It’s instructions for us to find it, find the keys and find its parking space could be more clearer. The mattress had dents in it.

The curtains were a little see through. There are wooden covers for the windows that fold out but may be worth letting customers know this before they come to the place. The temp on the shower needs to be looked at too, every shower was boiling hot so be warned!

Apartment was in great area, and was clean with everything that you need for your stay.

There was 1 key, that open main door and apartment doors, but there were 3 different apartments that you can open with same key. For me it's a serious safety hazard. I have stayed in apartment number 3 witch have 2 entrance door 1from first floor when you are entering to the living area and 2nd one from the bathroom. So in the bathroom it wasn't even a chain that you could possibly close the door from the inside. I have not feel save during my stay, as simply I was worried that someone can easily open 1 of the doors. It's against the low to rent premises that are have same key to all of the flats. I definitely won't recommend this place as long as they will have same key to each of the flat in the building. Strong smell if weed in the evening, and very noisy neighbours in late evening and very early morning hours have not been helpful to feel comfortable there.

Good location

Less than 1 roll of toilet roll provided between 6 people and no mention of having to bring our own. All the Fire Safety Equipment was also out of date therefore risking our lives

Well, we didn't stay at k Suits like I'd booked. AFTER booking i then got told few hours later on the day of checking in, the apartment needed some maintenance, didnt get offered any other apartments within the k suits portfolio, personally i think it may have had something to do with the fact they only want customers who ate going to stay in there apartments for 4 nights or more, and with it being race week they didnt want to risk special needs kids breaking anything! That's what it felt and came across as! In exchange we was offered two places, one with not so good rating of views and one with good as rating, dont know how it got a good rating because the apartment was shockingly dirty, disgusting infact! Screws falling out everywhere. Live electrical wires exposed behind the headbord. Oh and dont wash ur hands in the bathroom sink unless you want to look like you peed yourself. Dirt everywhere, literally everywhere. Bin not cleaned for months, fridge not cleaned for months, everything needed a deep clean and maintenance, ironically we got turned down by ksuits for supposedly maintenance, yet we get an apartment that needed urgent maintenance.two nights £190 down the drain. Thanks!!

Breakfast N/A. Location was excellent. Apartment was warm, comfortable and very clean. The fire alarm sounded in the early hours of Sunday, March 5th, I called the emergency number provided and the lady I spoke to was very helpful, we were able to reset the alarm and all was well.

The internet did not work at all, the signal was strong but would not connect. Overall the accommodation needs some updating, the carpets are worn and the table in the living room is damaged. On entering the house the hallway is very untidy and not welcoming.

I informed the letting agent that we didn’t have working lights. she said someone will be out the next day to fix it. they didn’t come! we had no lights in the bathroom and a tiny little lamp in one of the bedrooms. not great at all!! Communication was terrible. It was a safety concern staying here.

Perfect location and accommodation was ideal for what we needed. Property was clean and basic.

Ypu will need to take or buy loo roll. There was less than half in the bathroom when we arrived. Basic is fine but having stayed in similar apartments in the past things such as hand soap were lacking. If you are likely to be cooking you will also need to take salt/pepper, oil etc as there are no cupboard essentials either. Oh and even a bin bag for your rubbish/recycling - if you can actually put it into the bins at the back which were over flowing. Entrance into the property was cluttered (think it was washing bags all piled up).

The location of this apartment was ideal for our visit.

The entire apartment was extremely unclean, with frayed carpets, massive cobwebs, dust on all kitchen items, previous occupants shower gel discarded in bathroom, unable to use toaster as previous occupants food was stuck inside. 2 bedside lamps with no sockets, numerous laundry bags blocking hallway and front door causing fire hazard. No toilet roll in property. No bin liners or bags. Two bulbs missing from main living area ceiling light. Windows not able to open, another fire hazard. Poor communication from owners with little or no assistance. Request for early access not responded to by owners. Standard of cleanliness unacceptable. A very disappointing stay and would definitely NOT stay here again!'

