Six of us plus two large dogs had a great stay. House had everything you would need to cook a family dinner and relax. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- it was perfect!

Although one bathroom is a bit dated, everything else is fine (not fancy). The weather didn’t cooperate for us to enjoy the outdoors much but for anyone wanting a quiet, water frontage property w kayaks and a dock…this is perfect.

Kinda expected it to be a little shabby (towel bar falling off wall, rub rails falling off dock, etc), but was really surprised at how dirty the place was. Sand on the floors and furniture. Two of the made beds were dirty and had sand on the sheets. Pulled a pizza cutter from the drawer that was covered in grease and cheese. Found multiple dirty dishes put away in the cabinet. Found a half eaten granola bar on the floor in one bedroom and a tobacco spit jar under the bed in the other. We got in a little late and spent our first night cleaning just to get the place minimally acceptable for family we had coming the next day. Not how anyone wants to spend a vacation. Another point of real concern was just the rooms designated bedrooms. Two of the three didnt have code compliant egress windows. One was a laundry room with a bed in it. No smoke detectors in any bedrooms, just one in the hall which appeared to be non functional. I like the location, but couldnt recommend tbe house to anyone.

This little cottage by the lake was just what we needed. The location was awesome and we were able to unload and load our boat at the property. It also had a great place for my grandchildren to swim and play. We also had some family to come and visit one of the nights and they also loved it. My uncle is battling cancer and really doesn't have a lot of strength in his legs right now, but the lot was so perfect that he could walk down to the waters edge and we put a fishing pole in his hands and let him sit there and fish. He has not quit talking about it. All in All we were very satisfied with the house and where it was located. I hope that we can find the time to come back next year.

Location was the best- stunning views. Water toys got good use. Dogs were happy. Very private property.

My family and I celebrated our Dad’s 60th birthday at the cottage and it was perfect for the 4 of us. We brought our fishing boat and the boat ramp is so nice and perfectly located. If you’re wanting to get away and have a cove to yourself this is the place for you! We had such a wonderful time and we will be back soon!
