Unsere Wohnung ist eine schön eingerichtete und gut gepflegte Reihenhauswohnung im fünften Stock mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 1.000 Quadratmetern und zwei Balkonen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf, während das Wohnzimmer einen wunderschönen Blick auf Phillips Inlet bietet.
Die Wohnung liegt versteckt am westlichen Ende des Bay County, in der geschlossenen Gemeinde Carrilon Beach. Es gibt Geschäfte und Restaurants in Carrilon sowie den Pier Park, der etwa 8 km entfernt ist. Datenschutz und Abgeschiedenheit sind unser Markenzeichen. Dennoch sind wir nah genug an all den täglichen Aktivitäten von Panama City.

We have a great vacation and the condo was right on the beach. With two little kids, it was nice to not have to carry beach items so far. We also enjoyed Panama and Rosemary areas and they were both convenient. The condo was efficient, clean, and smelt good.

We had a great time at this condo! The view is great from the master bedroom. We enjoyed the lake view as well but the ocean off the balcony is what we come for! The elevators compared to other condos were great! Never a long wait and there were 3 of them so they were never an issue. The pool was great and the view from the pool was so pretty. The maintenance guy at the pool was so nice and so was the lady who worked at Starfish Grill (at the pool). They were so sweet!! Check in was super easy and our communication with Christine was great!! I definitely recommend!

It was great! The Condo was super clean! I’ve never walked in a beach condo that didn’t have a little grit on the floor. I actually could walk around barefoot some! The showers were super clean. The beds were super comfy! My son even said “These beds feel like we are sleeping at home!” We would definitely book again!

We had a great trip to the beach! The condo is super convenient to the beach and a quick walk from the restaurants of carillon! Love the area! We had no issues at the condo/unit! Thanks for being a great hostess!

Our unit had everything we could need, beds were very comfortable and having Panama City Beach in our back yard was fabulous! Thank you to our host, Christina, who was responsive and kind! A few items could stand an update but everything was perfect for a wonderful winter vacation!

I loved staying in Christina’s condo. It is light and beachy. To many upgrades to mention. Loved:
Built in cabinets in the master. Ceiling fan in the master. Glass tub surround in the master bathroom. Beautiful views from both balconies. Well equipped kitchen. I brought my own Keurig, and was happy that there is one in the kitchen. VERY clean! Can’t wait to return next year!

This was our first time staying here. The resort area was nice! The condo was very nice. We loved that it had two balconies! It was also nice that it was two-stories. The condo was clean. Check-in process was very easy. Communication was quick and easy. Easy access to the pool and beach. Easy to rent beach chairs and umbrellas if needed.

My family has stayed at Pinnacle Port numerous times, and this was a nice condo. We had plenty of room and enjoy the location and amenities. For this unit, minor cosmetic repairs will likely be needed in the next year (didn’t detract from experience). The condo owner was a great communicator and overall we had a good stay!

This place was great! The condo was perfect for our family. I love that it is in a gated community and wasn't too busy. Close enough to all of the restaurants and attractions. Beautiful beach. Communication with condo owner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo and grounds were very nice and well maintained. The gated community was remarkable! Fun to walk around in to see the beautiful homes. The beach, however, was very disappointing. The water was so think with green algae and seaweed that it was disgusting to get in! We had to drive to other public beaches which were crystal clear and clean to get in the water. Researched it and apparently this happens often in this location due to runoff and the adjacent inlet.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The condo was very clean. The beds were great! Pinnacle port is a great family place to stay. Would stay here again!

The condo and grounds were very nice and well maintained. The gated community was remarkable! Fun to walk around in to see the beautiful homes. The beach, however, was very disappointing. The water was so think with green algae and seaweed that it was disgusting to get in! We had to drive to other public beaches which were crystal clear and clean to get in the water. Researched it and apparently this happens often in this location due to runoff and the adjacent inlet.

Love this Place!
My family & I spent a week at The Cooper Condo. The only bad thing I could possibly say about it is that we couldn’t stay forever. The booking process with Christina was extremely easy and the property was amazing!

Loved this two bedroom condo near the beach. Perfect location for a family getaway with everything you need. Christina was excellent with her communication. Would definitely book again.

2BRs and 2 1/2 bathrooms- 3 decks all looking at water. Easy access to pool and beach- not too crowded- was just right!

We have been vacationing at Pinnacle Port for twenty plus years and this condo is one of the nicest we have stayed. Very clean, easy access to elevators and beach, with great views.

Not as described
Was not like pictures. Master bath had mold ( a lot) inside and outside of tub. Needs to be re caulked. Black under rim of toilets. Master bedroom had hooks missing from curtains. The mattress pads were dirty with yellow stains. Kitchen sink was not attached to counter top. Deck was filthy. In spite of all this we cleaned best we could and went on with our trip. Would not rent this condo again. They need to get new cleaning service and update

Excellent
We loved where we stayed. It was clean and spacious. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Very pleased with the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. I have been staying in these apartments for yeas and have always been very pleased. Will continue to come back every year.
