Diese 3-Zimmer-Wohnung sichert den Wald. Diese Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Innen- / Außenpools / Whirlpools. WLAN ist in der Wohnung selbst verfügbar. Das Breckenridge Recreation Center befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite und ist eine hochmoderne Einrichtung. Brandneue Kingsize-Betten in beiden Master-Zimmern mit brandneuen Möbeln. 2 Doppel- / Einzelstockbetten im 3. Schlafzimmer. Queen Schlafsofa ohne Stangen, eher ein Futon-Typ.
Die Shuttlebusse verkehren je nach Stoßzeit alle 15 bis 30 Minuten und befinden sich zur Erleichterung der Nutzung neben dem Parkplatz. Sie rennen in die Stadt und zu den Pisten. Kein Transport in Breckenridge nötig, da sie lange Stunden haben!
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und außerdem lassen wir Grundnahrungsmittel wie Gewürze, Mehl, Zucker usw. in den Schränken. Hierfür müssen Sie kein zusätzliches Geld ausgeben. Gleiches gilt für den Kühlschrank. Sie werden feststellen, dass es mit Grundnahrungsmitteln wie Gewürzen gefüllt ist. Unsere Freunde nutzen unsere Wohnung ziemlich oft, genauso wie wir und wir alle wissen es zu schätzen, dass nicht verderbliche Lebensmittel übrig bleiben. Sie sind herzlich eingeladen, all dies!

It was comfortable, great set up for a couple of families, being close to the pool was great for our kids. The owner gave helpful tips and recommendations. There is a trail right off the property for walks. It is not right in Breckenridge but the bus system is easy and quick.

Our group of three generations had a wonderful time at this property. We loved the multiple beds and bedrooms, the well stocked kitchen, the ease of taking the bus to the slopes, and the kidddos especially loved the pool. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Great location in proximity to the free shuttle. Phyllis was very communicative and easy to get in touch with when needed. Perfect for a family or group of friends.

This property’s photos do it no justice. It’s much larger and up-to-date than the photos show. They have a large entry to hold all boots and snow gear. The sauna was a super nice touch. The hot tub and pool can be used in winter or summer and only steps from the front door. They have so many supplies already in the cabinets. Check there before making a grocery list. They have GAMES too! Seriously the most stocked condo we have ever stayed in. It’s so sound proof. When others went to bed early, they couldn’t hear us battling in Yahtzee downstairs. We would stay here over and over again. The host was responsive and so helpful to my 1001 questions. BOOK IT NOW!

The proximity to town was perfect for walking or taking the free bus. Pool is indoor and outdoor with two hot tubs. Huge bedrooms!

Great location - right off the bus line, close enough for an easy walk downtown and hiking trails right out the backdoor. Pool and hot tub are just steps away. Phyllis is a wonderful host - very responsive to any questions and willing to give advice for dinner or things to do. We'll definitely be back!

We were very pleased with our stay here. Phyllis emailed us everything we needed to make it convenient. Our favorite part was the sauna! It's private to the condo and we weren't even aware that it would be there! All of the rooms were great. Very comfortable place for us to enjoy! Would definitely come back.

Just was just an awesome place to stay. The town of Breckenridge is a special place to visit with many things to do for the whole family. This condo was perfect for are little getaway into the Rockies. Everything is well within walking distance and the condo itself is very comfortable and a great home base. We hope to be able to come back in the future.

Perfect size for a large family. Bus runs to the Gondola every 15 mins. Out door hot tub. Wood burning fire place. I highly recommend.

This property at Claimjumper was absolutely perfect. The house, the grounds, and the amenities were amazing. We utilized the hot tub daily and met many friendly people from surrounding units. The shuttle was very easy to use and only minutes from the gondola. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a solid time in Breck!

We had a fabulous summer stay in Breckenridge and this spacious unit provided a PERFECT home base for our extended family. We traveled with three grandparents, three parents and 2 small kids and everyone found the accommodations wonderful. We grilled our dinners and used the kitchen extensively. The kids swam in the pool every night and we made use of the games and puzzles during a rainy evening. We found the location ideal... a short drive or moderate walk brought us to the heart of town. The price point seemed spot on. But by far the best aspect was working with the owner, who is friendly and pleasant to work with. We hope to be back!

I've been traveling to Breckenridge for ski vacations for several years and have stayed at numerous properties, but this was the best non-ski in location by far! ! It is a great location with mountain and forest views. It is walking distance to town or the gondola, however, there is also a free shuttle stop just steps from the condo. The rooms are spacious, yet comfortable. There is a downstairs deck with a grill off the living room. Two of the bedrooms have fireplaces and spectacular forest views! The condo can sleep 10-12 people. The city market is only 3 minutes away. The condo is across the street from the Breckenridge Recreational Center for those who would prefer to exercise indoors instead of taking advantage of all the outdoor opportunities that Breck has to offer. This condo was the perfect location and lodging for our girlfriend getaway, but would also be great for families. This will be the place I stay for all future trips to Breck!

We are a traveling home school family and have been coming to Breck for several years. We generally travel in the all and winter stay for about 3 weeks at a time When in Breck we continue to stay here. The space works out well for us as we often have family and friend join us through out our stay. We have found the location to town/ ski lift, Rec center, hiking trails to be perfect. Everyone enjoy the fact we are only 20 paces or so from the hot tubs/ pool. It is quiet, yet close to town library, grocery store and trails just outside the back door. It is always clean and the fact we are dealing directly with the owners is a plus for me. Mark

This was our second time to stay here at this special condominium!! We love the location of the resort as it is right across the street from a fabulous recreational/workout facility, a short walk to downtown along the Blue River or to the gondola taking you up the ski mountain (or you can take the free shuttle), and a beautiful forest view from your deck or out of 2 of the bedrooms. The condo can sleep 10-12 people. The city market is 3 minutes away so it is easy to grocery shop and you can grill or cook at home and enjoy the national forest in your backyard as you eat on the deck. One day we woke up to a deer in our backyard, had a red fox come through twice that afternoon, went for a great hike, and then saw a double rainbow while enjoying one of the best hot tubs ever. We love summertime at this condo in Breck and hope to make it an annual summer trip.
