We had a great time staying here. The house is beautiful and the location unbeatable. It’s close to the beach and restaurants and shopping around Main St. It was great to have a beach Wagen, umbrella and buggy boards available as well. Disneyland is only 30min away. Owners are welcoming and responsive. 5stars!

Great location and house
The property is just as described in the listing and from reviews. It's walkable a few blocks from the beach and Main St. where there are a bunch of stores and restaurants. There's plenty of room on the 3 floors and the host is very communicative. All the amenities you need are taken care of.
The only caution is that we thought we might use the loft daybed, but it turns out it's just in the hallway on the top floor across from the 3rd bedroom. Instead we decided to have 2 people double up in the room with 2 beds.

Our family of 4 stayed here during part of a spring break trip to the LA area. The house was perfect for us as we could spread out and both kids had their own room which was a big plus. The house had everything we needed. Since it was our first time in CA we did a lot of exploring so the house was essentially a place to sleep at night. We ate out a lot so I can't comment on the outdoor grill or the kitchen. The kitchen was nice and seemed to be well stocked with anything you might need to cook and serve a meal.
The location of the house is a big plus and advertised by the owners for a reason. It's about 2 blocks to get to the restaurants and beach area. We walked there each day, sometimes multiple times a day to eat or just take a walk along the beach.
We can't comment on the beach accessories since we didn't use them, while it was nice it wasn't quite warm enough for sitting on the beach and relaxing...mid 60's and windy. But it looks like they would have the basics for spending a day at the beach.
The owners communicated often leading up to our trip and during our stay. We had no complaints. It was a great place to stay and we would definately consider staying there again we ever make it back to the area.

This home is absolutely beautiful with every amenity. We were 8 adults and we were amazed at everything from the 3 floors of living space to the kitchen facilities, outdoor fire tables, and proximity to the beach. This is definitely the place for enjoying Southern California!!!

By far, the best thing about this stay was being so close to the beach, the pier, the playground, and downtown mall and restaurants...all an easy walk or bike ride. The garage is well-stocked with bikes and things for the beach, too.
Donna was very responsive to any requests or questions we had before and during our stay. Overall, this was a wonderful experience for our family!

Perfect location
We loved this property. The house accommodated a group of 6 guys that came to Huntington Beach to play sand volleyball. The location to the courts was awesome. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The bikes were awesome to get around. The owners checked in with us to make sure all was well. We will definitely being staying here in the future!!

Great Location, outstanding communication
My son and I spent 4 nights at Donnas home and the experience was outstanding, from her response time, details on home, easy check-in and house amenities, which included ample kitchen supplies, linens and many bikes, 2 of which we used, which was super cool riding the boardwalk and around town. And I am 60 years old!
Location is 1 block from PCH and the beach and a short 3 blocks to pier with many shops and eateries around Main St (no driving necessary).
The street was super quiet, parking easy behind their garage. We really enjoyed the home, providing us quality catch up time, plus watching some pretty cool surf from the pier.
House is very easy to fine and we will be returning. Thank you Donna.

They also supply a garage full of bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart which made our time at the beach that much more enjoyable. Having 2 parking spots was also a true benefit as the street parking is pretty full especially on the weekends. The location is also great. They are within walking distance to downtown, the beach and our favorite breakfast spot, Sanchos. Steve and Donna were so accommodating. They are the perfect hosts. My family all agreed that this home was fantastic in every way and we will be back!

Absolutely amazing and outstanding in every way. Great communication with owner in a beautiful and clean home. Location is fantastic with shopping, restaurants and beach so close. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need and plenty of space to be together or find quite spots to be alone. Liked how the bedrooms are far enough apart, and each has their own bathroom. Loved the many outdoor spaces with fire pits and chairs. Nice to have beach chairs, bikes etc. to use. All the cooking items you need. We really loved this home and location.

Perfect!
Donna and Steve's place is beautiful and in the perfect location if you're looking to enjoy downtown Huntington Beach. The house is clean, well stocked, and very spacious. It is within easy walking distance to the beach and Main Street and comes stocked with all the beach toys you could want (surfboards, bikes, toys, chairs, etc.).
Donna and Steve were a pleasure to work with. They communicated well and made the process very easy. We enjoyed the place so much we've reserved if for next year!

Great place to stay in Huntington Beach!
My family of seven had an awesome time staying at this spectacular property. The pictures really don't do the place justice. The house was clean and spacious with more than enough room for our family to spread out. Furniture and appliances are up to date and cared for. The house is also in a prime location. Just a few minute walk from shops, bars and the beach/pier. The garage was full of beach items for use including bikes (for adults and children), surfboards, beach chairs, etc.
The owner, Donna, was super-friendly and communicated tips and advice to ensure a problem-free stay. Overall, we loved every second of our stay and our only regret was not being to stay longer.

One of the best rentals in Huntington Beach
This home was spacious and incredibly well equipped with everything you might need for multiple people. We have stayed in well over a dozen downtown HB rental homes over the past few years and the cleanliness, attention to detail and communication on behalf of the owner can’t be beat! An outdoor patio off almost every room with fabulous views...and any beach amenity you would ever want. Fireplaces and out door pits to take off morning chill... they seriously have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. You can hear the ocean on calm evenings and embrace the sunrise early morning from top decks.

Great place for family vacation!
The house had plenty of space, with plenty of towels and kitchen was well stocked. The location is perfect, and the bikes in garage were fun to take on a spin along the beach path. Donna was easy to communicate with, and very responsive. We hope to return in warmer weather!

Beautiful House, Great location
We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is nice and the house is large, clean, close to the beach, has lots of room, is nicely appointed has a variety of amenities - including bikes, beach gear, multiple TV's, etc. - and there are plenty of activities within walking distance. We visited the beach, the shops, the pier and walked the beach path every day we were there. In addition, balconies and porches are great for relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing beach house, great for families
We had a great vacation in HB thanks to Donna & Steve's beach house. It's beautifully decorated & well appointed - we found everything we needed for our family of six. We were able to entertain guests, walk to the beach, and walk to the restaurants & shops downtown. Donna was a great communicator, always quick to answer questions before & during our stay. Highly recommended.

Donna provided a property for our family vacation that was more than we expected. The property is much bigger than we thought which turned out to be perfect for us. The kitchen was nicely stocked with essential things as well as a complete array of cooking pans, pots and utensils. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and very nice.
