We stayed with our family over Thanksgiving holiday. The management was super helpful. Easy to get a hold of, house was immaculate. Beds were super comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location near the beach was amazing.

The place is perfect for multi-family trips . I traveled with elderly family members and the elevator was excellent . The beach was amazing the weekend I stayed, very private beach entry that allows you to enjoy the beach without the crowds . The place was equipped with cookware and towels . Thank you

This property is decent but has major issues
The property is in a decent neighborhood but the beach it is close to is not great. Limited physical square footage of beach. The house itself was overall relatively clean but the trash cans outside had not been emptied in a while and were overflowing with maggots and smelt terrible.
When we arrived the fire alarms were going off and went off for aprx 2 hours as we waited for someone from the property to arrive and after waiting for 2 hours we had to call the fire department. Once the fire department came and took off most of the fire alarms we were still plagued by 2 remaining alarms that kept beeping during our stay.
The microwave didn’t work for half of the trip. The grill didn’t work at all. We had to call and ask for more paper towels(only provided 1 roll for 8 people for 4 days).
The cable didn’t work at all so the only way to watch tv is to log into your own streaming account.
All of the bicycles are old and a little rusty looking but two of them didn’t work and 1 of those my husband got on and the brakes didn’t work. Thankfully he figured it out before he went too fast and caused an injury.
My family definitely would never return to the property.

Sometimes it’s hard to find that perfect place on Vrbo, but this is definitely it! Literally steps to the beach! Everything was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host was very attentive and responsive. If I could give us more than five stars, I would!

The house was very spacious and kitchen well stocked. Communication prompt and friendly. Villa is in a nice neighborhood close to the beach and is very quiet. Chains were rusted on bikes, so we were not able to use them. Tiki Tiki was a nice restaurant that was in walking distance.

It was a beautiful property, worked out well. There was 8 of us and still and extra room left. We BBQ'd at the property and was also in walking distance to the beach. Close to the boardwalk. Close to Miami and Palm Beaches - worked out perfect for us (as well as close to the airport).

This is a perfect place for a family gathering. The unit has large clean rooms and nice bathrooms. The kitchen area is well suited for gathering, however you will need to bring all your necessities to cook a large meal. Beach and broadwalk access are very convenient

According to the host, the dishwasher stopped working after the last guests’ visit. The dishwasher not working may not seem like a significant concern for some, but for me, it was substantial. I’m a veteran educator who has spent the last two and half years navigating through some of the most challenging times of my career, so I needed this family vacation. Hand washing dishes for a family of eight for five days seemed cruel. The host apologized for the inconvenience but could not offer any solutions; instead, I was informed the dishwasher would be replaced after my visit. Also, to my surprise, the rooftop grill was not working. That was also a bummer. After not getting a resolution from the property host, I reached out to Vrbo, which was a total waste of time. After being placed on hold for almost three hours, I was told that Vrbo didn’t own the property and there was nothing that Vrbo could do to rectify the situation. My family and I had been looking forward to this trip For six months.

Relaxing and fun family getaway
Our stay in Hollywood, FL, was everything we hoped for. The home was located in a cute and quiet neighborhood within a two minute walk to the beach and had everything we needed! The home itself was impeccably clean, had ample space, and a fantastic rooftop deck! Marieva, our host, was easily accessible, friendly, and very responsive. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway that’s a hop, skip, jump away from the action! You won’t regret it.

Pure perfection!
I dare say this is our most fat favorite property we’ve ever stayed at. I had my family of 10 here from Minnesota and Tennessee for under a week. We all had the best time! Just to name a few things because I really could go on for a very extended review, the home was set up perfectly for this size of a group, we all had our own space but could come together in the kitchen for meals but still not feel like we’re on top of one another. Location is perfect, the walk to the beach is a piece of cake and it’s a lovely beach down at the end of the road, and the house had access to all the beach blankets and chairs we would need!
To say it was clean is an understatement, I have stayed in hundreds of properties, this had been the cleanest I’d have experienced, ever!
Marieva is a dream to work with…. She responds quickly to texts and emails, providing the most excellent customer service!
We used the excellent kitchen to cook most of our meals in however you can walk or bike ride to wherever you need to go. The Hollywood Boardwalk is just right down the street so it just really makes it the most ideal location! Quiet too,
Oh, and I forgot to mention the wonderful rooftop patio and elevator that we’re both truly a luxury to have! We won’t hesitate to rent this lovely home out again, Marieva thanks for everything!

