A Panoramic Tuscan Luxury - Villa Maria in Fronzano
Die Villa Maria ist von atemberaubenden Ausblicken umgeben und liegt auf einem privaten Hügel mit Blick auf das Chianti-Gebiet und das Arnotal. Diese schöne Villa wurde im frühen 19. Jahrhundert erbaut und befindet sich in der Toskana, wo Olivenöl höchster Qualität hergestellt wird. Das Wohnzimmer mit Palladium-Fenstern bietet eine herrliche Aussicht. Nur ein paar Schritte weiter liegt eine nach Westen ausgerichtete Steinterrasse, auf der Sie Chianti Classico genießen und Abende mit strahlenden Sonnenuntergängen verbringen können. Eine wunderschöne 45-minütige Fahrt durch die sanften Hügel der Toskana bringt Sie direkt nach Florenz. Wenn Sie mit dem Zug anreisen möchten, ist der nächste Bahnhof nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Fahrzeit mit dem Zug nach Florenz beträgt 25 Minuten. Das nächste Dorf, Fronzano, in der Grafschaft Reggello, liegt 5 Gehminuten von Ihrem eigenen Zypressengang entfernt. In Reggello, eine 10-minütige Fahrt, gibt es alles, was Sie brauchen, um Ihr Leben authentisch toskanisch zu gestalten.

The villa and property was spectacular and immaculate. We were warmly greeted by our host upon arrival and given a comprehensive introduction of the property and necessary information. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the bedding was very comfortable. All of the bathrooms had new fixtures , hand painted walls and it felt like a personal spa on each floor. The pool was immaculately maintained by our host. Every need was anticipated-from pool floats to a pool house with a fridge and separate bathroom / shower. The flowering plants and trees around the villa were absolutely beautiful and fragrant. We felt pampered as if we were at a five star resort. Our hosts olive oil was delicious and we would highly recommend hiring the personal chef ( Donato) to cook a meal or two. The meals we had were exceptional. Our host was friendly , responsive , attentive and respectful of our time and privacy. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Maria and hope to return with my family in the future.

Great overall property and views. The house is classic Tuscan and the facilities are great. While the house is in a small area next to other houses, we were able to enjoy the pool and tennis court uninterrupted.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay at this magnificent villa. The house, the pool, the tennis court were all sensational. Clean, beautifully maintained, private and good location. Host/owner was very accommodating too. Highly recommended!
