Willkommen bei Sunglasses & Sunsets am weißen Sandstrand von Redington Shores, Florida. Wir sind die neuen Besitzer dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Brandneu, alles inklusive unserer King Size Serta iComfort Matratze und Queen Size Beautyrest Pillow Top. Es gibt auch einen neuen Lederschnitt mit einem Queen-Size-Sleeper aus Memory-Gel-Schaum. Drei Samsung-Fernseher in den Größen 55 ", 42" und 32 "und kostenlosem WLAN (100 MBit / s). Netflix im Wohnbereich TV und Master-TV enthalten. Die Küche ist aus Granit und die Bäder wurden komplett mit Granit und Fliesen nach Maß renoviert. Sie müssen nicht zum Waschsalon gehen, da wir eine Frontlader-Waschmaschine und einen Trockner haben. Nach einem Tag im beheizten Privatpool und Spa oder einem Spaziergang am schönen Strand, der nur wenige Schritte entfernt ist, können Sie sich auf unserem Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf entspannen. Von jedem Schlafzimmer und Balkon genießen Sie einen Blick auf die Küste. Der Meister hat auch einen Ausstieg.

Wish I had known about the construction —-very loud and made common area dirty/slow elevator (them using).
But condo itself was very clean —just a few things
Broken chair, instructions for W/D and TV would have been very helpful. Overall it is a great place!

What a perfect location and a great condo! The trolley stop was right out front. It’s also located next to the Seabird Sanctuary (which our daughter absolutely loved). We had a great trip! Easy to drive to Tampa and Clearwater for day trips, or you could take the trolley.

We came to Florida for Thanksgiving to see our son and his family.Had a beautiful visit. We will be back in January. The condo is great and everything we needed was there

Absolutely loved our week stay in Patti's Condo. Had everything you needed and extra. Very peaceful. Even with the balcony being under construction, it didn't disturb us at all. No loud noise or anything.
Travel around area was close and easy to travel.
Private beach, pool and hot tub came with rental.
Never seen a building manager but didn't need anyone either. Any questions I had Patti answered and with quick responses.
Condo decorated beautifully, felt homey.
Hope to have another stay in Patti's condo. Loved it!

The condo was nice, but the parking was terrible because of the construction on the outside. This had nothing to do with the owner of the condo. I would stay here again once the construction was over.

We were told 13 days prior to our reservation about a “little construction” going on at the property but that our unit was finished.
Our balcony was closed the entire stay. The balcony furniture was left in the living room. The outside storage area was closed due to construction. For the last 3 days there was no water in the pool area to wash feet or use the restroom. The noise was so loud the last half of our trip that you couldn’t be in the unit from 8am-5. The door to our balcony wouldn’t lock. It took most of the first evening to restore power to the tv wall and hall.
The unit was beautiful and the location is amazing We just work really had to afford a vacation every year and this was not what we had hoped for.
I also spent the first hour scrubbing mold from the inside of the washing machine.
My complaint was first sent to the owner. During the trip I was told to go outside to avoid the noise and that they didn’t know it would be like that. The final complaint was left unanswered.

Good location
Really enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub area. Good location and perfect for family. Beach is only steps away. Lots of shops close by, great ice cream place down the road. Beach is not overcrowded. Condo is spacious. Needs better cleaning team.

Perfect!
The condo was very clean and so accommodating! Everything that we could possibly need was there. Definitely will stay there again. So appreciated how beautiful and close to the beach! Loved it!

Wanted ocean front ocean view. Got ocean front but the view was from the side not direct. Interior condo was beautiful. Pool is across the street. Rules of condo not strictly inforced as there is no office on site.

The unit was close to the beach which was nice. The building is old and could use some updating but the unit was fine. I would invest some money into replacing the couch in the great room and the master bedroom could use a new mattress.

Stayed in this beautiful condo. My children and I had an amazing time. Condo was perfect! everything was there that was needed, from linens to beach toys. Condo was nice and quiet and pool and hot tub where perfect. Not too many people and great access to beach

A great vacation rental. From location to cleanliness and everything in between this felt like a home away from home. The bed slept amazingly, kitchen was well stocked, and the decor was warm and friendly. The owner was great to work with. Will definitely return.

The property was great and the owner was very accommodating. We liked that the property was small and not a huge condo complex. The pool was not overly crowded and was close to the beach. I would highly recommend this unit as it was updated and had plenty of amenities.

The Sunglasses and Sunsets condo includes everything we needed to enjoy our three-week vacation. We did not cook but the kitchen has all the supplies you would need. The unit was very clean upon our arrival. The rooms are large and the furniture is very comfortable. Plenty of outlets to plug in all of our electronics. We enjoyed having the private porch to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The elevator is a little slow (there is only one) but we usually took the stairs so that was not an issue for us. Access to the beach and pool are excellent. A lot of good restaurants in the area to enjoy.

It is stocked with pots, pans blender, kureig that is also a regular coffee pot and so much more. It was amazing. There are also plenty of beach towels, pool toys and chairs. Saves so much packing of items. Can't say enough great about this property. We also used the pull out couch bed and my kids said it was very comfortable and you never hear.that on one of those. Thank you for am awesome vacation.
