Unique house, I felt as if I knew Olivia just from being in her house. Loved sitting on front porch and hearing church bells in the background.

The house was lovely, and had a lot of personality. We enjoyed just staying in and relaxing. The amenities were fabulous!

We had a great stay. This property is very close to just about everything. My wife made the comment that everytime we went somewhere, it was less than 15 minutes. Sun Records, Stax Records, Larraine Motel, Beale Street...all so close. It's an older home with a screened in porch. We are smokers so it was great to see an ash tray on the patio table. The hot tub was a huge bonus. It worked well and after the pool area in the hotel we stayed at the night before was closed, it was great to hang out in the hot tub here. The neighborhood was quiet as well. The hosts seem to know what they are doing. There were snacks and beverages available for a very low cost. We are non-drinkers but appreciated the sentiment with the offered adult beverages in the home. It's comfortable too. Many places to hang out. TV is well loaded with a firestick but we had trouble finding the Masters and ended up live streaming it on my computer. Had a great time here. Memphis definately has a personality of it's own! Loved the history and music. Don't shy away from the recommendations of the host for food and places to go. We did twice and had some horrible service at some local restaurants. We had some great service too. The Cafe Eclectic was a favorite!

Olivia and Vincent's place is great. The cleanliness, the yard, the art, the eclectic, the great location. It was really a treat for me! Its definately going to be my go to vrbo, when visiting Memphis.

The home was a great value and gave our vacation a more personal feel. The location was great to enjoy both Beale St. and the Overton entertainment district. The flexibility with allowing us to bring our pup along and the contained back yard was very welcome. Great responsiveness from Olivia when we had questions.

Great place to stay! Loved all of it. Thought it was odd to be a minority being native Indian and my husband is white. Hahaha 😂 Loved every minute of our vacation!

I was pleasantly surprised by the special little touches and details, such as the honor bar (providing snacks, beverages). This house is filled with a plethora of character & folk art giving it that "Mississippi Magic". They open their home to you stocked with anything you would need for a comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located within about 15 minutes of anywhere in the city. The Memphis Zoo is nearby and was a nice way to spend a day. If you want some great BBQ try Central City, its delicious ! I would absolutely stay there again. A true gem

Wonderful house decorated with folk art, Memphis/southern pottery, comfortable furniture, and interesting light fixtures. All super-clean. Fresh flowers on the table and honor bars were much appreciated. Screened in front porch was a terrific gathering place. Awesome all around.

We really enjoyed your home! It was within 15 mins of everywhere we wanted to visit. The Greenline trail down the block was wonderful for morning & evening strolls. The “honor system” beverage center came in handy. We enjoyed both front & back porches & our pup loved the yard. Would highly recommend

This was my second visit to this property and again it did not disappoint. Conveniently located to just about anywhere in Memphis. The house contains all the amenities and a decor that radiates personality. This home is my go-to place to stay when i come to Memphis.

This is such a gem of a find. I can't overstate how pleased I was with my stay. The location is great, and within minutes of anything you would want to see in Memphis. The bungalow itself was darling, with plenty of room, a huge sun porch, and a beautiful backyard that was perfect for my two pups. However, my favorite things about my stay were the little touches Olivia provided to make sure we were comfortable. There was a binder welcoming us with a ton of great information about Memphis and the neighborhood. There were fresh flowers on the table and a delicious aperitif tray in the fridge awaiting us. The house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need during your stay, including toiletries, cooking ingredients, Wifi, Netflix, and a fully stocked cash bar, which we partook in heavily. :) Not only that, but Olivia has obviously put a lot of love into her place by showcasing her personality and the objects through her many travels. Every time I looked around, I saw something new and interesting. By the end of our trip, I felt that she had become a good friend of ours. I really can't recommend this place enough. My sister, my mom, my two doggo babies, and I had the best possible time for my 40th birthday, and Olivia made sure we truly felt at home in Memphis.

