Unser Haus wurde im Jahr 2001 mit einem atemberaubenden "offenen" ersten Stock gebaut, der schöne Holzböden und große Fenster und Türen bietet, so dass natürliches Licht in unser Haus fällt, wenn. du gehst rein Mit viel Platz im Freien zum Spielen im Garten, Lesen in der Sonne oder Genießen eines wunderschönen Sonnenuntergangs werden Sie sich in dieses typische Haus am Wasser von Maine verlieben.

Der zweite Stock hat drei Schlafzimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Deckenventilatoren und begehbare Kleiderschränke. Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und liegt zur Einfahrt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, ideal für Kinder, und liegt zur Seite des Hauses (zwei aufblasbare Luftmatratzen sind ebenfalls im Schrank dieses Schlafzimmers verfügbar). Das Hauptschlafzimmer liegt zum Wasser und verfügt über große Fenster, ein Queensize-Bett und eine Kommode.
Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen eine Garage, in der Holz für den Herd, Müllbehälter und ein Gas- oder Holzkohlegrill für das Kochen im Freien untergebracht sind! We just returned from a month long stay in Maine. This is a beautiful home - a quintessential Maine style home. Very comfortable and well laid out. The location is private and with beautiful views of the water. It was well-equipped with everything we could need. Our dog loved the open yard and explored every inch of it. Dan is a fantastic host. Everything was in order and he was quick to respond when we had a few questions. He also provided a large dog crate so we didn’t have to bring one with us. I would highly recommend!

Tucked away on the Harpswell peninsula but still only 20 minutes from Brunswick & 40 min from Portland - this property is a fantastic getaway! The property is exquisite and Dan is a fantastic host. You just have to think of something you need and chances are Dan has it stocked up! Dan was also fabulous with his recommendations on things to do in the neighborhood and beyond. The house itself has a warmth and welcoming feel. It’s spacious, comfortable, and scenic. Thank you for your warm hospitality Dan and we hope to be back soon!

The home is nicely situated along a cove where one can enjoy the local nature. The town has numerous galleries with works from local artists. There are countless restaurants and food shacks that specialize in local seafood. All the while visitors are not far from lighthouses, trails, and amazing coastal rock formations.

We had a great time at Dan's house. It is hard to find anything negative to say and we did not find it. The location is outstanding, the house is exceptionally clean, and incredibly well furnished including if one wants to cook. On top of that, Dan was so helpful and very responsive. It is one of these rare places you are just sad to leave. We just hope to have the opportunity to rent this house again

The home and property were more than we expected. The home was clean, minimal, and efficient. There was water access on the property. Very quiet neighborhood, which was great for our dog. A large dog crate was provided, which was amazing and reduced our anxiety for when we left the house and left our dog behind. There were plenty of linens and blankets. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We would recommend this property to all!!

Dan is an amazing host. - super responsive and accommodating, and his place DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! We have a big family (8 total), and we were plenty comfortable. The kids loved exploring outside, and our highlight was hand picking lobsters off the boat for dinner at Potts Point. We highly recommend!

This is a lovely home to just relax in. It has everything you would ever need in the kitchen. The rooms are immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. I really can’t say enough, it is just a wonderful place.

We really enjoyed this property. The general area is also lovely. We loved the relaxed feeling of Harpswell. We enjoyed the Dolphin Marina and restaurant, Pammys ice cream, etc. we would stay here again.
The house doesn’t have AC, as listed, and during this particularly hot summer that was a little hard. It does get good drafts through the windows plus fans. But window units for summer time would be helpful for another hot summer like this one.

The title says it all. Dan is a great host who has built a wonderful house with a beautiful view of the sunset over the bay. He was very easy and quick to communicate with, and even after we arrived made sure we had everything to make our trip everything we wanted it to be. Dont miss the wild raspberries along the driveway!! Mosquitoes can be bite-y so bring your Off, and if you rent a kayak, be sure to pull it ALL THE WAY UP to the trail, so it doesnt float away like ours did! I hope we can stay again next year!!

This property lived up to all our expectations and more! Dan was fabulous and very communicative from the start. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The area was beautiful with lots of trails and oceanside areas to explore and spend the day! Dan provided lots of information on local places to visit as well as some day trip ideas. Our family (along with our dog) had a wonderful time here! The sunsets on the porch were absolutely amazing!!! Would highly recommend. Dan- thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

We had a relaxing time and enjoyed superb accommodations staying here. This was a perfect place to enjoy with our 2 dogs. The dog friendly beach and park are nearby as well as a few restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. We are grateful that we were able to vacation here and hope to again next year.

Dan's house is beautiful and very well kept. The property and location are superb for enjoying the natural surroundings, sunsets and also for day trips to Freeport and Portland. Plenty of great local eats around too!

This is a fantastic place to stay. We vacation in Maine for the quiet and the seafood. The house has a well equipped kitchen where my husband and son enjoy cooking meals with the local lobster and fish. We also head to The Dolphin restaurant which is less than ten minutes away. The view and food are excellent. There are many hikes and places to visit. The house is incredibly charming so sitting in an Adirondack chair watching the sun set can’t be beat. Daniel is so responsive and helpful!

What a beautiful property. This house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The interior is spotless. The decor is perfect. If you forgot something, don’t worry…it is most likely in the well stocked pantry! Sun coming in everywhere. We made a fire in
the wood stove, had wine on the porch. Dan was extremely gracious with an early check in request, and to any question I had. My family hopes we can come back for family weekend again next year!

Daniel was a great communicator. Check in was a little time consuming as the lock box was hard to open but we figured it out. Daniel was very accommodating on my allergies to scented soap and had scent free hand soap and scent free laundry soap available which was so kind. The washer situation is very strange as Daniel communicated in his instructions to use a teaspoon of laundry detergent and only use the small setting due to washer drainage issues. We would have enjoyed our stay but was disappointed in the ant issue. Immediately upon entry to the house we saw ants in the kitchen area counters/floor, pantry area, upstairs bedrooms, and bathrooms. I communicated the issue to Daniel and he communicated he would call someone to address. Hopefully he did this after our stay. It was hard to cook and eat in the house, due to the ants scurrying around all the time. We literally killed 30+ ants.

My friends and I booked this house for a relaxing bachelorette weekend, and it was the highlight of our trip. Off the beaten path but only 25 mins to Brunswick, the setting is stunning and feels so private!
The house itself was immaculate, very large, and very well-equipped. It is probably the best-stocked rental I've ever stayed in regarding kitchen supplies, toiletries, etc. You could tell that a lot of thought and care went into this rental, including Daniel leaving fresh beach towels out for us, among other personal touches.
Communication was excellent and fast, and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. The house features sunset views over the water, a beautiful field leading down to a marshy shoreline, and plenty of parking. We loved the feeling of seclusion and privacy for our gathering! We cooked 2/3 nights we stayed there, and we were able to explore Brunswick, Cumberland, Freeport, and Portland easily.
We unanimously decided to rent this lovely place again sometime in the future :) 5 stars for everything, and a big thank you to Daniel for the perfect trip! You helped make my friends and me so happy. If anyone is considering renting here, I absolutely recommend it.

We loved our short stay at this lovely vacation home. Right on the water, the views were absolutely spectacular, with plenty of opportunities for watching the beautiful sunsets and night skies. The hosts went out of their way to think of all the special amenities, including locally produced coffee, as well as all of the other basics needed for a great vacation. The location is excellent with terrific restaurants nearby and plenty of beaches. The house would also be great just for staying indoors on a rainy day as it is roomy and very comfortable. Highly recommend!!
