The apartment was clean & had a nice walk in wardrobe , good size bedroom & hall .It also had a small balcony with a small table & chairs at the rear of the building facing the neighbours garden.

The only missing item i would say is a microwave . the wifi was frustrating as it keeps cutting off continuously ..it works fine when connected however it keeps dropping off & on...

The place is spacious, that is very good if you stay for a few days with a bunch of people. Kitchen was quite well equipped and comfortable. Washing machine was available. Even though the apartment is located on a noisy street, the inside of the apartment was rather quiet, if you kept the windows shut. Good noise isolation. We also appreciated the dark shutters on windows that enabled us to sleep very nicely in the bright mornings. Personally, I liked the pillows very much, I had very good sleep there. The host was very helpful and always tried to solve our problems, whenever we had any.

The apartment is located across 2 gas stations, so keeping windows open or having a coffee/wine on the balcony was not an option. It was very heavy gas smell on the balcony. The WiFi kept disconnecting, despite attempts to repair it. It did function nicely when there was just 1 person online, but when all 5 of us wanted/needed to be online, then it was basically not possible. Also, my 4G on my phone hardly worked in the apartment, so we had to go out to a cafe or restaurant to get online. As I had planned to work a bit, it was a drawback for me.

Nice, quiet and clean apartment 10 minutes away from the train station by walk. There is supermarket 5 min away from the property. The lady that met us was very kind. Helped us with some questions we got about the transport. Communication went smoothly.

The place was clean and well maintained, the AC worked great. The host was amazing and very responsive. Washing machine was a nice touch.

The location is on a very busy street with no sidewalks, so access from the main areas in Sant'Agnello involves walking on the street along non-stop traffic. The Wifi kept cutting out, the host reset the system for us but it still had issues.
