Absolutely perfect for our family of 7!! Plenty of room to spread out and have privacy for all. Loved the view of the harbor where we woke up to amazing sunrises and watched the dolphins play. The master bedroom was spacious and we loved the the dual shower heads and jet tub in the master bath. This property is in walking distance of all the best restaurants, Pier 60, the beach and all the other attractions. Check in and check out were very simple as well. Great place, would surely stay again and highly recommend!!

The property was gorgeous with a beautiful lake view. Close to and in walking distance of the beaches, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was VERY ckean. There is plenty of space for relaxing, eating , or taking in the beauty of the bay on the decks. I'm sooo glad we picked this awesome place to stay. Stone

Our party of 7 loved the townhome floor plan which provided privacy yet plenty of areas in which to gather together. We especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and lovely bay views. The location on Clearwater Beach was excellent and all the furnishings met our needs perfectly. The owner is great!

We had a few problems that owner took care of as soon as they could get people there to fix the situation. The commode on2nd floor didn’t work properly. Needs new shower curtain in the bath on second. Overall we enjoyed our unit very much. Loved watching the dolphins swim the bay everyday. House very efficient. 👏🏻

The condo was absolutely beautiful, the location is close to everything but not super busy right by the condo, and there was enough room for everyone. My boyfriend and his father and friend had the most fun just fishing off the back dock while we swam. We will definitely be staying here again!

This rental was in a great location! It was near a gas station, ice cream shop, about 5-10 mins walk away from the beach (which helped with beach parking), and multiple food places and convenient stores. It had a balcony that overlooked water (connected to the ocean), docks, and the swimming pool. It was nice to be able to watch the kids swimming from the balcony. Each condo had its own private access to the pool. There were no set hours for the pool, just open from ‘dawn’ to ‘dusk’, which was great for the kids. There were some fishing poles there for the kids to try fishing, which they enjoyed from the dock. The furniture throughout the condo was a little outdated and some of the stools in the kitchen were wobbly. The elevator door was locked, so that could not be used (for groceries, heavier items). I had to purchase some Clorox wipes to wipe down the kitchen counters as the counters were dusty when first arrived. There were not many bowls (other than soup bowls that had wide rims and were shallow) so we had to use mugs because we needed something that was deeper. The kitchen had a double oven, which was super lovely for making multiple foods at once. The room in the garage had a single box fan, so during the hotter times, it would probably need additional box fans to sleep comfortably. This room did not have AC other than the box fan. The room in the garage room that had all the pool floats/balls was a mess. There were broken goggles and multiple floats had holes in them. This room was very disorganized. The AC was to stay no lower than 72, which was a little rough since my group is used to lower temps for sleeping. The beds were hard and pillows needed replacement (pillows had lost their fluff and were heavily stained). The washer smelled like mold/mildew at times and there was lots of dust/lint behind the washer/dryer. In one of the rooms with the queen bed, there were multiple candy wrappers left in a drawer in the nightstand. In the master bedroom, there was trash behind the headboard and underneath the bed. The master bedroom bathroom was nicely decorated, but the bathtub jets did not look clean (we did not use). The front door looked like it had been busted into and the wood was still very rough looking. The first couple of nights we were a little worried someone could break in (the front door wood should be replaced for future guest safety). Overall, loved the location and would have felt more comfortable if place was cleaned up better

There were a couple of days when a small pod of dolphins spent extended periods of time playing a short distance away, making for great entertainment. The kids loved the pool, but there were some large groups in other units, so it stayed busy much of the time and we mostly waited for quieter opportunities to use it. This (maybe not an issue if you're not an introvert like me) and some minor maintenance/cleaning type issues (e.g., missing vertical blinds, lock on sliding door, mildew in shower, plastic-covered dining chairs) are the reason for 4 stars.

This is the second year staying here. The location is great,the place is clean and nice. Keep in mind this is a rental,some folks don't respect other people's belongings. Lori is great, replied to every question we had. Will rent this or her other properties again. We enjoyed ourselves.

The property is very conveniently located with easy access to everything. The unit is spacious and modern and located in a quiet street. Nice ocean views too. One small issue was addressed quickly. We rented for three nights for a party of four. Will rent it again if needed, though it needs some minor fix ups.

Had a great time. Located on the intra coastal yet 100 yards to the beach. Everything needed within walking distance. Would stay here again.