The apartment was poorly equipped in the main. Toilet paper existed two floors down but none in the flat. It was buried away behind a pile of laundry bags. The kitchen had none of the usual everyday essentials one would normally find in this type of accomodation. Be it AirBnB or self catering apartment. Furthermore, the apartment struck.us more of being student digs than Self Catering Apt. Holes in walls, damaged furniture etc.

Not like the photos. Run down, threadbare carpets, old curtains. Lacked basic decoration and was bare. The linen bales stored in the stairwell were a health and safety hazard.

Location is quite good for the centre of Cheltenham, although there is only one parking space and you have to bump up a full kerb so not the best for cars that are low or you want to maintain the tracking on your vehicle

Tricky to know where to start! Quite a disappointing stay overall. I clearly think that properties manage by companies DO NOT work. I would always like to speak with the owner if there is something wrong. At least you know they will answer and rectify any issues. So I'll start on arrival.... The hallway appears to be a dumping ground for the laundry both clean and dirty for the 4 apartments. Not really what you call a welcoming view. plus a bit of a health and safety issue. The kitchen had no welcome pack so I had to go and buy dishcloths, washing up liquid and tea towels. The surfaces were sticky and greasy, The was a real muddle of crockery. One wine glass. I went to use the oven only to find the writing had disappeared from the controls. So you had to guess the setting and temperature! The place needs a deep clean, send you eyes up towards the celling and you will find an abundance of cobwebs. Now I did leave a message on their website for someone to call me regarding the above. Yes I did try to call but no one answered and the answer phone was too full of message so unable to leave one. I sent a message via email and someone rang me the next day. A little late and even when I went through the list of issues nothing was addressed and no cleaner came to rectify the situation. So if you are looking get some sleep at night, I would not recommend staying here. We had shop fitters staying above who got up at 5am and went to bed rather late. Now I don't think they were overly noisy but the walls and floorboards are paper thin plus the heavy fire doors were slamming constantly. Another one that flummoxed me was the bedside lamps..... not plugged in...why? there are no sockets! pointless having them then surely! If you need the WiFi you will struggle, it just constantly dropped.! I left a day early as couldn't take another night of zero sleep. I did inform them but did I hear back? No!

Location to Town centre was ok. Size of the place was ok. It had the required facilities available as stated.

The place is quite worn and dated throughout. Frayed carpets, Damaged table tops, broken bed base, TV remote not working correctly, squeaking doors etc etc. The front entrance looked like cheap student lodgings, It was the roughest looking house in the whole street. There was bags of linen and towels, garbage bins, brushes and other items stored in the entrance. This not only looks very bad but is a continual fire risk in my opinion. Also there was no Fire escape option should a fire start downstairs. I really would'nt want to stay there again on that point alone. The bathroom had a mirrored cabinet installed directly above the sink which makes it very difficult to use the sink easily to clean teeth or simply wash your face. Finally, the place is acceptable if your not bothered about the above points, but given I have stayed in 3 separate apartments in Cheltenham over the last 15 days, this one was certainly coming in 3rd place and was poor value for money by comparison

Lovely location, close to Montpellier. Property was warm and felt safe. Bedroom and living spaces were clean and comfortable. Kitchen equipment was well stocked.

The bathroom is a little tired and could possibly do with with modernising.

Spacious property. Everything you need for a short break. Good location.

Apartment one, hot and cold shower temps. Washing up left in sink and drainer from previous people. Bedding and towels in blue sacks all up the stairs, health hazard. Very creaky building. (friends think it is haunted) Tap in kitchen, was drip, drip, drip so needs sorting. Apartment two, one of the beds has a big dip in the middle. One of the sofas, all low, dirty bits.It needs chucking. Cupboard where the boiler is, underneath is cut out and make shift instead of getting it replaced, it fell down on us and smashed a new bottle of gin. The boiler was not on, so cold water until I called to find out what was going on and the television did not work for Netflix or you tube.

Although clean, the apartment was ‘tired’ and therefore gave the feeling that it wasn’t clean. The entrance hallway was poor, with linen bags piled up. When trying to enter the building on Saturday night the linen bags were strewn across the floor, we had to hail them back onto the cupboard to gain access to the flat. The residents upstairs were noisy and did not observe the quiet hours you state in your information.
