This condo is wonderful, nicely equipped, decorated so cute, comfortable accommodations, in a perfect location! Andres was very helpful and communicative! We definitely want to stay here again!

This is a beautiful condo! The area is full of activities and is very safe. We loved spending time a the pool and visiting the restaurants and shops in Maho. Andre was very responsive to all our requests and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great Caribbean vacation.

Andre and Lisa’s bill is just as listed and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is spectacular. You can see the beach, planes landing and taking off plus a beautiful roof garden. I loved having my morning coffee out there every day. Short walk to Maho Beach, short drive to Mullet Beach and a short 15 min drive to Simpson Bay where you can find anything you would like to eat. Andre was very responsive to several questions and requests that I had. We felt well taken care of. We would definitely rent this place again.

We used to live in SXM in the Maho area. So the location of this property was excellent for us ! The communication with the owner was great, he went above and beyond to accomodate a special request. The unit itself was fantastic also. Clean, and all amenities that you can think of were available for use. We would definitely love to return, and we would highly recommend this property ! Absolutely wonderful.

This condo was amazing!!! So charming and convenient. Well appointed and everything provided to have a wonderful stay. We had an amazing time. So close to airport and yet so quiet for sleeping. Would highly recommend. Absolutely beautiful place to spend a week in Sint Maarten. Thank you Andreas for such fantastic hospitality and for sharing your piece of paradise with my family. We really enjoyed it and hope to be back one day soon!!

Amazing property and amazing host
I've traveled a lot around the world but I have never met with such a care that we got from the host. We received all information prior our arrival and we got continuous support through our stay. The property is at a premium location, right in the middle of the beach. It's very clean and beautiful. Strongly recommended! Thank you Andreas for the stay, we felt like coming home to family!

Everting went super smooth and the check in process was super easy. Everything we needed to know was forwarded before our arrival. The condo was very clean, super modern, well stocked and furnished. It is situated in a prefect location with incredible views and easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and activities. We had cars, but you actually don’t need one if you just want to stay local. We are still reminiscing about our vacation and can’t wait to be back. Thank you for everything. We appreciate you from the bottom of our hearts.

My experience was nothing short of amazing. The condo was beautiful. The view was amazing and the hosts were exceptional. Everything we needed was in the condo down to the paper plates. The location is perfect. I am a frequent visitor of the island and will stay here again.

What’s incredible is that it is not too loud inside the unit at all. The owner was so nice!!! Had to contact him a with a couple of small inconsistencies. He was so helpful and on top of things that they really weren’t inconvenient at all. I really could not recommend this place highly enough!!!

Our Beautiful Stay in Sint Maarten
We couldn't have been more pleased with this accommodation. Wonderful space! Fully organized kitchen, everything one would need to cook a meal. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, very large rooms and great bathrooms with showers. Our favorite time of day was sitting on the large balcony in the evening with a glass of wine, watching the sun go down and the planes coming and going. It was surprising how the sounds of planes could not be heard once we were inside and they were not flying at night. A perfect place to relax and unwind. The owners were so helpful about any question and were always available by email, whats app, or text. Worth every penny- you won't be disappointed!

Awesome Vacation
We had a great time!! The condo is exactly as described. Everything is 1st class, very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, big screen television, television in each room, comfortable couch, and a fantastic view from the patio. Watch the planes come and go and a beautiful view of the ocean. I couldn't ask for more. Owner responded to my questions promptly.

Second Stay!
This was our second two week stay in this beautiful condo! We love it! Such a comfortable place all around, beautifully decorated and the owners have gone to great lengths to insure everything you need to make it your home away from home is available!
The resort itself is very nice, the pool is up and running and is a nice place to sit and watch the planes. Beautiful landscaping with a view of the pool from the very comfortable terrace with two lounge chairs or a table and chairs for dining or morning coffee.
The owner is very accommodating and is very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay in St Maarten. 🏖�

