Great place and plenty big !!

Very spacious and clean

We chose this property because it was pet friendly and had a very high rating. It was located in the Wyndham Resorts and close to the beach and restaurants. It was spacious, clean and quiet inside the unit although outside at night it was let’s say not so quiet… loud music and party people. I did have communication problems with the host at times. I had not received any instruction to be able to enter the unit by 4pm. We have a friend on the island we were visiting so we went to her house to visit and hopefully get some information from the host. About 5pm I finally tried to contact Peter through VRBO. Then I found a contact number and left a message. At about 5:45 I finally had to contact VRBO and they too tried to contact Peter. We finally got into the unit sometime after 6 pm. While Peter was apologetic stating he was on a cruise and had sketchy phone service. I found it a poor way to conduct business. The unit appeared clean but it had a musty smell about it. I think the origin of the musty smell was the carpet upstairs. It was very old, stained and was actually rippling throughout like it needed to be stretched flat. Having read through most of the reviews it seems this carpet has been complained about going back a few years now. We left a day early because my husband could no longer deal with the dirty carpet. I wish I could have given a better review but this unit really needs a little more TLC
