Nada a apontar

Location was close to a shopping center, grocery store and many restaurants. Very spacious apartment with large balconies.

Washrooms are in major need of repairs. Toilet paper holder falling off walls, shower head would not stay in place, calcification everywhere. I would also suggest adding a dryer to the apartment.

From the moment we arrived at the accommodation, we understood we had made the right choice. Camacho, the person who welcomed us, was incredibly friendly, addressing all our questions and offering valuable tips like excellent restaurant recommendations and affordable rental offices. We were pleasantly surprised that the restaurant he suggested turned out to be the best dining experience we had in Madeira. Our gratitude to him is immense! The accommodation itself was a dream come true, with an equipped kitchen, a functional washing machine, and not one but two bathrooms - a huge benefit for us. The place was so spacious that we didn't even explore some of the rooms during our entire vacation. However, the real highlight was the balcony and the breathtaking view it offered. We cherished every evening spent there, especially with a glass of Poncha in hand. Another hidden gem, which proved to be crucial significance, was the excellent support provided through WhatsApp. The Team was always quick to respond and genuinely helpful with any questions we had. As a bonus, their special partnerships even saved us some money during our stay. Without a doubt, choosing this accommodation played a significant role in making our vacation truly exceptional. We extend our great thanks to the host and the Support Team for making our experience so memorable.

The location was perfect for us.

There was some mold in some of the rooms and the shower head holder was broken.

Balcony with a beautiful scenic view. Apartment had plenty of room. And the location of the accomodation was great.

A bit old fashioned interior. Bed and bath wasn't really comfortable.

The apartment is very big and comfortable. The host expected us on site and we have received place in the underground parking in the same building for our car (excellent). Everything was working properly and we had all we needed. Two bedrooms make a different when you travel with three ladies. Big terrace with nice view on the ocean. If you do not have a car, the bus stop is just opposite to the building and taxi stop near here. We have had very good contact with the host who tried to support us all time in everything. Big thanks!!!

There is a very problematic neighbour that behaves unfriendly and complains even there is not any reason. The biggest shock she caused at night around 1am when she kicked the entrance door and she shouted something (I do not understand Portuguese) while we were sleeping since over two hours and there was absolute silence in our apartment. It is difficult to understand that behaviour (unless someone has a mental problem).

I highly recommend this flat, perfectly clean m, well located with large spaces and big terrace ! The staff is very reactive and kind Thank you again

Great to have balconies and views in two directions but had to be careful as doors quick to slam.
