We had a great weekend celebrating our daughter’s graduation from SNHU. Some items were a little tricky to use like adjusting the temperature of the pool and hot tub but we still enjoyed them. Host was quick to respond. Plenty of room for our group.

Excellent stay and house !!

The house is extraordinary! It's large and easily accommodated our family of 16: 9 adults, 2 teens, 4 kids, and 1 baby. Everything was very clean! Loved the kitchen, and it was well stocked. If you're looking for a large place for many people, this is perfect.Admittedly we chose this property for the pool. I wouldn't recommend it if that's your priority. We booked for a long weekend. The night we got there the water was beyond hot, and not swimmable. The young kids were extremely disappointed, as was I. The next couple of days it was fine, and we spend many, many hours swimming. Then it was a bit cool, and despite doing what the property manager told us to do, it didn't warm up. Also the hot tub was not hot. I ended up leaving a day early because of the pool. The pool is a wonderful size. There were a lot of things to play with in the pool, which was nice when the temp was good. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns!So, if you're going for space, I'd absolutely recommend the house. It was chilly for our visit, but the outside patio looked awesome for someone visiting in better temps. If you're going for the pool, I'd probably pass. The price was high, so to have the pool not usable the whole time was extremely disappointing!

4 families gathered for a reunion of working together over 40 years ago in italy. The house a little bit of a dissappointment. Patrs were very old and had been built on over the years. Many light bulbs did not work, tv remote controllers dod not operate. Windows, sidings and paint work were in need of repair. Two back bedrooms could only be accessed via the garage or by going through someone elses bedroom. Bbq grill was a disgrace but was replaced after a phone call. Did not realise that we needed to strip the beds and remove all the trash. Although there were 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms only 3 were en-suite. General cleanliness could have been improved.
