The process of booking this beautiful cottage went seamlessly! The pictures of the cottage do not do it justice! From the communication with the owners, to the check in and departure! The short walk to downtown Ogunquit made this a wonderful location. Would highly recommend!

This is a lovely cottage in a quiet neighborhood. It’s very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was great to work with. We had an issue of our own making when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cottage. The owner responded quickly and helped us out. We walked to the beach and to restaurants in Ogunquit. Great location.

This is one of my favorite rental properties to date. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and modern. It was plenty of space for our family of 4. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck and sun room.
The cottage is less than a 15 min walk to Footbridge beach. We would drive the fam down to the beach with all of our stuff and then have an adult drive home and walk back.
Downtown Ogunquit is also about a 15 min walk - which we sometimes did on the beach.
The cottage is also in the heart of a bunch of great brunch and dinner spots - Egg and I, Greenery, Hooks.
Richard was a responsive, lovely host and made everything easy. Thanks for a great stay!

It was a lovely well e equipped home with many appreciated amenities such as air conditioning, modern kitchen and washer and dryer.
Quiet and convenient location walkability to beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend Anthony and his home.

We loved this cottage - it was really nicely decorated and it had everything we needed to feel comfortable for the week. The location was perfect for our visit as we were able to either walk or take the trolley to really good restaurants and the beaches. Richard the owner was very responsive and very helpful - we got to meet him when we arrived and we had a great conversation about the area! We needed to come with two cars as our daughter had to leave mid-week and there were some first-come-first served guest spots. For the week that we were there - there was always at least one guest spot available so that was great for us. I highly recommend this spot - we had a wonderful time. :)

The little cottage is perfect size and very cute. It's a 15 minute walk downtown, so a little far, but not too far.

A great place to stay in Ogunquit
My husband and I spent a few days in this lovely cottage in Ogunquit. The place was clean, well decorated with comfortable furniture and beds, and a great kitchen for cooking. We left our car at the house and walked over to Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. A very nice property.

Very nice property near Ogunquit. 2 br/2 br Cottage with parking for 1 car plus guest parking nearby. Walking distance to town and beaches IF you like to walk. Owner was very responsive, cottage was very clean and well equipped with new kitchen and air-conditioning units. Also nice showers with great water pressure and hot water.

A friend and I spent a relaxing week at the cottage. Lots of room and oh so comfortable. There is much to see and do in the area. Love walking on the beach or marginal way every morning. I miss Maine already and can't wait to go back!

Such a great place to stay! The cottage was spacious, clean and well appointed. For a family of four it met all our needs and then some. You can easily walk to town, though if you are a travelling with younger children a stroller comes in handy. We opted to make the short drive to main beach since it is a pretty good walk, especially for little legs. Although for adults and older children with less to lug to the beach it is likely doable. The air conditioning throughout the cottage kept it comfortable and cool, especially when temps outside crept up to 90. Also, the washer and dryer are so nice to have! Highly recommend this cottage.

Great Place and a Great Location
This cottage was a wonderful place to spend a relaxing week in Ogunquit. The home was very clean, spacious, and bright. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking and grilling, which we did a lot of. The location is also fantastic, a short walk to the beach and to the restaurant's in the center of town. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely charming open space cottage with attentive owners.
This was the second week renting at the cottage and it was RELAXING, FULL OF FUN, and the best time for family and friends. The ocean was beautiful, the waves were a blast and the dining was excellent. (Great lobster rolls). The deck is intimate with a soothing atmosphere and conversation that just flowed. Quiet surrounding, already booked for next year.

Pandemic Vacay
We had a wonderful stay ,the cottage had just been renovated during the pandemic with a totally new kitchen, enlarged deck and painted. It was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I and two granddaughters. We were less than 7 minutes from Footbridge Beach. Everything we needed was there and Richard (Owner) stopped by and was lovely to us.

A fun week with our family
We had a great week staying at Richard’s cottage. The cottage was perfect for our family with 4 young kids. We walked to either the footbridge beach, main beach, or marginal way beaches every day. Walked to downtown for ice cream and shopping. Super close to the Ogunquit Lobster Pound and Egg & I (although we found the Greenery Cafe to be WAY yummier for breakfast). Thanks for making our first trip to a Ogunquit such an enjoyable one.

Great stay in wonderful Ogunquit
Nice, comfortable house close to the action while being in a quiet area. Also close to the beach. Perfect to enjoy that charming town. The patio is in the sun in the morning, in the shade in the afternoon, making it great for eating and enjoying the outdoors at home. Would definitely go back!!

Clean,well equipped cottage, nice location on trolley route
Five of us stayed for three nites and we had a wonderful time. The cottage was very nice and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The owner was very accommodating and willing to help and answer all our questions. The trolley stop was right in front of the cottage so we didn’t need to drive everywhere. Footbridge beach was just a short walk away. We definitely would stay again if we are going to Maine next year. Thank you Richard for an enjoyable weekend.
