Seven rooms with identical furniture and safes and bathrooms. Stairs have no railings. Owner and staff are magnificent, especially property manager. Ten minutes from air[port. Bought lots of ice at nearby grocery. Will need transportation (12 pass. van available) to any attraction.

I'm giving the home 5 stars because it was very clean and mostly as described. A few things that we didn't know is there is a fair number of stairs through out the property. The floors and all the stairs are tiled and there are no handrails to speak off so we were on slippery stairs from the kids going in and out of the pool with nothing to grab. No one fell but just something to take note of. I didn't know Aruba well though we stayed in a all inclusive about 8 years ago but really never left that property. This property is located where we found for just about everything my family wanted to do was a car ride, again not terrible but we all decided if we ever go back we would want to stay down the other end of the island closer to shopping, restaurants and so on. The kitchen was well equipped but no ice maker in the freezer so we had to buy ice a number of times. Everything else worked fine and the beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer are outside and again, up a set of stairs with no handrail, those steps got slippery as well.

This house is better than the pictures. Plenty of room for 6 or 7 couples. Each bedroom has plenty of room to spread out, plus each has its own bathroom with large walk in shower. Great kitchen and table indoors to gather for breakfast. Most of your time will be spent outdoors in the pool and around the large under cover table perfect for dinners cooked on the grill. Views of the sunsets from the upstairs balcony were a nightly event. Neighborhood is very safe, and the people very friendly. The owner and the caretakers of the home were very quick to respond to any concerns or questions. This is not the jet-setting High-Rise section, so if you are looking for that you'll need to look elsewhere. Get the van that is offered with house and explore all that the island has to offer. Mango Halto beach is great for snorkeling and just a short walk away. Take the walk from across the street through the mangroves! There is a small grocery store just a few hundred yards behind the property. We had a groceries delivered from Super Foods & Groceries To Go that worked out fine. We rented for 2 weeks and would rent again. - Thanks to all that made it a wonderful stay!

Group of 14. The house is more impressive than pictures. There are actually 9 bathrooms vs 7 in ad. One for each br, one outside pool and one common area. Loved the property. Property managers were fantastic. Also located a block away from Mangel Halto beach. Great spot to swim and snorkel.

The house was perfect for our group. We all had a great time. Edward was very responsive when we were planning our trip and Tony was terrific for the entire week at the house. The house had everything we needed and the location allowed us to explore the entire island. We were able to go to all of the beaches on the island including our own secluded beach very close to the house. We watched the sunsets from our balcony or the beach across the street. Highly recommend this house!!

We had a great start at Pos Chiquito. The house is in a nice location on in the island. Central south coast. Our check in was seamless and our passenger van was ready on arrival. It worked great for our group of 11 in getting around the island. We had great days at the property around the pool and snorkeling across the street and down the block at Mangel Halto. This snorkel location is great. We made trips to the popular beaches (Baby, Eagle, Palm). All were great in their own way. The house was clean and rooms were all essentially the same design. Bathrooms all worked well. Occasional loss of hot water, but only when everyone was using it at the same time. Grocery store near by, but we used one of the larger stores for our main purchases. We would certainly come back. Sit back and enjoy some Balashi or Chill and have a great time!

We had a wonderful stay. We loved having coffee and chatting on the patio in the morning and on the balcony in the evening. Beautiful sunset views everyday. Great kitchen- we ate so many meals in the comfort of our own place. Easy to explore the whole island from this location- less than 15 min to the city and 20 min to Baby Beach on the other end. We all had a wonderful time!

This house is amazing and has everything you need but what makes it 5 star is George! He answers any questions/problems you have instantly. Pizza place wouldn’t answer the phone, he takes us there, orders, and waits for the pizza! We asked if there were any ice chests for our ATV ride, he goes and buys us some! I get to the airport and realize I’d left my phone at the house, he brings it to me!!! You can not go wrong with this house!

We loved our stay here. The home has plenty of space with nice furnishings, the location was fabulous when you don't want to be in the middle of the hotel scene. The pool area is exactly as pictured. Actually, the whole property is. And my favorite part is walking about 30 seconds to a secluded beach with an absolutely gorgeous sunset. George was very accommodating and ready if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again! Thanks for having us!

