Property was beautiful, the house was spotless, the owners let us check in a little early as we arrived sooner than expected (we planned for traffic and construction and ran into neither).They told us to help ourselves to anything in the house, there was food in the fridge, everything you could need to cook, soap. It felt like house sitting for extended family more than a sterile hotel or set up space. They had everything listed on the property and the owners gave us plenty of privacy. It was a perfect stay.

My friends and I booked the house for a quick weekend getaway to snowboard and absolutely loved it. The host was communicative, attentive, and so generous. The place itself was spotless with lots of space, cozy fires, and had everything you needed to accommodate a group. We loved all the little touches of the house and overall, I would definitely plan to stay here again! I recommend Virgil's house to anyone needing a quiet place to unwind and gather with friends/family.

This house is located in a quiet area with pretty views and was clean and well stocked; however, there were several issues we experienced. 1. The hot tub was 82 degrees when we arrived and when we reached out to the owner he said it was broken and needed a part, which was news to us, and we would not be able to use it for the week. We were very disappointed by this because this was a significant reason we chose his property. The cleaning staff informed us to turn on the pumps to see if that would help and then the hot tub reached a comfortable temperature on our fourth day there so we were able to use it for 3 days out of 7. Also, the property owner got aggravated we turned the temperature up after it finally got above 90 on the fourth day. If he does not want guests to turn up the temperature he should have directions on how to use the hot tub posted. He did have directions for the kitchen sink and bathrooms. 2. The water pressure was very low throughout the house making it difficult to wash dishes properly and enjoy a decent shower. 3. There were wet towels left in the washer and sheets in the dryer. The owner called the cleaning staff to take care of this but this was inconvenient we couldn’t use the washer until she came.
