Easy check in. Great view of Cumberland river! Easy travel to places by walking or Uber. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group of two couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the river at this well situated condo. We loved having 2 bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds and 2 separate bathrooms. The Keurig was great for both the tea and coffee drinkers and plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen. The view of the barges on the river was great and we felt safe walking around everywhere! This was absolutely the best spot for a New Year's Eve celebration! Only a 5 minute walk to the Bicentennial Mall State Park and we could even see the fireworks from the building. We walked to the Ryman for a great concert in a fabulous venue. We walked to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. We walked to Jonathan's Grill for great food, drinks and service. Very easy location to access lots of places and plenty of covered parking if you bring a car or use Uber. Our hostess, Kim couldn't have been more helpful or kind. Just a great VRBO experience and we hope to return next year! Thank you Kim!

As a hotel property ower myself I was appalled by the condition of this property upon walking into 1st look, the 1st bathroom has absolutely NO drawers or cabinet doors they're gone. When I took a shower in the small shower right inside the front door the shower pan is the only thing thats keeping you from falling through the floor to the condo below, its rotten and squishy. There is left over things in the refrigerator from past guests opened and used food and drinks, the "spice cabinet" is disgusting and filthy. There was NO wifi and no informative to connect to it while we were there i contacted the host and all she replied was " I'm so sorry"?! I asked her if it she was going to send that information and she NEVER replied. She has notes all over the condo about the upstairs neighbors being loud to run fans she has in every room that it really drowns out the noise, nope it doesn't and if it gets to bad to contact her well she never responded about the wifi so we figured that would be the same for any other issues. Every drawer I mean EVERY drawer is FULL of "stuff" other people's stuff that has been left behind, its not sanitary and quite nasty to put my things in with other strangers food, drinks and personal items. My husband tried to soak his sore back in the bathtub, well it doesn't hold water and at 4pm he had exactly 5-10 min tops of hot water. I had to throw out my hotspot on my phone to watch tv, the windows for the "river view" the seal was broken and it was foggy

Condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to all the great spots!

Ny 2 girlfriends and I stayed and LOVED it! Kim was awesome and we all became fast friends! She made sure everything was perfect and was available for every call or question!! When we come again I DEFINITELY will stay here! We enjoyed watching the barges going up and down the river . If you are looking for a place close to downtown, but quiet and comfortable this is the place for you!!