Ffrst of all, I want to mention the owner of the property, Edward, I sent a few questions about the property, and he was very prompt to respond. The property manager George was amazing. He checked on us daily. Suggested places to eat and shop for groceries. Due to changes in our departure flights, he drove our son and daughter in law to the airport. The house is clean, has 7 bedrooms which all have their own bathroom, it has an additional 2 bathrooms, one in the pool area, and one in the living area. We really liked the location. We are not big on being in a tourist area, however we were within a 10 minute drive to eagle and palm beaches. Our group preferred a beach across the street from the property Mangel Halto, and our absolute favorite beach was baby beach. Edward and George can assist you with car or van rental needs. Look foward to returning to Aruba!

Our family of 12, which included children and grandchildren, had a wonderful visit to Aruba with this home being a perfect spot to go and explore the island. Lots of wonderful beaches, restaurants, grocery stores close by. George is a jewel in helping to secure restaurant reservations as well as resolving issues at the house. We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner prepared by Chef Tony. Our hope is to come back for another visit soon.

Where to begin? This was my second trip to Aruba. The first time I stayed at the Ritz and as wonderful as that was - this was so much better! Edward was so communicative leading up to our arrival answering all my questions and once we got there George handled everything. The house is huge and very clean. The pool is just as fabulous in person as the pictures. There is everything you need to cook/grill at home, plenty of towels, chairs etc. Most importantly, we felt very safe the entire time. It’s a great neighborhood with nice neighbors and you can walk to other beach spots right from the house. George was also so responsive and even when I found myself in a pickle and needed a ride on extremely short notice, George was there. We feel so lucky we found this place and can’t wait to return!!

We had 13 adults, each couple had their own room & bathroom. House was clean, had everything we needed including a van to rent. George was absolutely amazing and helped our stay be all it could be. Amazing memories created!!!

Nice home in quiet area centrally located in Aruba’s countryside. Gorge was extremely helpful and Edward made all reservations. The pool are was the most amazing feature of the house. Definitely recommend renting the van.

My 5 friends and I came for a girls trip. Location was close to the beach and some authentic restaurants. Customer service was amazing from start to finish.

Everything at this rental was fantastic. Seven bedrooms easily accommondated our group. The kitchen was spacious enough for 8 of us to move around while cooking. We absolutely loved the outdoor pool area with grill and kitchen. The outside bathroom was much appreciated. Property manager George was helpful and easily accessible. We reserved 3 cars but George was unable to secure them. He was super helpful and issued us a 15 passenger van. Which was too much for me to drive. We did use it for 2 days and then rented 3 cars so that we could have flexibility.

Everything was great, the manager was very helpful and accessible. The pictures really don’t do the size justice. If your number is between 10-14 adults, I don’t think there’s a place for the money as good as this. Very happy and recommend getting the van for sure.

First of all, the property wasn't just like the pictures it was better. Every room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom and the 2 extra bathrooms came in handy when we had guests. The wifi was a little scary but since our entire group didn't experience the same problems I'll blame it on my carrier. Besides the property being great GEORGE was indeed the best. He checked on us daily and took care of everything expeditiously!. The house and of course George made my first trip to Aruba unforgettable. I definitely recommend this property!!!

Our stay here was beyond great! The house is very spacious and accommodating. George the property manager is by far one of the sweetest people I have ever met, he was available every time for anything we needed! We couldn't have asked for better customer service. Also the property owner Edward is really nice and helpful as well. I am happy to say I would stay here again and again.....If you are searching for property in Aruba please consider this one....you won't be disappointed!! Regards.....

Great stay at this property, the bedrooms are huge, nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom, plus one in main part of house and one very handy one poolside. The pool area is fabulous! Extra fridge in bar area was super to have. Spent most of our time at the house outside. Kitchen is very well appointed, lots of room for many people. Tons of dishes, pots and serving dishes. George the property manager is fantastic will take care of anything you need, checks in frequently. Wifi is very good. Great house for a large group, you will not trip over each other, we were 7 couples and never felt crowded. Only a very few things I would add to the house - towel bars in bathrooms, a shelf or something for soap, shampoo in shower, railing on lower half of stairs coming from upper bedrooms. There is great snorkeling a very short walk down the road at Mangle Halto. Lots of interesting local food trucks and restaurants close by. This house is in an area with more ‘local flavour’ away from the busy hotel district, but still an easy short drive to anywhere you want to be. We loved the local area and food away from the chain restaurants and hotels. Thank you Edward and George for a wonderful stay in this lovely home.

I came with a group of 12 and this property is amazing!!! 7bedrooms and each room has its own bathroom…the kitchen, dining area and also the outside pool area was really great as well. The pictures on this listing does not do it justice!!! The property manager George was the best, he was very helpful all around and helped us book reservations to things on the island. we were able to rent a van for our stay!!!! Book this place, you won’t be disappointed!!!!
