Dieses niedliche, gemütliche Ferienhaus am Wasser verfügt über einen privaten Steg, einen Sandstrand und Rasenflächen am Ufer. Verteilen Sie sich auf 200 Fuß Seeufer und entspannen Sie sich. Das kristallklare Wasser des Lake Pend Oreille lädt zum Schwimmen und Bootfahren ein. Die Feuerstelle, der Picknicktisch und die Liegestühle machen es zum perfekten Ort, um den ganzen Tag und Abend abzuhängen.

Die gemütliche Hütte ist unser zweites Zuhause und sehr komfortabel für ein oder zwei Familien. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, die bis zu 7-8 schlafen können. Es gibt auch einen Queen-Size-Futon im Erdgeschoss, der zwei schlafen kann.
Das große Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich (der Tisch bietet Platz für 10 Personen) sind geräumig und komfortabel. Die Waschküche hat eine gute Größe und befindet sich direkt hinter der Tür. Die Küche ist klein, hat aber alle Geräte (Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kompaktor, Kaffeemaschine und viele Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen). Es gibt eine extra große Gefriertruhe in der Waschküche.
Die Hütte ist ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen, Erholen und Spaß haben. Es eignet sich hervorragend für ein oder zwei Familien im Urlaub am See!

This lake house was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is very relaxing, very peaceful, very beautiful! Standing on the deck, looking out over the water, with the stars, the moon, the peacefulness – hard to describe. The interior is immaculate. Very tasteful, very comfortable, and clean. Almost everything was anticipated. Really thankful we could take the pup, too. He loved it. When you go, follow their instructions carefully. We found that Apple Maps did a good job, but Garmin did not. On our way in, we used Garmin and it was at night. Don't follow our example! :) My only quibble was that the door locks were electronic. I work in that industry and, believe me, you want a physical interior lock! Not that's there's much chance for crime there, but a swing bar, maybe? But, we loved the stay, and would definitely consider going back. Thanks, David!

This place is the perfect lake house! We stayed a week at this cabin and spent the majority of our time on the beach and dock swimming and fishing. I would honestly book this house just for the beach, but the cabin was excellent, too. It was stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. The deck is huge and has a ton of seating---great area to hang out after coming up from the beach. Another plus is how private and quiet the area is. Very relaxing. We did not want to leave! We hope to book it again.

We had an absolutely awesome family vacation at this home and property. Adults were able to disconnect, and kids were happiest when they were in or near the water. Lots of seating available on the beach - with some trees nearby to provide shade during our 90+ degree week. Dave & Linda are excellent hosts, providing a house that is cared for, clean, very well maintained and really had everything we needed. Communication with them was great - I had a couple of questions before our vacation and each time I received a prompt response. Dave & Linda have really thought of everything to make their guests stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I'll close with mentioning the absolutely stunning view of Lake Pend Oreille. I could have spent the whole week either on the house deck or dock soaking in all the natural beauty. Thank you, Dave & Linda, for sharing your home with our family.

This is a must location for those looking to sit back and relax. Nice home that is very well stocked, and in a gorgous location. Morning coffee to evening stories on the porch gazing out at natures beauty will be remembered for a lifetime. Add attentive hosts and you have a great vacation.

Amazing Lake Pend Oreille Property
We have stayed here three times now. Each time we stay the owner has made upgrades. This time there was new flooring, both bathrooms have been remodeled, the deck was enlarged and a host of other improvements to make our stay that much more enjoyable. This is on top of an amazing property already. Exceptionally long white sand beachfront on one of the best lakes in the northwest, recently upgraded dock, large lot with tons of privacy (not common with lake properties) and a secluded location that is easy access. This home and property have it all - lakefront, views and a great home to stay in while enjoying it all. Our family enjoyed our time here very much and look forward to returning in the future.

Great visit
Had a great stay. Dave and Linda are very communicative, so you are sure to resolve anything that comes up. Weather disappointed. Expected clear and 80’s+ but got cloudy/partly cloudy 60’s-70 and windy over most of our two weeks. A couple storms did help though to move out some of the forest fire smoke so we could better take in the views. Even with Mother Nature not cooperating we love this spot!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property on Lake Pend Oreille. The cabin and beach area were lovely. It was a very HOT week to be there and the fans were greatly appreciated. The bed arrangement was a little tight for our party of 8 adults and 2 small children. We had some very warm nights that made sleeping a bit uncomfortable in part of the upstairs sleeping area. Overall, it was a super place to stay and the host was very attentive and a great communicator.

What a perfect place to unplug and unwind. It is quite a distance from town so plan for that. We floated, kayaked, bbq’d and visited our way to bliss. The owners anticipates every need and we were delighted! Definitely would stay again!!

Great Family Reunion!
We stayed for a week at this lovely cabin. It was a family reunion with our adult children and their spouses. We loved being able to put our boat in the water once at the beginning of the week, and take it out once at the end. The cabin was cozy, but still had plenty of room for all of us. The neighbors were all friendly and we even attended a yoga class taught by a neighbor. The view is stunning! We spent a lot of time in the water since it was very hot while we were there. The dock was great! The communication with the owners was top notch. When we identified a problem, it was fixed very quickly. We will definitely rent again!

October Girlfriends Getaway
A lovely spot on Pend Oreille Lake near the end of a private road. It feels secluded yet is close enough to Sandpoint to enjoy its many restaurants and activities. Beautiful private beach. Pet friendly - our dogs Sadie and Kula loved the long walks along the lakeshore and splashing around in the lake! We hope to return next year!!

Fun and relaxing
Fantastic location, absolutely loved the cabin and dock. The kids had a blast roasting marshmallows, swimming, and kayaking. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away and relax!

Very pleasantly surprised!
This home and property was very welcoming! You definitely feel that owners care about your stay, from thoughtful touches to supplies one would not expect to find! Example, my grandbaby got a lot of a sticky substance on his foot(probably pine tar). I thought it worth a try to look for a type of solvent in the laundry and I found some! The beach, dock, area was very nice and again everything we could need was available right there. Cabin, deck and furnishings were very comfortable and enjoyable for our family.

Fantastic lakeside retreat
My family and another family spent the week at this wonderful cabin on Lake Pend Oreille. The view was spectacular, the location was quiet, and the cabin was perfect for two families (nine people). Dave and Linda were great owners to work and communicate with. We hope to stay at the cabin again in the future. Thank you Dave and Linda for sharing your lovely cabin with us.

We had a fabulous stay. Deck was great for mornings and evenings.
The dishwasher doesn’t clean well and when using all burners it was very slow to cook. Otherwise we loved it.

Beautiful Home on a Beautiful Lake
We had an amazing time at the Lake house! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from both the bedrooms were stunning and we love having out on the beach and dock with the family. Very friendly neighbors and even our puppy dogs had a fun time playing in the water. Would recommend to anyone who wants quite place with beautiful views.

Let’s start with the lake! It is only steps away from the cabin. The beach area stretches 200 feet Complete with lounge chairs. There is also a fire pit area on your private beach!
You can view the lake and beach area from the cabin deck as well as from inside the house! The house has a nice size deck with dinning space and sitting area. Easy to communicate between the beach area and the deck.
The house is very comfortable with a rustic cabin vibe. Beautiful timber beamed ceilings in all the rooms. Comfortable living spaces, large dinning area for your whole party! Bedrooms are comfortable and master has the gorgeous view of the lake! The kitchen is small but it has everything you need. Laundry room is a great space for extra storage.
