Schönes Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 ½ Bädern
Dieses geräumige zweistöckige Stadthaus bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 1/2 Bäder und eine Loft-Fläche mit 1900 Quadratmetern luxuriöser Wohnfläche. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße ohne Durchgangsverkehr.
Dieses gut ausgestattete Stadthaus verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit Kingsize-Bett, einen Schrank mit Spiegel, eine Kommode, einen Flachbild-TV, einen Deckenventilator und ein eigenes Hauptbad mit einer Gartenbadewanne und einer separaten Dusche. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich im zweiten Stock. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten, Deckenventilator, Flachbildfernseher, begehbaren Kleiderschrank, Kommode mit viel Stauraum und Badezimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett, eine Kommode, einen Flachbildfernseher, einen Deckenventilator und einen großen Schrank mit Vollbad auf dem Flur. Es gibt mehrere Schränke im ganzen Haus auf beiden Etagen. We have nothing bad to say about the unit itself. It is beautifully decorated and feels like home when you walk in. It was clean, ample towels, fully stocked kitchen for anything you would need to cook a meal and the unit is in a great location. We had two couples and a minor. There was plenty of room for everyone. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. Just be aware that there is a doorbell camera so if it bothers you that you may be watched coming and going this may not be for you.
Our only complaint was with the Management company. Rich assured me in a message golf carts were ok as long as they were put inside at night. The association rules that were hanging on the door on the inside. Also stated golf carts were OK as long as they were put in at night We weren’t even there 15 minutes and we received a phone call that the golf cart had to go because they were not allowed. Thankfully we had family up the road and we could keep our golf cart there and not lose $600.
Aside from the management company we would stay in this unit again.

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We rented this property because it's located in a clean and quiet resort where pride of ownership is very evident. This unit did not show pride of ownership.
The unit is in dire need of a thorough paint job as walls have scuff marks that are evident in most of the lower floor. There were cob webs in hard to reach areas of the high ceiling in MBR and LR,
The supplied vacuum did not work properly as the intake was clogged with a eyeglass lens(cleaned and removed by me).
The above items were discussed with the Property Management on my departure and I was informed that painters were scheduled to start shortly after my departure.

The actual rental was ok and the location was fine. But the condition of the facility was disappointing. Cigerrette burn holes in beddings, short in one of the Bedroom light switches, pots and pans in unusable shape, sweeper that didnt work, rug on screened in back porch ripped and stained, back porch door handle broken. Overall townhouse condition when we arrived was not very clean. Efforts were mad to correct some of this - and that was appreciated. But would not rent this place again.
