Lovely view of harbor from porch. Comfortable cottage. Convenient location to damariscotta & pemaquid areas. Easy checkin/checkout.

We love this cottage and have reserved it again for next summer. Suggestions: (1) The shrubs in front just below the steps really need to be trimmed way back, 4 feet would be about right. It is obstructing the view. (2) same for the tree at the bottom of the lot closest to the water. (3) The Shrubs near the window by the master bedroom have become so over grown, we could not close the window from inside!

The property was very comfortable and clean and was well appointed with anything I might need. It was nice having a washer and dryer as well. The view was lovely and it was just so pleasant to wake up and watch the sun rise. Such a great place!
Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Quiet! Nature! Safe, comfortable and convenient. It was perfect for us. Everything we needed. We loved being on the water at Round Pond. Communication with Tyler was prompt and courteous. Television is limited but we used our computer. Very pleased!
