The host seemed welcoming. The property is in a great location. It’s charming inside. It’s an easy walk to Melrose place. There are many fine elements to the place.However, The tv did not have cable and stopped working altogether the last few days I was there. For what I spent it should definitely have cable and at least Netflix and HBO. The coffee maker died and it was replaced with the cheapest one on the market which also stopped working. Not too much to ask for a decent coffee maker. There were also rat droppings in the kitchen, even though I kept it very clean. I didn’t say anything while I was there because I didn’t want be exposed to the chemicals they would use to kill them. With a few basic improvements this could be a good rental.

Great property and awesome backyard in the middle of WeHo. The host was always responsive and we will be back again next year!

the house is very comfortable. Our stay was very affected by the LA fires, which happened after our first week.

Our host failed to provide us with the check in details, and I spent four hours trying to reach her and another 45 minutes on the phone directly with VBRO. We finally heard from her 45 minutes after our check-in time when we were anxious and concerned that we were going to have to try to find another place to stay at the last minute for our son’s graduation. Also, the tandem parking was unworkable, and we spent a good deal of time searching for parking on the streets. We were only three people so the advertisement that the property slept six was not a problem for us, but the property only had two bedrooms each with one bed in them. The only way the property sleep sex is if two other individuals would share a couch. In all other respects the facility was spacious, clean and lovely. The location was convenient.