Excellent and beautiful property!
This was my first time renting a vacation property and there are no regrets! The home is just as described. It’s beautiful! Marieva is super friendly and answered all of my questions prior to the trip and even checked on us during and after the trip. If you are looking for somewhere nice to stay, do not hesitate! This is the place. It is very accommodating for a small group. Everyone enjoyed and I hope to rent this property again in the future!

All instructions were very clear with regard to the property. All had very comfortable rooms and the common areas were very capable of accommodating all 9 of us.

Exceptional Location
We enjoyed our experience at this lovely home. As we were only four in a property designed for as many as ten, it did seem a bit oversized at times (although the elevator made a huge difference in moving among floors), but we chose this for its location, which we enjoyed a great deal. And the rooftop was a huge plus, for sunrise and sunset viewings and general relaxing. The property manager was extremely responsive to the few minor issues we encountered, replacing a broken cable box quickly. We recommend this property especially for families and groups of friends who seek a quiet, near-the-beach venue.

This house looks like it came form the pages of Coastal Living. Las Casa 360 is a five bedroom house with luxury mattresses, linens and towels. There is a garage that comes stocked with items to make your day at the beach more enjoyable, such a chairs umbrellas and a cooler. We had enjoyed riding beach cruisers to check out the Hollywood Boardwalk, about a mile to the south or the fishing pier with a Quarterdeck’s less than 3/4 mile away. The beach is only a two minute walk away and super soft beach towels are provided. There is a shower at the entrance to the beach to rinse off sand and salt water. Our group of 7 adults was very comfortable in the villa. The kitchen is outfitted with Miele appliances and all the pots, pans and dinnerware needed for a big group. While we enjoyed several local restaurants (especially Padrino’s for Cuban and Ankari for Peruvian), we dined in on two nights. A gas grill on the deck roof provided an additional option for cooking and was appreciated for our steaks. The variety of glassware provided for enjoyment of cocktails, red and white wine and bourbon. There is a cork screw, so if dining in, you can enjoy some wine. The living room and each bedroom has a large screen TV. We went deep sea fishing with Super Sea Legs that was almost across the street. We caught enough fish to have blackened fish tacos for lunch. You can also take the fish to Tiki-Tiki and they will cook them for you as long as you bring a coupon from Super Sea Legs. It you are a diver, there is an outside faucet in the front, which makes rinsing and cleaning equipment very easy. The garage provides a convenient place to let the equipment dry. Friends that stopped by during our stay liked the house so we’ll, they plan to book a stay for a family reunion.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Villa as they provided everything we needed to feel right at home. Marieva was very responsive and through in answering any questions we had. It was great being able to walk to the beach and enjoy seeing the beautiful neighborhood.
The rooftop truly makes this place even better as you can enjoy it after a long day at the beach. They have a gas grill you can use for grilling.
The layout of the Villa is as follow:
Fist floor one king size bed/sofa bed and bathroom right outside of the bedroom.
Secound floor you have the kitchen/living room space and a room with a washer and dryer. Please note if you are planning on using it bring a small bottle of detergent just in case. In addition, you have the second room that comes with a king size bed and the bathroom is right outside of the bedroom.
Third floor you have three different bedrooms which includes ( Queen Size bed, two single beds and king size bed). Please note the only room On the third floor that has the bathroom inside the room is the king size bedroom . The other two rooms you have a bathroom right outside of it. Please note the room with the single bed only get fit one adults as it’s truly a twin side bed.
Forth floor you have the rooftop that is great to hang out and enjoy the sunset or sunrise. They do have an elevator that was great to use when having to bring up the luggage’s or anything else that would be heavy. It would go up all the way to the fourth floor too which was great.
Overall a great experience, please take your time to read through the instructions in the house as it’s very helpful. They have a faucet outdoor to clean you feet once you get back from the beach. Hope this helps and you won’t regret staying at this villa as it’s a great place tl enjoy and have a relaxing vacation.
