Loved the view and food. The caretaker and his wife were very accommodating. They helped us with local sightseeing recommendations and packed us a breakfast for our early-morning journey the next day.
The heater assigned to us lowkey didn't work. But we told the caretaker and it was replaced promptly

good view and staff were very helful
The road to the location is quite steep and needs maintainance. However we managed in the end and the staff were very helpful to navigate and carry our luggage.

The staff were exceptional. Chamara made every effort to accommodate us and even woke up early to make breakfast before our hike. The place is close to Lake Gregory and is clean.

Room was perfect for family (2 twin upstairs, double below). Warm bedding.
Great value money. Staff were helpful with our queries. Kitchen can used to cook or they can order in food too.
It's perfect for an overnight.
Short distance from Gregory lake, lovely walks and amenities and Galway heights forest park is so peaceful.
Suit tour groups as it's more like self contained house not hotel. It is chilly in Nurawa-eliya, house is comfortable, though needs small touches to make it nicer.
It's off road on steep hill,can be difficult to reach in van, but staff helped with getting luggage up and down main road.
