heat bearable to us Irish people.

Ideal place to sightsee Carcassonne, but also the whole south of France.

Very close to the medieval city, plenty of space for a family, different maps and guide books at hand, a parking place just in front on the gate, easy to get inside (we arrived at night), a friendly host.

Very good

Great location and a bonus to park right outside. Property was clean and very comfortable and totally suited our visit. It was so easy to walk up to La Cite and lots of bars/cafes and restaurants nearby. Great value for money

Walls of the castle 🏰

2 block's from the castle. Easy check in. Good communication, and everything is as it says. Wonderful shower and separate toilet. Nice view of the castle on the balcony, if , it was warm enough to go upstairs.. unfortunately, it's February!!

Stairs are spiral. Have to go up 2 flights for 2 bedroom and balcony. But that is normal for allot of these old places.

Excellent apartment in excellent location

Excellent location and the communication from Amin, the owner, was great. Very well equipped kitchen with coffee pods and dish washer tablets. Amin very accommodating as we had an evening flight and needed to store our luggage for a few hours. 5 minutes from the amazing cité and 10 minutes from town centre.

Nice view from up terasa, clean rooms.

The code for the front gates and the keys box apartment should be provided before we arrived. I have to give a call find the way how to get in.

Enjoyed our stay, very short walk to medieval city. Only neagatives were sparse windows covering in one of the bedroom

Needs window covering in room with twin beds. Spiral staircase to bedrooms but from pics we were figured we would need to use it to get to bedrooms in advance.

Everything we needed and more!

Very close to the castle. Had a parking space which is difficult to find. Everything you need to prepare meals. The spiral staircase is a highlight for us as well as the third floor bedroom. The most memorable place we stayed in in Europe.

Maison Borrel: a gem next to the fortified city!

Beautiful apartment, walking distance to the city, and in a nice neighbourhood. Amin, our host, was super helpful with kind assistance and clear instructions.

We loved this place--price, comfort, location!

We loved staying here! It's within close walking distance to the medieval city, and the view of the city from the apartment balcony is fantastic. Good air conditioning, kitchen, just a great spot for our family during our 2 day stay. We loved having a parking space right out the back door. Also, there was a great little shop a little down the street where we reserved some pain au chocolat, picked up some wine (the finally storekeeper guided us through all the wines she had available!), and got a few other things for meals.

The door to the upstairs bathroom needs some repairing on the handle-- it popped off a couple times. Getting to the parking space was tricky! It's like a how-to video or something is needed!

Great location to explore the old and new town of Carcassone , parking is certainly also a bonus. Enjoyed the house / apartment.

Perfect position to visit the Citadel, lovely terrace with a wonderful view of the City walls, private fenced parking at one meter from the door.

Everything was fine, except that table, sink and dishes looked like were not rinsed after soaping

Excellent stay, fabulous location and the off street parking is a real bonus.

Great location, parking and accommodation and the hosts were very responsive. Fabulous terrace.

A kettle and a simple cafetiere would be great. Also a couple of dishwasher tablets and dishcloth, just small things.

very good place to stay.

Excellent location, very quiet and comfortable with the delights of Carcassonne on the doorstep and importantly there was secure off street parking, which was important given the difficulty of parking otherwise.

Be sure to get check in instructions to pick up keys before you arrive. I had to contact owner to get the WiFi code which should be immediately visible on arrival.

The house is perfect for 5. Great location and the Parking is a must in Carcassonne. If you don't have a parking spot and you're traveling by car, you may have an issue there...

Spacious apartment with excellent location

The apartment has everything: space, equipment, good wifi, good shower,cleanliness, nice host... There's lots of places for storage in every room. The location is perfect. It's easy to find with Google maps and the host's description. It's a very short walk to the historic city and across the old bridge to the newer city. It has 3 levels. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, living room and toilet. The next level has two large bedrooms, a bath/ shower room and a separate toilette. The third level has beds as shown. We would definitely recommend.

Good

Location was excellent and free parking was a bonus. The property was larger than expected and the furnishings were tasteful.

We thought there would be air conditioning however there was only one fan in one bedroom. So my children sleeping in the loft were so hot they couldn't sleep and ended up sleeping in our bedroom (which had a fan) which meant that we got no sleep at all. Also the coffee machine didn't work.
