Das Beacons Condominium befindet sich in Seagrove Beach, 1,6 km vom Zentrum des Seaside Square entfernt und ist das bestgehütete Geheimnis am Scenic Highway 30-A. Unser Apartmentkomplex mit 2 Gebäuden und 10 Wohneinheiten liegt eingebettet zwischen Privathäusern mit einem Wert von mehreren Millionen Dollar und einer eigenen Strandpromenade. Unsere Beacons-Wohnung Nr. 7 befindet sich im zweiten Gebäude vom Strand entfernt. Wir sind auf der STRANDSEITE von 30-A, daher gibt es KEINE STRASSEN ZU DEN KREUZEN. In der Tat können Sie von der Terrasse unserer Wohnung im Erdgeschoss zum Strand in etwa 70 Schritten gehen.
Die Lage unserer Wohnung ist perfekt! Wir befinden uns nicht nur auf der Strandseite des Scenic Highway 30-A, sondern der 16 Meilen lange Jog- / Walk- / Radweg entlang der 30-A befindet sich direkt vor unserer Tür. Steigen Sie auf Ihr Fahrrad und Sie befinden sich in ca. 5 Minuten im schönen Dorf Seaside. Eine unserer beliebtesten Aktivitäten ist es, mit dem Fahrrad in den Grayton Beach State Park zu fahren, ein Kanu für den Nachmittag zu mieten und die wunderschönen Dünenseen an der Küste zu genießen heimisch in diesem Teil von Florida.
Wir haben viele Stammgäste, die Jahr für Jahr in unserer Wohnung bleiben, und neue Gäste lieben unser „Gästebuch“, in dem frühere Besucher Tipps und Vorschläge zu Restaurants, Geschäften oder Aktivitäten in der Umgebung hinterlassen. Unsere Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und bietet Platz für 4 Personen mit einem geräumigen Hauptschlafzimmer und großen Schlafkojen, die Kinder besonders lieben.

This property is a little dated and in need of a new mattress. We were so close to the beach that it made our stay so much better.

My family and I had the most wonderful time staying at BJ’s place. Exactly 1 mile from Seaside, we were close enough to scooter and bike there but didn’t have to deal with all of that seaside traffic. The beach was steps away and very easy and convenient to get to and the unit is on the 1st floor so no stairs to navigate with all of the beach equipment to lug up and down. The unit itself was cute and very clean. Communication with owner was excellent and prompt. We will gladly book this unit again when we make it back to 30A!

We enjoyed our stay and would probably go back. We were very satisfied with the condo as it was clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to replace the bed pillows. When I removed the pillow cases, I discovered that there wasn't a protective case on the pillows and the pillows were yellow and stained from use. Will take my own pillows if we ever go back.

What a greet find! So close to the beach, perfect place for a couple. So nice to have a dedicated parking spot, laundry, and a quick walk to the beach with the private condo beach access. Also easy walk to bud and alley’s restaurant! Also they had lots of beach chair options. Only wish is the bed was a bit comfier. Unfortunately a little old and soft.

We have been going to Seagrove for several years for our family vacation to the beach. We have stayed in the Beacons units several times but this was the first time staying in this unit. We were not disappointed. The Check in was very easy and the Shaw’s are wonderful owners. They reached out to inform me before our arrival, that they had to order a new refrigerator due to the ice maker stopped working and it would not be there before our check in. But they made sure we were accommodated with ice trays. I thought this was very thoughtful to let us know before arriving. The unit is equipped with everything you need and also there are a few beach chairs and a grill for you to use. The ocean is only a few steps away from the unit and it’s one my favorite beaches in seaside. My favorite thing is the convenience of the parking. You pull up to your front door , which makes it easy for loading and unloading your things. I loved this unit at the beacons and will be staying here again.

This was our second summer staying at BJ’s place. We are already planning on booking for next year. The condo is well stocked and a few short steps to the beach. I highly recommend staying here.

The condo was in a good location In Seagrove. The only negative about the location was the public accesses on both sides of the condo. Lots of people in front of the condo. If it was a private beach no one was enforcing it but I’m not even sure it was private so don’t hold me to that. The only thing about the condo that needs updating is the mattress. Other than that it was good. Lots of nice cookware and one of the best stocked kitchens we have seen for a rental. We would go back in early spring or late fall when the beaches wasn’t as crowded.
