Everything here was clean and well kept. The hot water faucet in the kitchen is difficult to get hot water from and we struggled with that some. They were quick to answer our need for supplies and the place was quiet. The only real problem, for anyone our age, is the no parking. Sometimes we had to walk farther than was comfortable for our age and conditions often up steep hill with grocery bags ugh. We survived and probably got stronger. But if you're fit, or trying to be, you will get good exercise. It was a very very pleasant week.

This condo was a perfect little getaway for our family. Bed was comfortable. It was clean. The only recommendations would be to have some cooking spray (Pam/olive oil spray), better quality paper towels and toilet paper.

We loved the condo! It was clean and exactly like the pictures show. The patio/deck is very private and the bed is extremely comfortable. It's a very short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Well kept space with comfortable bed and adequate supply of very nice towels. Worked perfectly for us. We did not rent a car, but instead used to Uber and on days when the trolley was running, just used that to get from the pier to downtown or elsewhere, which works very nicely. It only runs on the weekends though, except in the summer the way it looks. Nice to have a washer and dryer. We would rent this space again.

Parking really is a pain...there is VERY limited street parking and they sweep the streets that even limits the parking more! The location is great, a steep block to the beach. Cleaning could be better (popcorn in and under the couch). Our heater wasn't working, but was fixed quickly. The unit provides the bare minimum, salt NO PEPPER, no coffee filters, spices, tissue..just empty shelves. You can hear the neighbors. VERY limited outside lighting at night which make it dangerous. Kitchen well stocked.

If you’re looking for a friendly and helpful property owner this is not the one. We just wanted to know what kind of coffee machine, if any on the property and wondered if there was any possibility of checking in earlier. I emailed 3 times over 8 days, up until the day we left…crickets. Have never heard heard a peep to this day. Lots of roaches too. I do understand that this can be a problem near the water. Overall we were disappointed.

Adorable space, private patio, walking distance to fun on beach, restaurants. Bed was comfy. Definitely will be back. Visiting family in the area celebrating Halloween and Birthday

Short walk to the beach down a steep hill. We like to walk so it wasn’t hard. Parking our rental car on the street was a pain in the neck several nights. It could use a paint touch up on the cupboards. Otherwise we were happy with it.

We loved being able to walk down to the beach although the steep hill might be an issue for some people. This was neat, clean and super cute. We would definitely stay there again!

This apt was pretty much exactly as advertised and just like it looks in the pictures. The cleaning crew does an excellent job. (there were a couple of areas missed, but not a big deal). Bath towels were new, white and fluffy. There were small toiletries in the bathroom, and even a special black washcloth for makeup (great detail!) There were 4 beach towels so we didn't have to pack our own. While the kitchen has an array of pots, pans, utensils etc, there was no supply of basic cooking needs (oil, spices) as a previous review mentioned. The washer, dryer and dishwasher were very convenient. (DW tabs were provided, laundry soap was not). The wifi worked very well. The outdoor sitting area is nice, However, even though the wall is high there is no conversational privacy. The man in the back apt was loudly conducting business phone calls every morning. There are beach things: kids sand toys were old and probably left by others, the wagon has seen better days. The beach umbrella and chairs worked great! There is a variety of shops and restaurants right a the bottom of the hill and the pier is just across the street from that. Be aware that the hill back to the apartment is a very steep climb -- not for folks with mobility issues. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again if in the area.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Clean Beach Getaway
Walking into this property I instantly felt all the stress washing away. You can see the beach from the driveway, and the room was great. Lots of noisy neighbors very close by, and it was very noisy during the late nights— but room itself was beautiful. Only wished they had AC. And less rowdy neighbors.