What a great place! Olivia and Vincent are tremendous hosts!! As an example, just as I was arriving in Memphis, a huge storm . . . winds, rain, thunder and lightening manifested itself out of nowhere. I had just begun to unload my car, getting drenched, when Vincent showed up to check on me. Seems as though a lot of homes in the area had just lost electricity. He was there to make sure I was okay and that I still had power in the home. How great is that? As it is/was, I did have power and never lost it. I also noticed three flashlights well within view if I needed one. This house can make you do nothing but smile. It is a home of tchotchkes, curios, mirth and fun! In the five days I spent there I continually found new and interesting items to view. The completely furnished and screened in porch is a pleasure! One can sit, feel the breeze, watch the street and simply chill in a completely relaxing environment. The TV room is equipped well. The house is wired for sound with Alexa ready to play music at your command! Frankly, I would recommend this rental to all. It is big enough for a family of five and cozy enough to make a single stayer feel very comfortable. IF you are in Memphis, don't miss a chance to stay here. You will not be disappointed!

Got in from SF, CA VERY late to find yummy home baked cookies and chocolates...ahhhhh. Just what the travel doctor ordered! The house was a wonder, so many artful and fun treasures. Kind of like being at the old House of Blues! I was noticing new fun art pieces every day! The neighborhood was quiet and super safe feeling. The screened porch was welcoming and homey. The concept of “honor bar” sodas, wine and “shots” was oh so cute(we partook🍸�)All the pertinent sights are a cheap quick Lyft or Uber away. Would def stay again. The only thing that I would share with fellow travelers has ZERO to do with the host and just happens to be a part of being a historic home- for ladies who like to primp...the bathroom lighting is not our friend. Prep needs to done in the bedroom! Fortunately great big mirror in the master with handy plugs and MUCH more solid lighting. But props to the hosts, they honored the character of the home and didn’t tear out the vintage bathroom fixtures 🙌�🏻�. Solid cottage at an unbelievable value! Dive right in!

She went above and beyond! It was my wife’s birthday and she had balloons ready for her. Just small stuff like that is what made our stay pleasant. Her house is full of beautiful art. I would definitely stay her again!!

We enjoyed staying here from the moment we walked in, Olivia has literally thought of everything when it comes to hosting people in her home. We couldn't have had any more amenities at a hotel that costs twice the price and 1/2 of the space. The yard is perfect and our small dogs could run around without us fearing they would escape. I want to come back in the summer to experience the outdoors more, it was so rainy and cold when we visited. The location is perfect for getting around to see all the sites in Memphis. I have never been to Memphis before and was worried about safety, but we felt extremely safe in this neighborhood, the neighbors waived to us and it was just a great experience overall. We will be staying here again next time we come to Memphis for sure!!

This is our third visit and we are ever more in love with this place. Gracious and thoughtful homeowner/hosts who go the extra mile to ensure comfort and coziness. Always updating and improving and leaving fun little touches! We had a chance to sit in the back yard around the firepit with our pups this time, and it was fantastic!

We had the most excellent experience staying at Olivia's house. From the moment the bungalow was booked she communicated and welcomed us. It had everything we needed and everyday we saw more amazing art that we hadn't noticed from the day before. The house was clean and she even had flowers, tons of information and pretty much a full bar. We will definitely stay here again if in Memphis.

This was our second visit and we are returning at least two more times for future Memphis visits. We travel with 3 three dogs and this house is absolutely perfect. Large fenced back yard and front screen porch are ideal for the dogs to enjoy some freedom when we are home and there is plenty of space for crates and pens while we are gone. There is parking for 3 cars! Olivia and Vincent are just wonderful to work with; accommodating and responsive. Love everything about this place! See you soon!!

This is an awesome place to stay while visiting Memphis! The house is very pretty and full of interesting and cool things to look at! In addition, there’s a lovely furnished porch, and a great fenced back yard for the dogs to play, with a fire pit, barbecue, etc. The location is very convenient, being close to bike and walking trails and minutes to all the cool places in town. Olivia and Vincent are the best, and were very accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended, the highlight of our trip! We didn’t want to leave!

This house was awesome!!! What isn't even pictured yet is that the back bedroom has french doors that open onto a patio. It's convenient to all the hot spots in Memphis!