Great Location and Great Owner!
Our trip was easy easy easy. The Condo is approximately 4 to 5 blocks from airport ( you could walk but its not advised - No sidewalks). Grocery Store on ground level & beach across the street or a short 15 minute walk to Mullet Beach. We spent our days on Maho Beach because we loved watching the planes fly in and the Driftwood Beach Bar has excellent food and an Excellent Staff. ( Wonderful Vibe)
For $25 US you get a 2 lounge chairs (with cushions) and umbrella and your 1st Bucket of beer is free. We ate so much of the food at the Driftwood ( and the Jamaican cook) is incredible. Everything on the Menu is Excellent and the Menu had many many choices. Oh! Sorry my mind drifted back to the lounge chairs and the blue waters..... BACK to the Condo. The condo has a great view and all the pictures posted are 100% accurate. Andrea's ( the owner) will Text and communicate with you, before your trip, during your trip and at the end of trip. Andrea's is super attentive and answers all texts, emails and calls within 1 hour or less. We were really impressed!!! I hope this helps anyone looking for a laid back trip that goes smoothly with no Drama.. We had a fantastic, relaxing week.

Perfect location by the airport
We stayed a week and really enjoyed our stay. We are a family of 5 and felt it was the perfect location. Nicely decorated and with all the amenities we needed to make at least two meals a day. We love watching the planes! We could watch from our balcony or go to the lookout by the pool, walk to Maho Beach and restaurants, and go downstairs to the grocery store to pick up necessities. The kids brought a Nintendo Switch to connect to the tv when they weren’t relaxing by the pool, dodging waves at the beach, or exploring the island with our rental car. Andre and Lisa were attentive to all our needs and were available by text if we needed anything. If you have the opportunity to visit St Maarten I would highly recommend this beautiful unit!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Location is so convenient to restaurants, beaches, airport, and stores. The pool was very nice. Everyone, from guests to staff, were very friendly and we felt very safe. The market in the building has everything you need. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Condo
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The owner was more than accommodating and very informative.
The decor of the condo was perfect and made you feel right at home. The complex was still undergoing work after the hurricane but that wasn’t an issue. Anyone staying after the big grand reopening will be extremely pleased with the beautiful pool and grounds both of which the comfortable balcony overlooks.
We would highly recommend staying in this awesome condo!

Perfect location. Lovely unit!
My daughter and I enjoyed this lovely unit for 10 days. The location is perfect. Close to airport and plenty of eateries and beach within walking distance. There’s a great grocery store in the building and the kitchen is fully equipped. We rented a car and could drive anywhere on the island within 20-25 minutes. Parking is under the building for $5 per day. Staff was friendly and Andreas was so helpful and responsive throughout the process. The unit itself was spacious and well equipped. The balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee or evening wine. We absolutely hope to return! Thank you for sharing your amazing piece of paradise.

The condo is sweet! Walked in the door & the vacation began. It was clean, spacious and the view?.... We loved watching the planes from the balcony.
The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms stocked well. The kitchen easy to work in. (Convenient that the grocery store right downstairs). I would even like to give the blue chair in the living room a shout out..SOO comfortable! My adult children said they'd come back again in a heart beat, I agree. I almost hate to write this review, as the secret will be out & we might have to fight for dates in the future.

Beautiful, and wonderful people to rent from
This is a 2nd floor condo that has totally been redone. Beautifully decorated an new. Was very clean, including Air conditioning. No musty smell at all. Has all the amenities you could need. Beds are firm but comfortable. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The pool is quiet and beautiful. Plenty of chairs to choose from, including a small bar for refreshments. Great thing about the pool area is that it has an upper viewing area to watch the airplanes land overlooking the airport.
Building is steps from the beach, chairs and umbrellas are free to use for condo residents.
Airplane noise starts around 7am (mostly small prop planes) Jets usually start aournd 9-10am and usually stops around 9pm or so. Does not affect your sleep if that's what you may think, don't even notice. WE LOVE air plane spotting, that is we choose this building. It neighbors the beach and airport. Has an elevated viewing deck to overlook the runway as the planes get ready for take off.
Restaurants steps away from condo, shopping too. also can take local bus to many areas on the island for $2.00. They are small vans with a sign in the window as to where they travel, MAHO< Phillipsburg etc. These buses will take you right to Front street Phillipsburg making stops along the way, prob about a 30 min trip instead of 20 min by car, but parking can be tricky in that area.
Also the building has little store for things you may need, food, water, treats, sunscreen, etc right downstairs.
Really can't say enough about Andres and Lisa. They were a pleasure to work with, making sure everything was done to make our stay a great one.
