THE PROPERTY IS PERFECT FOR CHILDREN. LOCATION, PLAYGROUND, PLAYHOUSE AND SETUP.... THE BEDS WERE NOT COMFORTABLE AND THE WOODEN DECK NEEDS SOME TLC. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS GREAT.

Overall, this is a great house! So, don't stay here so it will always be available in the future... One thing we didn't like at all, are all the blue lights. You could not see one thing underneath the house, and we continually tripped over steps and such. Why the owners think all blue lights, which make you completely blind to details around you, is a good idea is beyond me. I get it, Blue Heaven, but the blue lights went out of style with K-Mart. And they didn't keep bugs away if that was the thought. The rest of it is very good, and plan to stay there again, but will def bring some normal light bulbs with us so no one breaks a leg and we can actually enjoy the underneath at night.

We stayed at Blue Heaven 6/2 - 6/5/2022. The house was very clean and nicely arranged. There was plenty of room for everyone to comfortably sleep. We did bring a lot of food for 11 people and have a lot of space for storing it. But that was a very minor inconvenience. Outside was immaculate, and the cargo lift was a huge bonus.

This would be the second time we rented Always 5 o'clock. Our experience there was wonderful. We enjoyed the location, layout of the house and overall condition of the house. The first few day the a/c was not delivering what it should but after a service call and 20 minutes later we were good to ho. We had a great 4th of July, thanks.

We rented this cabin after Christmas so we could relax after the Holiday. it was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room upstairs and downstairs. The kids had a great time under the cabin while it rained, the deck was very large and the view was perfect. Definitely a great spot.

The house Always 5 o'clock is a nice pretty house, located on a peaceful lot. Our family really enjoyed the house, it was nicely arranged, with plenty of room for everyone. We loved having lots of natural light coming from every side of the house and a nice deck to hang out. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, with plenty of kitchen utensils to cook as well. The only thing we want to mention is the black paint finish on the dining table. The chairs stained some if our clothes because the black finish comes off. And is oil based, not easy to remove. We encourage the house owners to refinish the table and chairs. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

What a wonderful place for my kids and their families to stay. Lots of room to play outside. A well appointed kitchen. My grandkids all dressed as pirates and had a blast! Loved the bottom level with the porch swings and the swings for kids. Lots to do. We had the ac go out and within an hour someone was there fixing it. Even after hours! We were very comfortable and never ran out of hot water when coming back from the beach. I hope we can go there again!

We enjoyed our stay here. There were lots of thongs to entertain our 6 grandkids - playhouses, kiddy pools, games, puzzles, and turtles!!! Very clean and well decorated. It was odd to have a separate linen/towel fee but it was overall still a good value.

It was a nice and pretty house but the air isn’t strong enough to keep up with the size of the house it was very hot the whole time. They sent an ac man out but it don’t fix the problem. Told the lady at checkout and she didn’t have an compassion saying it was us that we froze it up cuz we set it to 70 after it not getting cool after 4 hours. Which it never froze up it just needs a new unit.

Thank you Cobb Real state Homes for our wonderful beach house!! It was just perfect and everything we eeded for all of us, this summer beach vacation. WE rented the BLUE HAVEN house. We cooked in the very well stocked kitchen, which was big enough for me to cook with my 2 daughters. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfy! The huge wrap around porch was incredible and perfect for morning coffee and afternoon ames. You take very good care of your homes. WE will see vou again!! COBB REAL STATE AND BLUE HAVEN.....

Overall our vacation experience was very good. The space was good but the trundle and bunk beds were not adequate for our family. The open living and dining area was never cool enough. We were thankful for the floor fans we brought with us. More covered area on the deck would have made outside time more comfortable during the morning and evening when we sit outside at the cabin. The space was clean and maintained. The washer and dryer were really great. Being on a dead end street was good too.

We had a great time and the house was beautiful. I would like to make a few comments about the amenities. The property said that it had an outdoor shower. I was expecting a private shower with hot and cold water but it was a shower head hooked up to a hose. I usually like to have my kids outside so that all the sand is off of them and we do not have to use the indoor showers. With 14 people and only two hot/cold showers in the house it was time consuming. Also there are no electrical outlets on the outside of the house so you could not play a radio outside and more important we could not plug in our golf cart. The last suggestion is for the master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms. I wish there was a dresser or closet so that you can put your clothes away. As it is your luggage just lays open on the floor. I like to put my clothes away so they do not get dirty or sandy. Other than those few issues the house is just beautiful and has a great floor plan. Our vacation was wonderful. Even though the house is on the 5th row you do not feel like it is far from the beach there is a good view of the ocean and my kids loved the pond in front of the house for fishing. WE have always rented from Cobb because they are helpful and friendly and have the best houses.
