The location was fantastic, with restaurants and tourist sites very close by. Plenty of space for 6 guests and nicely decorated as well as comfortable inside. Hosts provided ongoing assistance and advice, and the few minor issues we had were acknowledged and acted upon quickly. The host organised an airport shuttle service which was great.

We booked it because it listed full kitchen and there was an oven in the photo, but we couldn't use it (there is a label saying it is disconnected) and didn't know until we arrived. We had already done the shopping before we arrived, so it would have been good to know beforehand. The stairs into the apartment require a good level of fitness/flexibility (but there is a tiny lift).

The property is very spacious and stylish and the location is absolutely perfect. it’s just around the corner from the Roman Forum and Colosseum which are simply stunning. Loads of pizzerias on the doorstep too. The staff/contacts were super helpful and efficient.

Great price for 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen in EXCELLENT location... the Roman Forum is right outside your door! (So are restaurants, shops, and even groceries.) The staff are super friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of good tips about Rome at check in, which was nice for the first day of our trip to Italy. They also arranged shuttle transfers to and from airport and the train station at a great price. Rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean and included everything we could need... even laundry! (super useful so you can pack light.) We read about the street noise at night from other reviews, so we planned accordingly -- we put the kids (who don't care) in the front bedroom closest to street, my parents-in-law slept in the middle room, and wife and I slept in the room at back of building. It was quiet most of the time, but you could hear a muffled cheer in the evening when someone scored a goal. You need to know that if you are both unable to climb steep stairs and claustrophobic, you will have a hard time reaching the 3rd floor. It has 3-4 steep stairs before you get to the narrow elevator (it's a centuries old building in Europe!), and then steep stairs all the way up. Fortunately we were OK. My father-in-law took the elevator by himself and my claustrophobic mother-in-law was able to take the stairs. The kids loved both the stairs and the elevator!

The renovation of this apartment is superb. You can see the attention to detail. It's beautiful. Good beds, good Amenities. Friendly Marco received us and gave us a lot of great tips for our visit to Rome. Location is amazing!!

The entry to the apartment is preceded by somewhat risky stairs. The Air conditioner only in the three bedrooms is inefficient, maybe the windows are not tight enough and it's a challenge to sleep in a hot summer night. It might help to have air conditioning in the kitchen too. It's too hot in there!

The property was beautiful but there was some weird smell that wouldn’t go away & I called the owner about it, she was very responsive and sent someone to check it out.. said it was the water but the smell never went away. The suite was near the Coliseum and a lot of good restaurants. Very good location

There is plenty of space for groups and the location is perfect for a first time visit to Rome. Colosseum is right down the street, plenty of shops around the corner, and a fleet of taxis are also just down the street that can take you all over Rome. No complaints about the property, just be ready for steep stairs.

Excellent location, spacious kitchen/dining area. 3 double bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms. The owners are extremely helpful and gave us lots of useful information regarding restaurants etc…

The stairs were much steeper and awkward than anticipated. And the lift is very small. Noise pollution from the bar opposite etc…. affected sleeping in the front bedroom but obviously this is perhaps to be expected when staying in such a central location.

The apartment is large and spacious, very cozy and clean and meets all needs. The lovely Patricia was approachable and available to us. it was great!

The stairs leading to the apartment are a bit challenging but there is a small elevator that works great so this is not a problem.

Phantastic location, few minutes from Colosseum, Forum Romanum and downtown of Rome. Comfy bed, nice furniture. Very - very helpful and nice staff - thank you Patrícia for all your support. Highly recommended, would definitely come again!
