Dieses bewachte Gebäude bietet eine überdachte Parkgarage und einen Aufzug sowie einen Dachpool und einen Whirlpool. Das 410 North Shore befindet sich im 4. Stock und befindet sich auf derselben Ebene wie der Pool und der Whirlpool. Diese Villa bietet einen großen, offenen Grundriss mit einem Esstisch mit Stühlen für 6 Personen, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Bar für 3 Personen und einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit einem Ausziehsofa und zwei Clubsesseln. Sie können sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus auf die große, überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bittern Street zugreifen. Das Gerät verfügt außerdem über eine stapelbare Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe, sodass Sie Ihre Strandkleidung bequem reinigen können!

The unit was clean and Viviana our host provided excellent communication both before our arrival as well as checking in throughout the week. At one point the elevator was down and I was happy to see quick resolution for that as well. Unit was clean and exactly as described. Pool access to both the rooftop pool as well as the beach front pool at Sea Creat was great. Another wonderful week in Hilton Head.

Hilton Head has become the normal Fall Break get away for an our group of teachers from Georgia. This is by far the best property we’ve stayed in. Will be rebooking for next year.

I enjoyed my stay here-a very convenient location, spacious unit, and one of best property managers ever. But it seems the owners put this unit into VRBO with maintenance still needed.
Kitchen is old/original but spacious. Appliances are old and have issues (D/W, Ref) and furniture old and worn in cases. The TV is difficult to operate with a single remote. Overall the unit is on the dark side due to location and older lighting inside. On the plus side, it is a quiet end unit, has a nice balcony, and it's a short walk to best beaches and shopping.
The unit is on the pool level, which made for ease of access, and covered parking is a plus. I took for granted there would be an outdoor grille, but property has none. The courtyard on front side of unit on first floor is nicely landscaped but exceptionally bright lighting in it at night makes it not a fun place to be and the lights shine into unit.
Needs some updating and improvement to get me to come back.
